We visited Santorini recently with 10 other family members for our niece's wedding. El Greco was our hotel of choice. Great decision!! Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Wonderful hotel and service was great. Easy walk to shops 10 mins. Bar service at pool and Esmerelda was great. Breakfast not so good, food not hot e.g. bacon eggs etc. Location was excellent

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

The resort itself is lovely, but the view from our room was of a wall. No one at reception spoke Italian, and the sweet options at breakfast were disappointing.

Hotel has large, spacious room, and depending where you are located you are very close to one of the many pools the hotel has to offer. Having read some of these reviews I was a bit concerned about having to get up early for sunbeds. I shouldn't have worried. Just back from a week at this hotel and it was great. All staff are very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste but there was always cereals and eggs. The shower heads are rusted but this is because it is sea water that comes out, the same as the sink. It’s a great location right beside the sea, with shop at end of street. Also the bus stops at the shop. My only complaint was the bed was to hard.

Hotel is very tired and needs a lot of attention. Staff are friendly and helpful. We booked a superior room but honestly don’t waste your money. We enjoyed everything at the Hermes Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us “feel at home.” It is set in a lovely area and we will be coming back. There’s plenty of choice for breakfast, the bar staff are brilliant and very accommodating.

This was a nice family-owned hotel on a road just off the main road going to Fira. It is a 1-minute walk to the main road to catch the convenient buses. The breakfast was OK, pool is nice, rooms are decent and with balconies, staff are friendly, rooms made up daily.

It is located in the walking distance from the public bus on the street as well as the hub in Fira. People are very nice and breakfast is good.

Overall, the hotel is good. The view from the room is great. There is a small but constant temperature hot spring bath, which is very comfortable to watch the sunset. The hotel is far from Fira town, and there are three free shuttle buses a day. There is a convenience store a few hundred meters away where you can buy some beer and drinks.

I went to Ducato during the off-season, and it was perfect. I think I was able to enjoy the beauty of Santorini without the tourists. The manager and breakfast delivery were also great.

Beautiful place Not so clean because the bed couch sheets were dirty. We asked them to change ,but they never did. Breakfast is good. For a 4 star hotel there should be more room service; but we had to carry the drinks instead of them coming and bring the drinks to us. On the day of the check out..I was still in the bathroom, they ha e noticed ,but still went into the room. That was quite uncomfortable...

This hotel is amazing! The views are spectacular. The staff are awesome. It’s a quick 10-15 min walk to town where the famous caldera views are. The only thing is the toilet in our room was placed on a super tight corner so one had to sit sideways. Other than that everything was great.

My husband and I stayed at Mr and Mrs White for a week in August. All staff were very friendly and polite, the hotel was well looked after and clean. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was great and it was definitely a breakfast with a view. Our room had a mezzanine floor, if you are not very good with steps I would not recommend this room. However, if you are not great...

We had a delightful stay at Mr and Mrs White Santorini. We travelled with our teens and the pools were great with spacious rooms. Yannis was fabulous and was very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was decent with a lovely Caldrea view. Thank you for a memorable stay!

On our first holiday to Santorini the Irigeneia was a beautiful hotel nestled in Perissa. We had easy access to the beach, less than a 10 minute walk with loads of shops and restaurants dotted around. The hotel was quiet and the family that ran it are so kind and helpful! We had breakfast every morning which had a variety of food - cereals, fruit, pastries etc. The room had everything we needed - safe...

The hotel is less than 1km from the bus stop. It's a small but clean accommodation. I had an issue with the tour I booked, so I couldn't participate. However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund. Thank you to the hotel and the MIA manager.
