Breakfast was great - Michelle (or Melissa) was a star; she brought my partner honey ginger and lemon every morning to help with her sore throat. We had a great sea and beach view from our room

We really liked the hotel and our sea view room. A wonderful complex with swimming pools, a great breakfast and friendly staff. We were very happy to stay here! I recommend it!

Super close to the airport too, me and my daughter loved watching the planes go by! Only downside was the pools were very cold, especially at the end of September, however this couldn’t be helped, but be mindful if you’re looking for something suitable for younger kids/babies as my 1

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Kamari. Kid friendly, with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, with so many options to choose from

Our time was limited but there was no sun in the back of our room like the other sections.

The spa facilities let the resort down - for a 5* spa resort the facilities are restricted to two massage rooms, no indoor pool (the outdoor pools were very cold), no sauna, jacuzzi or steam room

Not living up to the price We stayed in one of the sea view suites with private pool. The room was truly amazing, great view, comfortable bed and very good AC. Enjoyed the coffee in the rom and the loudspeaker

Great location with private steps right down on the beach. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the complimentary sunbeds on the beach. Unfortunately the staff does not hold these for the guests

Also there are signs not to reserve beds, but people do, and the staff does not remove towels even after 2 hours of no shows. Even if the beach is full and people are getting frustrated

Staff at the beach doesn’t seem interested in providing service. No menus were given, and they didn’t pay attention or clean up used dishes

The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room tidy, though the mornings could be quite noisy. Being next to the domestic cupboard meant lots of chatter and walkie-talkies at full volume, which wasn’t very restful

All in all, I wouldn’t return to this particular hotel, but for a last-minute getaway it was reasonably priced, and the fantastic location helped make up for the shortcomings

The staff were all very kind and efficient, they even delivered plates of food to our room when we stayed out late one night !! The food was delicious and we found that there was a wide range

I was going down generally at 9:30 am and if the main pool was busy as often or not it wasn't I walked to few steps to another pool with large thick beds so comfy

We hired a car and used the car park opposite the hotel to explore the island. Oia and Fira were both beautiful. Would 100% recommend staying here !!

Super relaxing vibe but we found that there was lots to do in the local area and the reception staff gave us lots of advice on what to do as well

Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant anything you need was seen to immediately

This was a more of a cooling off pool but still deep enough to swim in, a little further was a good sized pool deep with lots of beds empty. The hotel was clean, rooms cleaned everyday

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, perfect location across from the beach, has its own sunloungers, we had bed and breakfast and couldn't fault it, everything from bacon, eggs to fresh croissants, the staff were helpful and friendly, rooms serviced daily, only downside for me would be the very small bathroom

An asset to the hotel her customer service is second to none and we could not speak highly of her and the rest of the crew - David, Mado & Luca. Thank you for making our stay the best one yet

Stunning location right in the heart of the action and on the beach front, so option of pool or beach day with “lounger” service at both. The place impeccably clean and tidy

Well what can I say, just returned from a week at this hotel and after 4 consecutive years in Santorini, this tops them all

what a fantastic break, great location, close to the beach and lovely local eateries, Although the airport is very close it is not exactly Heathrow. Breakfast and the food from their menu was very good

A very nice hotel close to the beach and all the good restaurants will come back again. Definitely the staff is wonderful especially the morning breakfast crew made me feel very welcome.

Perfect location, great pool, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the standard selection, gym was average - not much kit and treadmill didn’t work. Staff were great, drinks good. The planes overhead are not an issue at all

Breakfast is as basic as you will find for a 4*, same everyday not a great selection. Staff are very polite and location is perfect, so probably makes up for a few of the misgivings stated

We stayed in a maisonette (308) rooms were spacious and cleaned to a high standard everyday. Shower was a little small but okay with plenty of shampoo , conditioner etc

The pool area is amazing with lovely padded sun loungers, most of the guests seemed to do trips most days so we had the pleasure of having the pool area to ourselves most days and was lovely peaceful and quiet

Beautiful hotel space Variety in the breakfast buffet. Really healthy food selection. Staff were lovely, very courteous. Housekeeping always made swans out of the towel everyday, they cleaned

Fantastic hotel! It’s so peaceful and the restaurant is deliciousss. We ate there the most because their food was so delicious. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is so relaxing and peaceful

