Hotels with sea view in Kamari

We didn't pay for an ocean view room but nonetheless had a glimpse of the sea from our second floor terrace. The room itself wasn't huge but had a 20 foot ceiling, large terrace, and comfortable furnishings

Staff were amazing on reception and concierge - special mention to Georgia (I think her name was) who help make our short stay very memorable with her sage advice on how to fill our time. Would stay again.

We really liked the hotel and our sea view room. A wonderful complex with swimming pools, a great breakfast and friendly staff. We were very happy to stay here! I recommend it!

Breakfast was perfect each day with something different and regularly replenished The position was amazing and it was wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants and shops so easily My only criticism was that the 2nd restaurant by the pool was a bit uninviting and could have done with more staff or atmosphere Overall a fantastic holiday - ticked all our boxes

We were staying for a friends wedding (around 50 guests), and the hotel accommodated us all very well and it was spaced out and easy to meet up without feeling overcrowded

Super close to the airport too, me and my daughter loved watching the planes go by! Only downside was the pools were very cold, especially at the end of September, however this couldn’t be helped, but be mindful if you’re looking for something suitable for younger kids/babies as my 1

Breakfast is more than great for a 7-10 long stay, and you have plenty of options to choose from for dinner (there are multiple seafood and fish options, which we loved)

We stayed in one of the updated rooms with balcony and private jacuzzi on the beach for our honeymoon and we were very pleased with the room and service! Great location on the beach, lots of food options nearby, and an all around excellent spot to stay

A Perfect Relaxing Getaway in Kamari Afroditi Venus is a beautiful hotel located in a quiet area of Kamari, offering the perfect combination of relaxation and a charming seaside atmosphere

We especially suggest booking a sea view room for the full experience. The only downside was the indoor pool, which could get a bit crowded at times

The staff were all very kind and efficient, they even delivered plates of food to our room when we stayed out late one night !! The food was delicious and we found that there was a wide range

I was going down generally at 9:30 am and if the main pool was busy as often or not it wasn't I walked to few steps to another pool with large thick beds so comfy

We hired a car and used the car park opposite the hotel to explore the island. Oia and Fira were both beautiful. Would 100% recommend staying here !!

Super relaxing vibe but we found that there was lots to do in the local area and the reception staff gave us lots of advice on what to do as well

Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant anything you need was seen to immediately

This was a more of a cooling off pool but still deep enough to swim in, a little further was a good sized pool deep with lots of beds empty. The hotel was clean, rooms cleaned everyday

The milkshakes are tasty! The breakfast buffet is a broad spread from continental to country specialties, including plenty of fresh fruit (I did see a TripAdvisor review which said they only have tinned fruit – they did have tinned but that was in addition to, not instead of)

Plus lots of off menu things like eggs, coffees etc. I should also mention that breakfast is served until 11am which if you are experiencing jet lag or are just someone who is slow to get going in the morning is great

The hotel room towels are also replaced twice daily. - Staff are friendly, extremely helpful but not intrusive. They regularly come round all the pool areas to check if patrons need drinks, food or anything else

And sushi and lunchtime was AWESOME. One portion enough though! - This is a hotel that loves towels. There are plentiful beach towels around the pool areas, these are replenished regularly throughout the day

Also helped us book our car, restaurants and trips - I’m always dubious that we’ll be upsold or just using suppliers who are friends of the hotel - but no, everything was great and stress free

- On our trip we unfortunately had an incident that required a hospital trip for our child (nothing to do with the hotel, just the way it goes). The hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, perfect location across from the beach, has its own sunloungers, we had bed and breakfast and couldn't fault it, everything from bacon, eggs to fresh croissants, the staff were helpful and friendly, rooms serviced daily, only downside for me would be the very small bathroom

The hotel's physical condition is commendable, exhibiting excellent maintenance. However, the assigned room presented space constraints, and the cleanliness standards were not consistently met

Stunning location right in the heart of the action and on the beach front, so option of pool or beach day with “lounger” service at both. The place impeccably clean and tidy

WiFi excellent and one massive shout out to the stunning service received around the pool on a daily basis by Phoebe - nothing was every too much trouble and the miles she must walk a day serving everyone, she most definitely deserves top recognition

Well what can I say, just returned from a week at this hotel and after 4 consecutive years in Santorini, this tops them all

what a fantastic break, great location, close to the beach and lovely local eateries, Although the airport is very close it is not exactly Heathrow. Breakfast and the food from their menu was very good

