Horizon Resort in Kamari

The service was excellent, as was the welcome.
Upon arrival, they give a brief introduction to the island and its beaches, and there’s also the option to book a vehicle for getting around.
Breakfast is well-stocked and delicious.
The pool is clean and equipped with showers and changing rooms, which is useful if you stay past check-out time.
The rooms are spotless, and the cleaning service is excellent and attentive to detail, even inside the room. The balcony is great and peaceful.
One suggestion: I would just add a few more power outlets near the bedside tables in the rooms and some brighter lighting.

We stayed here 4 nights . Great location as within easy walking distance of town centre , and in a quiet area with little traffic noise so good sleep quality , Very warm welcome and easy check in by George. Absolutely lovely room with balcony and sea view at one side. Very clean and serviced every day , Room had a very comfy bed with high quality linen, a TV , a/c ,fridge, a safe and a kettle. Bathroom had walk in shower with toiletries provided . There is a pool , but we didn’t use it .we were able to book excursions at front desk with George and he is very knowledgeable of the area and we appreciated his advice.Also gave us useful maps that helped us get around . Breakfast ( Greek style ) adequate and regularly topped up . This hotel is rated 3* … I beg to differ …lt definitely deserves 4* Would definitely recommend staying here.

All staff polite and helpful. Maid service was brilliant. Spotless hotel. Good breakfast. Good security. Lovely pool and surroundings. Great view of the sea and mountains from our room. Very good location too close to local bus stop

Had a nice stay with my mother at the Horizon Resort. We enjoyed both Greek breakfast and service. The stuff at the hotel was polite and friendly, open to do their best to make our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel is quite nice, around 12min to the beach and 5min to the central bus stop.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was very nice, and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The pool area was very nice, and the food was very good and nicely priced.

We loved our time at Horizon Resort. George was very accommodating, and made suggestions and arrangements for anything we needed. We loved our morning breakfasts on the patio. The hotel is within walking distance to the beautiful Kamari beach...so many great places to eat and shop.

This was my second time staying at the Horizon Resort, and I’m glad that we chose to come back here after 4 years.

The resort is in a perfect location to visit the island from, and is only a short walk away from the beautiful beach of Kamari. It offers good rooms, a very nice pool and proper breakfast.

But above all, what it offers is great hospitality and service. George, a big thanks to you and the staff once more, for making our stay perfect. I look forward to meeting in the future again, and possibly sharing another few beers!

Stayed here for a week and it was truly amazing. George was very hospitable and kind. Housekeeping did a excellent job every single night of the stay. Included was a very nice breakfast with fresh bread, greek yoghurt, eggs, vegetables and sweet stuff, not to mention the coffee!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered great variety. Perfect location and overall a great experience – highly recommended!
