Lava Suites is perfectly situated in Fira, out of the Centre but very close to it. The hotel itself although a little run down has great views from the communal area (and one of the suites) but has fantastic staff that make the stay very pleasant.

The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. The staff is super friendly and helpful no complain about that but the facilities were bad. The breakfast was not good. Not too many options to eat. The view from my new room was incredible.

Nice hotel, unusual and very interesting room, fantastic view, good service. Difficult to reach, but it’s due to the nature of hotel on rocks, transfer was well organisches. Just few questions to quality of details in the room like door to restroom and cleaness. But nevertheless at was a great stay.

Must say first time here. And loved it. The hotel is very clean. The rooms a more than big enough. Free wifi very fast, downloaded couple films for the flight home in no time. Had shower gel/shampoo and bars of soap fresh every day with towels. Staff absolutely lovely and friendly all round great value for the money would be happy stay again. Thanks for having us ☀️🌋❤️.

Santonero is the definition of understated luxury. The minimalist villas are simple, spacious, and spectacular in almost every way. Absolutely amazing views of almost all of Santorini's major locations and you can watch the ferries coming and going from a vast distance. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping fetch bags, make dinner reservations, and overall just being warm...

I loved it! This was my favorite hotel during our 10-day trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and reassuring. The cleanliness was also excellent. The view from the window of the Sunrise Suite I booked was incredible.

I don't recommend this hotel. Half of the rooms are located in the back, not in the view room, and are located in the basement of the front row rooms. It's not nice to have to go through the garage to get to the lobby. The service is good, but the hotel room type is not cost-effective. There are many options at the same price.

The hotel was excellent. The food was spectacular. The service from Polynthia at the front desk and Katerine in the restaurant made you feel like gods. I would definitely return.

The hotel is very clean, the waiters are very enthusiastic and greet guests with a smile, the restaurant is also very delicious, and seeing that we had several meals in a row, the chef sent us desserts, which made us happy!

Amazing view, well equipped room, friendly staff! Only downside is if you want to travel around by bus, you’ll have to go back to Fira every time to transfer.

We stayed our last night in Santorini at On The Rocks. The room had a loft bedroom with a window view of the Aegean Sea. The cave pool was fun, and Linda had a facial that she described as the best she’s ever had. The staff was fantastic and accommodating. We had a 3:30 ferry to Crete and they allowed a late checkout and arranged for a taxi to the port. Expect to climb stairs and hills when visiting...

Great service from the time we got picked up from the airport until the time we left. Daily breakfast is a plus, esp the Freddo cappuccino. Walkable to restaurants and a 24 hour market where they serve hot foods to snacks- this was beneficial esp when dealing with jet lag. Quiet and safe area, which is a treat after visiting Oia or Fira. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
