Janis, Aphrodite and Stephanous were so great and spoiled us at the beach. We were there for a wonderful wedding in Greece and between events it was so relaxing being at Hotel Sunshine. Looking forward to coming back

We LOVED that we were right on the beach, walking out of the hotel to lounge in the sun was exactly what we wanted in our trip. Very relaxing with tons of shops and food options near by.

Very welcoming staff, great location on Kamari beach front, breakfast is buffet style and eaten on the outdoor terrace by the beach, comfy beds, good WiFi, would definitely return

What to say about this place and not to exaggerate. This place is the gem! It's a small 30 rooms family hotel. The breakfast is great(they really try). Hotel is less then 5 min to the beach. People are so plesent and nice

Complimentary breakfast is great - includes many options for a vegetarian - Greek Salads, fresh fruits, fruit juice, coffee, breads, sandwiches, corn flakes, chocos, cheese, etc. View from the balcony is very nice

Great hotel, rooms a bit small but the location, pool area and service from this hotel was outstanding! Breakfast more than sufficient a d the poll bar and food were outstanding.

The hotel has a lovely pool that lies in a cosy inner garden. Palm trees, flowers, natural shade (difficult to find on the island!)

Although a small hotel, we never had any trouble finding sunbeds around the pool (at any time). Spending time at the pool was very relaxing and peaceful

Everyone working at the hotel was very welcoming and friendly, especially Maria at the pool bar who made sure we were well looked after during the day! Our stay would not have been the same without her and we miss her daily iced coffees and cocktails (non alcoholic for me)

The location was ideal - only a short walk (no more than 10 minutes) to the beach and a variety of restaurants and bars, all serving amazing food! I’d also highly recommend the open air cinema within walking distance

Our room was spotless, cleaned daily and spacious enough for our needs. The breakfast selection was small (as to be expected from a small hotel) but well cooked and plentiful enough to fill us up for the morning

The selection included toast, pastries, cereal, ham, cheeses, eggs and sausage/bacon. We visited Fira and Oia via bus which was a very cheap and easy way to travel (€2 per journey per person)

I’m glad we took the time to visit as we saw an incredible sunset, but the towns were so busy with tourists (and more expensive) compared to Kamari

Pool area is ample size for guests with beds always available Staff cannot do enough to help and assist your stay

We, actually, felt like we visiting family )) Rooms very clean, spacious, all have balconies and little fridge (that important in the warm weather!). Nice lobby, breakfast good, swimming pool area very relaxing

My flight was delayed twice, and he was still there after midnight to show me to my room and offer suggestions the next morning. The hotel is a quick walk to the beach, and it has a great pool with a bar

We have just returned from a week here with our 3 children. We have had the best week- lovely clean hotel (we had 2 rooms- one by the pool!) and the staff are lovely. Everyone greeted you with a smile

Our daughters room had a shaded balcony which kept them cool. From our balcony we could see the hills and sea, beautiful. We had a self catering room and this is very similar to most Greek hotels

Excellent service at the pool side bar. I randomly stopped in the area and I was overwhelmed with outstanding hospitality. I was served very quickly a delicious gyros, smoothie and an iced coffee 💕💫✨

We read some of the reviews just before coming out. We contacted TUI for reassurance, which they failed to provide. So our expectations were not that high. The reality was very different

Theyre all very helpful and friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The pool area is really modern and clean, with a good bar and restaurant

The staff although friendly enough certainly did not utilize the area there could have been an offer of drinks service or tasty lunchtime snacks for people staying round the pool

The positives of this place are that the rooms were large and cleaned every day. The pool was clean and a decent size, the beds were plentiful, and had umbrellas for shade

Dimitris Villa is a excellent place to stay in santorini. It's a beautiful little family run accommodation. The staff are brilliant and can not do enough for you

I would absolutely recommend the Greek night it was definitely the highlight of my holiday