Hotel is clean, spacious, friendly staff. We did not have lunch as we were doing tours however we had a variable breakfast every day which had excellent selections for both hot & cold

The grounds are well kept and it was so comfortable hanging out at the hotel

The place has a "clean bohemian beach" vibe. The staff is friendly & accommodating. You can book tours directly through them. Both the pool area & dining area are nice & relaxing

The facilities are awesome and clean, the customer service is exceptional and the breakfast 👌 wow! The room was comfortable and cozy. The pool are is comfortable as well with plenty of chairs and umbrellas

Luxury away from the crowds This was the perfect end to our Greek island hopping holiday. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and we couldn’t recommend the hotel enough

Theycan arrange transportation and services such as massages. Best part is after you check out you can still hangout around the property if you have a later departure time

There was plenty to choose from at breakfast with a large selection of items to satisfy our appetites. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Santorini

It was very peaceful and quiet at night so I enjoyed the best sleep! They arranged different services for me such as a car rental, taxi pickup, and massages. And lastly the breakfast buffet is OMG!

Disadvantages: - the hotel is located on a hill and it is a bit difficult to get there (even by car); - if you reserve a room with sea view, mention explicitly that you do not want the rooms near the pool - basically everyone sitting by the pool can see in your room (however, they changed our room the next day after complaining about this); - one of the rooms had ants on the floor and in the bed;...

We had a great stay at Epavlis Hotel! The location is ideal — just a 6-minute walk from Kamari Beach, far enough from the busy areas to enjoy peace and quiet. The staff were friendly and always ready to help

Since the tap water isn’t drinkable, you need to buy bottled water at the hotel bar. Offering one complimentary bottle per day would be a nice touch. Overall, a lovely experience — we highly recommend it!

The pool and the facilities are lovely, well maintained. The young receptionist (sorry I forgot his name) was super helpful, professional and gave us excellent sightseeing and restaurants recommendations

We had a lovely holiday here, clean room friendly staff, good pool, nice breakfasts and short walk to a great town with loads of tavernas and bars. Beach great, rocky but beautiful. Prepare to haggle down subbeds

The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, there were several areas that needed improvement. The pools were okay – the water appeared green and murky, and the surrounding tiles looked neglected and in need of a deep clean

You either get a wide view of Kamari below with the beach and the sea in the distance or the immense rocks that surround the hotel. There’s also a view of the zig-zag road up to Ancient Thera

They also let us keep our room for a few extra hours on the last day, because our flight was later on in the day, which was so handy because we could go to the beach one more time without worrying about luggage, come back and shower and just get ready in peace

Apartment was really spacious, very clean and air con doesn't cost additional and free wifi - all great! No washing up liquid etc provided as your cleaners actually do that for you (bless them!)

I have never had that be offered before. All around a fantastic experience and I really don’t see the point in trying any other hotel if we were to ever come back to this amazing island

The hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my family enjoyed our stay in Santorini. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and the views were amazing. Highly recommend

When checking-in the lady at reception explained where everything was in the surrounding area and they gave us a map and a bus timetable which was really helpful for getting around

It was nessesary to write review on this hotel. Hospitality and team of Kamari beach is absolutely amazing. To be honest, i never has such a beautiful experience as this. All staff is kind, respectful and communicative

Guests need to be aware of the Environment Tax of €10 a night for each night you stay, we got caught out. We had breakfast included and were very pleasantly surprised by the variety

The food was excellent – fresh, varied, and delicious. The absolute highlight, however, was the service in the restaurant. Milena, our waitress, truly made our stay unforgettable

Amazing location (close to Kamari beach, bus stop, etc), pool is fantastic, staff is incredibly helpful, they give you a welcome drink upon arrival and have lockers to store your luggage (and changing rooms/showers) if you arrive early, the rooms are spacious and immaculate-- I would live here if I could!

