Aegean View Hotel in Kamari

One of the best stays we’ve had in the last few years. The views from anywhere in the hotel were gorgeous. You either get a wide view of Kamari below with the beach and the sea in the distance or the immense rocks that surround the hotel. There’s also a view of the zig-zag road up to Ancient Thera. From what I saw you can also watch the sunrise from most balconies in the hotel.

Great location. I thought it might be a trek when looking at the maps, and that it might take like 30-40 min to get to the beach, but I couldn’t be more wrong. 10 minute walk and you’re at the beach.

The staff were all lovely and really friendly and so accommodating. When checking-in the lady at reception explained where everything was in the surrounding area and they gave us a map and a bus timetable which was really helpful for getting around. They also let us keep our room for a few extra hours on the last day, because our flight was later on in the day, which was so handy because we could go to the beach one more time without worrying about luggage, come back and shower and just get ready in peace. I have never had that be offered before.

All around a fantastic experience and I really don’t see the point in trying any other hotel if we were to ever come back to this amazing island. Aegean View Hotel is already the perfect place.

The hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my family enjoyed our stay in Santorini. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and the views were amazing. Highly recommend

We couldn't have found a better place for our 7days stay in Santorini. The most wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel itself very clean with spatious rooms, great pool and just within 5min walking distance from the beach and lots of restaurants. An AMAZING experience. Highly recommend!👍

Really beautiful location, the town is not too busy but a good atmosphere whereas Oia and Fira is just chaos. Very, very busy.
Apartment was really spacious, very clean and air con doesn't cost additional and free wifi - all great! No washing up liquid etc provided as your cleaners actually do that for you (bless them!). A chopping board, and a toaster would be a good addition.
Pool area is lovely! Staff were extremely friendly, especially our lovely barman and the cleaners. Receptionist (who I believe is the owner) was incredibly helpful, advising on best places to go, bus services, what to avoid etc.

Fantastic place to stay. Thassos , George and the family couldn't do enough for us. They're all so friendly and helpful, I would recommend Aegean View Hotel to anyone. Rooms are spacious and very clean , new towels and beds made daily to a very high standard. The food at the pool bar is all freshly made, I had the best burger I've ever had there. We at there on a few occasions and never had a bad meal . Thank you guys , see you all next year

Unfortunately, i wasn't able to stay there, but i will definitely choose this location to stay. As the personnel was super helpful. They helped me not only to find my hotel, but also they gave me a ride there.
Not a common thing that can be met in this world. So, only for the reason of people working there and ready to come to rescue you, i am ready to recommend it and to choose it for my next vacation. Also, location is not that bad and inside they have pretty cool interior.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in, Staff are very friendly especially the barman Dimitris kept a smile on all our faces all holiday, Highly Recommended!