Perfect location, great pool, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the standard selection, gym was average - not much kit and treadmill didn’t work. Staff were great, drinks good. The planes overhead are not an issue at all

Breakfast is as basic as you will find for a 4*, same everyday not a great selection. Staff are very polite and location is perfect, so probably makes up for a few of the misgivings stated

We stayed in a maisonette (308) rooms were spacious and cleaned to a high standard everyday. Shower was a little small but okay with plenty of shampoo , conditioner etc

The pool area is amazing with lovely padded sun loungers, most of the guests seemed to do trips most days so we had the pleasure of having the pool area to ourselves most days and was lovely peaceful and quiet

Beautiful hotel space Variety in the breakfast buffet. Really healthy food selection. Staff were lovely, very courteous. Housekeeping always made swans out of the towel everyday, they cleaned

Hotel is clean, spacious, friendly staff. We did not have lunch as we were doing tours however we had a variable breakfast every day which had excellent selections for both hot & cold

Luxury away from the crowds This was the perfect end to our Greek island hopping holiday. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and we couldn’t recommend the hotel enough

Theycan arrange transportation and services such as massages. Best part is after you check out you can still hangout around the property if you have a later departure time

There was plenty to choose from at breakfast with a large selection of items to satisfy our appetites. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Santorini

It was very peaceful and quiet at night so I enjoyed the best sleep! They arranged different services for me such as a car rental, taxi pickup, and massages. And lastly the breakfast buffet is OMG!

Disadvantages: - the hotel is located on a hill and it is a bit difficult to get there (even by car); - if you reserve a room with sea view, mention explicitly that you do not want the rooms near the pool - basically everyone sitting by the pool can see in your room (however, they changed our room the next day after complaining about this); - one of the rooms had ants on the floor and in the bed;...

We had a great stay at Epavlis Hotel! The location is ideal — just a 6-minute walk from Kamari Beach, far enough from the busy areas to enjoy peace and quiet. The staff were friendly and always ready to help

Since the tap water isn’t drinkable, you need to buy bottled water at the hotel bar. Offering one complimentary bottle per day would be a nice touch. Overall, a lovely experience — we highly recommend it!

The pool and the facilities are lovely, well maintained. The young receptionist (sorry I forgot his name) was super helpful, professional and gave us excellent sightseeing and restaurants recommendations

We had a lovely holiday here, clean room friendly staff, good pool, nice breakfasts and short walk to a great town with loads of tavernas and bars. Beach great, rocky but beautiful. Prepare to haggle down subbeds

The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, there were several areas that needed improvement. The pools were okay – the water appeared green and murky, and the surrounding tiles looked neglected and in need of a deep clean

Along with a safety deposit box (at no extra charge), large bottle of water and a bottle of local wine. Also fresh flowers were set in the room for our arrival. Breakfast was beautiful and a good variety

Amazing location (close to Kamari beach, bus stop, etc), pool is fantastic, staff is incredibly helpful, they give you a welcome drink upon arrival and have lockers to store your luggage (and changing rooms/showers) if you arrive early, the rooms are spacious and immaculate-- I would live here if I could!

Just back from a 4 night stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff from the moment we arrived were outstanding. Greeting us at the front door to giving us a choice of 2 rooms

One block from the beach and bus stop to Fira. Half block to the restaurants and small supermarket. People working in this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. Room is big and has separate kitchen with sitting area

Breakfast could be better by variety and taste, but it is enough to start your day. No steps to enter this hotel and you can always ask for the first floor room if you have an issues with mobility

Pool area is beautiful and clean. Every day we saw somebody checking cleanliness of water in the pool and jacuzzi. Hotel really exceeded our expectations

Guests need to be aware of the Environment Tax of €10 a night for each night you stay, we got caught out. We had breakfast included and were very pleasantly surprised by the variety

Very clean and well kept hotel. The staff is very friendly and always available. Cold breakfast is served and is pretty much the same every day. Nonetheless, it gives you all what you need to get through until lunch time

Just spent 2 weeks in Terra blue, the place is wonderful. The staff who work there are amazing, Vangelis, Maria and all the terra blue family are so welcoming and kind

My partner had his birthday during our second week and they organised a surprise fresh chocolate cake for him with sparklers, it was very special