Just back from a 4 night stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff from the moment we arrived were outstanding. Greeting us at the front door to giving us a choice of 2 rooms

One block from the beach and bus stop to Fira. Half block to the restaurants and small supermarket. People working in this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. Room is big and has separate kitchen with sitting area

Breakfast could be better by variety and taste, but it is enough to start your day. No steps to enter this hotel and you can always ask for the first floor room if you have an issues with mobility

Pool area is beautiful and clean. Every day we saw somebody checking cleanliness of water in the pool and jacuzzi. Hotel really exceeded our expectations

The suites were absolutely stunning, the views were beyond breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I felt like we were in paradise

The one and only knock I have on the property is the bathrooms in the rooms. They are in very bad condition. Showers leaking onto the bathroom floor. Sewer smell coming from the vent in the bathroom floor

They went above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure you were comfortable and made accommodations they really didn’t have to in order to enhance your stay

Awesome staff, good food, nice pool, very clean, great service at bar, overall looking beautiful. Only minus is that there are some airplane noises but that's easily solved by bringing earplugs.

The SMY Mediterranean hotel is an excellent property. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. This looks like a true five star resort

Although it is not close to Oya or Ferreira, you can always get the bus to go to Fira bus station, which connects to the rest of the island If you are thinking of just doing Oia and Fira then I would not recommend this location

Breakfast - same daily and a very small choice, and only fruit tea. Pool bar nice but over priced. Limited buses to come back from fira last one was 5pm so had to use taxis more which was €35 compared to €2 for bus

We also hired a scooter/Quad bike at the hotel which was fun and cost effective explored many places save time and money and do something different. All the attractions very between 20-25mins from the hotel

Overall a beautiful hotel and grounds and nice and quiet. In middle of very limited amenities. 1 small shop within walking distance which did also serve hot snacks drinks etc had a tv outside for sports

The staff on the front desk Greta and Geda made our holiday they were so friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel. If you are looking for a small family run hotel I'm Kamari I cannot recommend Zephyros enough

Rooms are cleaned to a high standard, clean towels daily and clean bedding every day. The pool and surrounding area are well maintained and it is lovely and peaceful. Pool bar open all day for drinks and snacks

We had a fabulous weeks stay here. Stayed late September early October for a week as a couple in room 34 upgraded to a superior double room. It's a small and friendly hotel set in a peaceful location

Highly recommend using the local bus to visit Fira, but go in the afternoon/evening as the cruise ships dock in the morning and it is really busy with tours. Oia is a must! But go early on 7

Breakfast has lots of options something for everyone pastries, breads, fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses, salad, omelettes, eggs, sausage, bacon and loads of different drinks to choose from

Maria who is Vangellis sister was a complete star at breakfast time she served us every morming remembering our orders and always had time for a chat and even gave us little pressies of special teas

Our stay as a family at Terra Blue was amazing from start to finish. such a beautiful hidden gem up the hill from the main town centre & not far from the beach. with views that were breathtaking

Just also mention the powerful air conditioning which was heaven! Breakfast is included at the Acqua Vatos and was always fresh every morning with sausages, eggs, bacon, many savoury pastries, cheese, fruit and much more

Talking to friends who were in other4 and 5 star hotels in the same area, their breakfast was the same as ours. If you need a breakfast top up, there is a lovely bakery shop on the beach front

We had a wonderful vacation at Andreas. It was not only about the clean room and the good breakfast, but also the warm atmosphere and, of course, the beautiful yard, where having breakfast felt truly special

We had a nice stay with my family. Very good location close to the beach Kamari, 3- 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and shops around. The breakfast was good and has a good variety both for adults and kids

The gardens are beautiful, gorgeous spot to have your breakfast. Lots of homemade food at breakfast inc jams and cake which was delicious. Location is excellent, 5mins walk to beach and restaurants

The breakfast is very good and healthy, they serv homemade gem and cake. The garden is marvelous (haven’t seen anything like this on the entire island), new pool and nice roof garden

Staff were always friendly and pool area is great. The hotel is away from the madness of Fira and oia but very close to a bus stop (3min walk approx) which has regular busses to Fira and from there you can get to Oia

They have us an actual key to the room that would turn on the lights and keep ac flowing. And then a master key for the front door after 11. The staff was so welcoming felt like they welcomed me into their home

their options about restaurants did not disappointed us. Breakfast absolutely fine, room was cleaned every day which was more than appreciated

Pool and outside area were stunning, and with that the cocktail and snack bar were amazing. For the price of drinks you get more than what u order. Really all in together amazing and beautiful experience

There are lots of steps unless ur on the ground floor, no lifts but staff help with ur luggage. Attentive staff, helpt with our car rental. Plenty of sun loungers nice relaxing music at pool
