Aspa Villas in Oia

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Well located which suits our need- walking distance to centre, shopping & dinings.
I would recommend a consideration for making a shower non-slip mat be available as the flooring tends to be slippery.
I would recommend this place to my friends.

The coziest stay! Beautiful views and the absolute perfect location. The bus for fia picked up right in front of our location and Oia was a 5 min walk. The room was cozy with a hot tub a stocked fridge with snacks and water. The views were beautiful and can be enjoyed from your hot tub. The host was so lovely and even threw in a load of laundry for us, twice. For what we paid, we would definitely return.

Great location. Nikoleta the owner was awesome . Comoljnentary food bread , cheese , wine , coffee . Room has everything what u need - iron , kettle , coffee machine , microwave . Location around 500 MTR from main Santorini market . Lots of restaurants nearby . Supermarket opposite , Bus stop in case want to go to Fira is just 2 min walking . Host Nikoleta is generally a very warm person and goes out of her way to help customers . She emails the things to do in Santorini and how to get to Santorini . All in all if coming to Santorini then have to stay in oia and Aspa villas is a great place to stay . Fully satisified .

The staff were very friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were given a cold drink & a spa pool and shade with amazing views; to relax in while they prepared our room, which we then had access to 2 hours early.
The rooms were spacious and immaculate with food and water in the fridge for us and a complimentary bottle of wine. The views from the Caves & Terrace were beautiful, as was the sunset. It was very quiet. Overall a great place to relax, with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Loved it at Aspa Villas and would stay again! 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Aspa Villas & Caves! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff, especially Nikoleta, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciate all the support and warm hospitality. We would love to come back again in the future. Wow wow wow you need to stay here! The views are absolutely insane. The privacy on the outdoor terrace was lovely we were lucky that it was very quiet and it was mostly just me and boyfriend there. Very romantic spot. Although I did want a sea view in the accommodation the outdoor terrace made up for it🙌🏼🙌🏼 Great location can walk no bother to Oia and is a nice quiet secluded area away from the crowds for some peace. It is pure bliss here. The staff were so kind and welcoming to us and even gave us refreshments after our late flight in to Santorini. The room is well equipped and toiletries are A1. We will definitely be coming back again to this place in the future.

Lovely fantastic accomodation! We enjoyed our 4-day stay. Pleasure to meet Nikoleta, very nice and lovely owner. Thoughtfully planned everything inside (fridge has snacks, orange juice, cheese, ham, bread, yoghurt, lots of coffee and tea, and a bottle of wine!!) You wouldn't worry about toiletries, they provide everything including loofahs 😅 We stayed in Room 5 and the view is insane!! It has private jacuzzi, and easy access to the pool. There is also a jacuzzi outside of the accomodation with the views of Caldera. You can watch sunset, sunrise and the night lights view is crazy. Very close to restaurants and shops. Convenient location as there is a bus stop just across the road. They also provide transfer service with reasonable price (just let them know in advance). Couldn't say anything more. Everything was wonderful. Truly recommended.

This was our second visit to Aspa Villas in Oia The apartments are so lovey and comfortable we have never had a hamper like they have given the staff are amazing and we would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a clean comfortable and close to everything you need to have a lovely holiday

My fiancé and I loved our stay. We booked through Air BB and worked with Nicolette. The vip suite with balcony and views was unforgettable. Complementary wine and snacks were a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
