Secret View Hotel in Oia

We had an amazing stay with secret view hotel. The food at the restaurant is incredible and so tasty! The staff are so hard working and lovely. From the cleaners, to the bar staff to reception, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The whole complex is immaculate in terms of how clean it was. We travelled with our 6 month old and the staff were so attentive to her needs. Special shout out to Sofia and Irini. The location was top notch, just a short walk away from Oia. We will highly recommend and will definitely be back for another visit!

We spent a large part of our Honeymoon at Secret View Hotel and couldn’t have been happier with the decision! The hotel is nicely located - close enough to Oia that we felt connected but far enough that we felt calm and relaxed. The staff went above and beyond the moment we arrived! Special thanks to James who was always a friendly face each time we walked out and arrived back at the hotel. Thank you Secret View! We hope to one day be back!

By far the best burger I've ever had during my 33 years on this planet we call earth!

The patty was super juicy and perfectly grilled, again, the best burger I've had!

I'm unfortunately unable to recall the name of the cocktail, but that as well was incredibly good!

All in all, most bang for the bucks, just a really great place with attentive and respectful staff!

We had a great stay at Secret View. The room was spacious and clean, the property was well laid out and didn’t feel crowded. Breakfast was comprehensive. Most importantly, the service was very kind and attentive. Irini and James went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Our rooms were fantastic. Comfortable, well appointed, clean, great views, lots of windows, nice bathroom - everything we had hoped for.

The staff was warm and welcoming, attending to our every need - often one step ahead.

The resort was away from most of the hustle and bustle. However, there is a road right next door which - depending upon your room location, can be noisy. (The four-wheelers that tourists use to traverses the island are often very noisy.) And this is an issue just about everywhere. Furthermore, if you get a hotel on the caldera, you could have tourists walking by your balcony while you eat, relax, or cool off in the pool. They are VERY intrusive and will invade your privacy to get their best Instagram shot. I’ll take a little noise.

Breakfasts offer a wide variety of tasty options brought to your table - no buffet here, thankfully.

Dinner was outstanding. While the menu is small, the food was delicious and the service was top notch.

Both pools are beautiful and well maintained. One of my only suggestions would be to offer more shady spots as the summer sun is unrelentingly. And if you spend the day in the sun on a tour, some relief is nice.

I would not hesitate to visit again.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this hotel and it was an incredible experience. The staff was the best we have ever experienced and they truly took care of you through the entire stay and even assisted on helping us plan our daily excursions. The rooms were so clean and the rooms were very comfortable. We absolutely recommend and hope to come back one day!

I made the right decision to stay at Secret View Hotel. The location was conveniently accessible to the major places like airport, Oia center, church, etc. The scenic views complement with outdoor pools, restaurants, and gym. The meals served at the restaurant were absolutely sumptuous at a reasonable price. The room was spacious and very cozy, neat, and beautiful. The Harmonia spa was truly rejuvenating. Above all, every employee (driver, front desk receptionists, housekeepers, waiters/waitresses kitchen staff, chef, supervisors, and general manager were all very congenial, effective, and efficient. They provided me with world-class customer service. Furthermore, they always wear a sweet genuine smile. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the general manager and administrative team for developing high caliber employees who exemplify the real essence of hospitality business. I look forward to staying at Secret View Hotel again when I visit Santorini again.

Excellent service. Beautiful facility, comfortable rooms, quality toiletries. Overall an impressive design.
Recommendations: The pricing for the transportation services could be adjusted to more realistic rates. The transfer to Oia in a distance of 1,8km cannot be charged for €20 (over €10/km). No taxi in the world is charged that much. The checkout should be at 12pm instead of 11am.

Honestly talk about luxury. The rooms are gorgeous. The pools are gorgeous (our room had a private pool shared only with one other suite). The view overlooking the island down to the sea is gorgeous. The bar is delicious and they will run food and drinks to your room at no charge until close. The restaurant is delicious. Probably the most authentic Greek food we had the whole time we were there. So fresh.

The staff was delightful. We are crazy so we brought our one year old daughter with us. They all fawned over her and gave her treats and played with her. Nothing was too much if the baby needed it.

We didn't realize we were there for Orthodox Easter and that the owner had reserved the restaurant for a traditional feast. We sat down to order and rather than kick us out he came over, shook my hand and invited us to join his extended family for the holiday.

Honestly, memories to remember for a lifetime.