You are around 5/10 minute walk from the centre of Kamari and the beautiful beaches, but if you want to stay in the hotel, the pool is amazing and the cocktails even better! The rooms are great with a great view from the balcony and they are cleaned daily

I don't know which is better, the hotel or people working there! So clean and cute, def deserves more than 3 stars. People are so polite, friendly and helpful, I literally felt like home❤️

A hotel near the airport but very quiet. Access to private beach, although the beach is not one of the best. A nice and spacious pool but with the bar closed. Rooms comfortable although improvable

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful! The room was cleaned every day, and towels changed too! The swimming pool it is open from 8.00-21.00, it is clean and beautiful 🤗 , breakfast it’s ok.

The things that bring down the grade is the fact that the beds are not comfortable at all and the fact that the buses stop going at 21:30 and the bar by the pool is mostly closed

A little bit noisy during the day time when there is a flight taking off or landing. One minute walk from Mediterranean beach. Free beach chairs to lie down with shades. Very quiet sea but with waves

During the stay We were surprised by the cleanliness and neatness. Also a special Compliment to the host who helped in everything in a very discreet way

Nice pool which was very clean, staff where very helpful and able to give lots of advice if required 5 minutes stroll from the beach. There's a small menu available for poolside snacks and a poolside bar

The pool and common areas of the hotel are great the the staff are extremely helpful and does evetyhing to make you feel at home. The hotel itself is quite small to eveything has a nice intimate feeling

Lovely 7 night stay at The Hotel Avraki. Well positioned in Kamari, with only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants & shops

A simple breakfast was included daily, ranging from juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, Greek yoghurt, croissants, cake, cheese, sliced cold meats & bread

Hot food included mini frankfurters, omlette, fried/scrambled egg. The weather was a fantastic 23 degrees & the sunbeds around the swimming pool were a welcome place to chill. Pool towels provided upon request

A 12 minute walk to the local bus stop, which takes you into Fira, where you can get connecting buses to other parts of the island. We visited Akrotiri, Oia ,Pyrgos & Fira. The bus fare was €2 per person per journey

Room cleaning undertaken daily, including change of towels. Do pay a visit to the Erotokritos bakery, which has a tasty range of baguettes,sandwiches, cakes, pastries, baklava & chocolates

With large pool, sunbeds, pool bar of course and wifi all over the area. The rooms aren´t perfect but they are more than satisfying for the time of your stay

The housekeeping was also decent, new towels every day, cleaning, moping the floor, anything you need and you dont have to ask for it

The owner - Elijah - is very nice, friendly and helpful, he speaks fluent English and German. What we really loved was breakfast. Bacon, eggs, sausages, cereals, fruit and vegetable salads, sweets etc

We were just two but there were also families with little kids (cca from 6 months and older) and it is very comfortable for older people as well. (wheelchair is not a problem, there is low-floor access)

My mum and I just came back from one of the loveliest holiday´s we ´ve ever been on. And that is also thanks to the Hotel and its staff

It is wonderfully peaceful here and it is easy to find a place by the pool, in the lovely sun loungers or in a hammock. The pool is not that big, but there is plenty of room to swim and cool off during the day

There is also a shower and toilets right by the pool area. There is a pool bar with drinks, snacks etc. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the beach down a quiet, traffic-free road

We were 6 people on vacation together and had booked 3 rooms with a view of the pool at the lovely hotel Summer Dream. The hotel is nice and cozy with about 15-20 rooms

The pool area is peaceful with lots of sunbeds both in the shade and in the sun - there is always a possibility to chose what is best for you

Near the hotel there are also several small supermarkets, the possibility of renting a car or scooter, lots of bars and restaurants - either on the beach promenade or a little up in town

They also offered to help with a taxi back to the airport. Breakfast was prepared and served on a tray for each person, who could either choose to take it up to their room or sit in the large room near the kitchen

The breakfast was fresh and adequate, the room was comfortable and clean, the location was excellent! There are so many restaurants so close by, but Lilian also suggested some great places