And the entire staff was unbelievably friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed

Terra blue is close to everything in Kamari, the bus stop is yards away and the beach, shops, restaurants are walking distance

We had a sea view and watched beautiful sunrises and found the rooster crowing every morning endearing. Thank you for a memorable stay

Breakfast - same daily and a very small choice, and only fruit tea. Pool bar nice but over priced. Limited buses to come back from fira last one was 5pm so had to use taxis more which was €35 compared to €2 for bus

We also hired a scooter/Quad bike at the hotel which was fun and cost effective explored many places save time and money and do something different. All the attractions very between 20-25mins from the hotel

Overall a beautiful hotel and grounds and nice and quiet. In middle of very limited amenities. 1 small shop within walking distance which did also serve hot snacks drinks etc had a tv outside for sports

Maria at front desk amazing helpful and just so lovely ! Rooms need little tlc our shower was missing a glass and sink plug an issue. Great to have a kettle but no tea/coffee sugar milk supplied

Maria at the front desk was absolutely amazing — friendly, always smiling, and so welcoming! She gave us great advice on where to visit and really made our stay enjoyable

What to say about this place and not to exaggerate. This place is the gem! It's a small 30 rooms family hotel. The breakfast is great(they really try). Hotel is less then 5 min to the beach. People are so plesent and nice

Complimentary breakfast is great - includes many options for a vegetarian - Greek Salads, fresh fruits, fruit juice, coffee, breads, sandwiches, corn flakes, chocos, cheese, etc. View from the balcony is very nice

Ideal location a few minutes away from the beach and endless food & drink options. Will definitely return if we come back to Santorini and recommend Hotel Matina to family & friends!

Hotel Marina is a small family owned hotel with very friendly staff who are very passionate about the island and provides you with a lot of information about what you can do

The rooms are provided with airco, fridge and balcony. The hotel is quiet and provides everything you need. The beach, shops and supermarket is at walking distance

Everything was perfect,hotel is close to restaurants,bars and the beach, bus stop to Fira right across the street as well, from Fira to Oia takes only 15 minutes

Very well located hotel, good value for money.

Talking to friends who were in other4 and 5 star hotels in the same area, their breakfast was the same as ours. If you need a breakfast top up, there is a lovely bakery shop on the beach front

The only reservation was the buffet breakfast, it was very simple but I think that’s just because we’ve got used to UK buffet style which includes everything, same with all inclusive hotels

We stayed for one week in September 2024. First time to Santorini and so glad we stayed at this “little gem” in Kamari. Yannis welcomed us on arrival and we were allocated a room on the 2nd floor

Room was small, but very clean with great shower and great air con. Lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and sea view to the right

What a gem she is, nothing is too much trouble and makes you feel like family. So if you want a tranquil stay, comfortable bed and breakfast wrapped up with a smile, this is the place to stay!

The views of the pool and sea are great, breakfast was always good and Sophia and her brother could not have been more helpful, even showing us the choices of rooms on arrival and helping us with baggage

This little hotel has to be one of the best I have ever stayed in. I had the most wonderful week here, it was spotlessly clean, quiet and tranquil. Yes 5-10 mins easy walk down to the beach

The breakfast was always different everyday, so always something to enjoy and the Greek Yogurt was the best I have ever tried. Most of all, what money cannot buy is the personal service provided by Sofia

Had a very nice stay in the hotel, its located in Kamari, 3-5 min walk to the beach where you have many places to choose to stay and eat, the bus station is also close, nice and clean rooms, nice and help-full personnel

Just got home from enjoying a week at this lovely family run hotel. Fresh breakfast with lots of choices, close to restaurants and beach. Staff outstanding, from the friendly welcome to the cleaning of the rooms

We had a wonderful vacation at Andreas. It was not only about the clean room and the good breakfast, but also the warm atmosphere and, of course, the beautiful yard, where having breakfast felt truly special

We had a nice stay with my family. Very good location close to the beach Kamari, 3- 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and shops around. The breakfast was good and has a good variety both for adults and kids

The gardens are beautiful, gorgeous spot to have your breakfast. Lots of homemade food at breakfast inc jams and cake which was delicious. Location is excellent, 5mins walk to beach and restaurants

The breakfast is very good and healthy, they serv homemade gem and cake. The garden is marvelous (haven’t seen anything like this on the entire island), new pool and nice roof garden
