Keti Hotel in Fira

Wow, what a view! We spent 2 nights in the double room which was much bigger than it looked online. We upgraded on the last night to the suite with the private jacuzzi and this was MORE than worth the cost (which I think they could charge double what they charge for this room). If you have an opportunity to spend even 1 night in this room, do it! The service from the entire team was exceptional and the included breakfast is a ton of food and delicious. Because we were going to miss breakfast due to hiking Fira to Oia, they even made us sandwiches to take on the hike. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the team at Keti for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel!! Our hosts were very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed. They also had an amazing continental breakfast.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Kati Hotel in Santorini. Argyris, Tania, and Yiannis were incredibly helpful, and we appreciate all their assistance. A big thank you to Testso for carrying all our bags. Argie was also very helpful and explained the local shops and area very well. We would love to come back again. It’s such a clean and safe place to stay.

Amazing hotel! Location, pool, ambience, and the service from Gianni and his staff was excellent. It’s a small boutique hotel and very quiet but in a great location. The windows are double glazed so it is very quiet in the room. Fridge is a good size so you can buy drinks at the mini mart and stock up. Thoroughly recommend this hotel in Santorini.

A truly great hotel with views to match. The staff were extremely helpful, weather is was at breakfast or asking for directions or helping with our luggage they were always very helpful. The hotel was clean and very close to all the restaurants and shops. The main bus stop and taxi area all all within a 5 min walk. We loved our stay and sure to be back sometime in the future.

Room: Incredible, gorgeously renovated with the classic Greek feel, but modern. Impeccably clean, the balcony was gorgeous, bed was super comfortable and spacious. Air conditioning was great and even a dehumidifier! Everything down to the shampoo and body wash was fabulous.

Service: Can’t fault it - every staff member was so kind and generous and made our stay so easy - there were absolutely no issues and NOTHING was an issue for this staff team (not that we are overly fussy). They helped us to arrange transport to and from places and to book day trips and a boat cruise. 10/10.

Location: about 7 min walk down to the hotel (meaning same walk back up hill which can be challenging but that’s just part of Santorini.. if you can’t handle these steps then the rest of the trip gonna be pretty hard!) and the porter helped us to carry our bags down. The location is incredible with 10/10 views of the caldera and the sunsets (no need to go to a special spot or restaurant to see the sunset when your accommodation is this good). Very central location, only have to walk up the stairs from the hotel and you’re on the main strip. Perfect!

Also there is a small shared pool area which is perfect and wasn’t ever busy whilst we were there. Room to sunbathe and then cool down in the pool afterwards.

Wonderful location with extremely kind and attentive staff. AMAZING views. The bathrooms were updated in our room but rest of room wasn’t updated. Very clean room, though we did have a small plumbing problem (pipes overfilled and dirt got into our shower). This was quickly dealt with and I assume is just a general issue given the age of city.

AMAZINGGG. Literally the most beautiful and best hotel that we've ever stayed in. We opted for the Pillow View room and ohh my gosh. Best room in the house. It probably had the most privacy for a balcony room on the whole island. It was one of the lowest rooms with nothing the left side. The view was phenomenal, the room was amazing. We were big fans of the elevated bed built into the cut out. Made it feel so cozy and cave like.
The staff was great! They are super helpful and friendly with everything. The morning breakfast was cooked to order and so so delicious.
It was also in an amazing location, Fira is such a beautiful and underrated town, plus it was a quick ride to basically anywhere on the island.
We did a sunset boat cruise which we HIGHLY recommend.
It's a lot of steps down so I don't recommend this room for anyone with mobility.
We just truly had the best stay here and would absolutely stay in the same room again next time we are back in Santorini.

My boyfriend also requested flowers for me for the room when we arrived. So so beautiful they even left a vase.