Lilian, the owner, was amazing and so helpful as I had a sudden medical illness to deal with. She helped us find a doctor and always checked in on me, to see how I was doing

The beach is rocky and you need water shoes, but the water was beautiful! I highly recommend the Ino Hotel. Just remember to bring your own shampoo and conditioner

The family that run it make this 6 star in my opinion. Such lovely people and even the cleaners would meet you with a smile and a "good morning" - it felt perfect. The pools and recent work ARE 5 star

This is great hotel very close to all services and attractions but still well maintained, nice and relaxing. Staff is great. Goos swimming pool area. Perfect camp base to visit the island. We loved staying here.

We are staying here a couple, a toddler and a baby. The hotel is new and perfectly maintained 2. We got upgraded to junior suite 5. Pool has shade most of the day 7

Our flight was late at evening, the hotel hosting us with pleasure in the pool and suggested to have a shower before leaving to airport

We stayed at hippocampus from 9th to 16th if July. The rooms and the whole structure are delicious. Position is perfect work, in the best part of Kamari. We felt like home with our hosts being so kind all the time.

As others have said - the receptionist could not do more for you. 2-3 min walk to the beach and restaurants, supermarkets and an array of bars, airport pickups and an ample and well stocked buffet breakfast

He was very helpful in guiding us in how to use the bus system and where to go around the island. He is very genuine, lively, accommodating, and always checked in on us to ensure our stay was well

This is a friendly lovely family run hotel/restaurant. The rooms were spacious, clean and contemporary. Good size bathroom with great shower. Free use of the beach sun beds and umbrellas with free use of towels

As a vegetarian I never had a struggle with finding nice food and Nicolas goes about and beyond to make sure you are happy. It has its own private part of the beach and there was never an issue to get a sunbed

A reasonably priced with a fabulous location and very attentive staff. The owners made us feel like family. Kamari had a laid back vibe and the hotel offers free shaded lounge chairs on the beach with waiter service.

Very nice and clean location. The Alkyon family makes everything to pleases their clients. Rooms are cleaned every day and the pool is amazing (pool is having jacuzzi too). Breakfast is also very good.

The cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in. Although 2 stars, it should have at least 3 or 4 as the rooms are very clean and new bedding and towels every day. The bathroom is a little small, but modernised

Rooms are fresh and tidy, equipped with air-conditioner, fridge, safe, TV in both rooms, hair dryer and balcony, nothing very fancy, but comfortable. Bathroom could be a bit bigger

The location is amazing, it’s right on the beach and there is loads of restaurants and shops. There is also a bus station nearby which goes to the town centre Fira. I would recommend for a couple or for a small family

This hotel was perfect in every way. It is right on the beach. Room was immaculately clean. Bed was comfy. As a solo traveller I felt safe and that is a huge plus for me.

My wife and I came here on honeymoon. I had nothing to do with the booking and my wife got it absolutely spot on with this place. The room was great (A) if you would like a poolside room

We had the choice how often we wanted the rooms cleaned and bedding/towels changed The staff are very friendly and approachable and happy to give advise on where to visit and places to eat

We spent a week in august, really enjoyed our stay, family run with many returning guests, (always a good sign) great views nice pool area , though not enough sunbeds, attentive friendly staff, great location.

The best part of the room for me was it's location, 10 mins in a taxi from the airport, right on the sea front and restaurants on your doorstep but it was quiet too. We did come in October so this may effect this

The hosts were really nice, we asked for a transport to the airport, the fixed it even though we needed it 2 am. They fixed rooms we could store our luggage in and changing rooms so we could shower after the pool

Recently renovated, walking distance to the Black beach, small but nice pool area and close to the airport, which is good for travelling and we were not too bothered by the air traffic noise (however, others may be)

Homely palace near kamari beach. We enjoyed our stay here. The host were really nice and friendly. Breakfast was served every morning. The place is near airport so you can see ton of planes landing everyday.
