Poseidon in Kamari

Hotel is located in a very good spot, just across the beach. The pool is small, but clean. Breakfast had good variety of dishes and you can eat on the veranda overlooking the beach. Staff are very welcoming, helpful, friendly and attentive. Rooms are fresh and tidy, equipped with air-conditioner, fridge, safe, TV in both rooms, hair dryer and balcony, nothing very fancy, but comfortable . Bathroom could be a bit bigger.

This hotel was perfect in every way. It is right on the beach. Room was immaculately clean. Bed was comfy. As a solo traveller I felt safe and that is a huge plus for me.

Small but perfect. Easy going but friendly. Cleanest place I've stayed at in ages. Nothing luxurious but good clean, solidly decent hotel. Their restaurant is excellent, all the meals we had were delicious. Breakfast is varied in choices and plentiful. The pool small but clean and loungers comfortable, Their beach area is serviced, drinks and food at your beach loungers. All in all, it's a great choice. Kamari is perfect too. Plenty of excellent shops, bars and restaurants for all budgets and tastes.

Thank you for a wonderfull time in your hotel. Everybody was friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was great and varied daily. Our room was comfortable and clean. See you next year! :)

Location on the boardwalk was great,check smooth, they didnt receive an email via bookings.com regarding my neck and back surgery requiring me to carry a custom $200.00 pillow and firm mattress from the hotel with minimal stairs,
Room was on second floor,, problem, hotel manager was so helping and accommodating,switched rooms to main floor in a matter of minutes , extra blankets towels no problem,
Breakfast buffet has a little of everything with a little special different surprise each morning,quiche one morning ,something different.

The accompanying hotel restaurant had the best saganiki , for that matter all the food was great , staff ,waiters.

The prices are slightly higher then others(couple of euros) since the all have the same food, quality of food and chef are amazing.

Check out was somewhat smooth for the most part, my custom made two hundred dollar pillow had grown some legs while in the hotel, Katrina like a true manager defended the staff. Unexplainable disappearce,like the Bermuda Triangle.

Bottom line great place to stay one pillow in , zero pillow leaving.

The reception staff were lovely and very welcoming. As soon as we checked in we were given lots of information - ie how to hire a car/bike. Our room was small but it was big enough for two people, the bathroom was big and well equipped. The room was clean and had good air conditioning. The pool front is lovely with a great selection of beds/chairs, although it is small and can sometimes be busy. More than anything it was the staff that made this place, they are really nice and helpful. The restaurant across the road which they own was nice and reasonably priced, the portions are also huge. If you spend €10 at the restaurant you also get 2 free beds on the beach which is good.

The location is amazing, it’s right on the beach and there is loads of restaurants and shops. There is also a bus station nearby which goes to the town centre Fira.
I would recommend for a couple or for a small family.

Absolutely fantastic. The rooms aren't luxury, but clean, spacious, and comfortable. How much time do you spend there anyway? Lovely pool, great location. What makes this hotel stand out is the absolutely wonderful staff. This is probably the best, friendliest, and most helpful hotel staff I've ever encountered. All that and very affordable, which is particularly important when you're hemmoraghing money on Santorini. 😂🤣 Wouldn't hesitate to stay again amd again and reccomend it to anyone and everyone!

Stayed here two weeks ago. Good price compared to the rest of Santorini and Kamari. It has a cute pool with sun beds around it right on the beach. The rooms were very clean and a good size. There was a lovely internal terrace in our room which was good to dry clothes and chill. The bathroom was nice. The only problem was the shower panel was broken but they said they were waiting for the panel to arrive to fix it. They even have free pool/beach towels you just need to leave a €10 deposit per towel which you get back when you return the towels which I think was a great addition.

Please be aware that the beach in Kamari is very difficult to get in and out to swim. The entire length of the beach where it meets the water is smooth rock covered in very slippery algae so you need some waterproof shoes.

Location is great, walking distance to bus station, right on the beach and in the middle of the shops and restaurants.

One of the best experiences of my life.. that’s a really familiar hotel, you feel like home.. really clean, in front of the beach, really good breakfast, but the best are the people that work here! ♥️ Thank you very much, you made my vocations even better!
