We booked this back in July and it was a very cheap deal making it difficult to review!!! The hotel is better than average but not as good as “ very good” ( this is the flaw in Tripadvisor rating 3 being average 4 being very good!) We stayed at Perissa Bay for 4 nights in a twin room. The hotel and staff are fantastic. The hotel is well located and has its own bar/ restaurant/ pool and sun loungers on the beach- turn left or right and there are lots of bars and restaurants either way. Me and my friends had a blast eating and drinking in this place. They have lovely workers and boss, who are willing to go up and beyond so we as customers would be satisfy. Came in on a cruise ship, Norwegian, and took an Uber over to old AI, quick easy and away from the large crowds from Cork cruise ships. Standing shopping, beautiful views, and the food is amazing and fresh.

Nice beach with long walking trail. You can also ride around on an ATV here, or sit under an umbrella and take in the ocean with a nice beverage. Decent selection of restaurants as well as bars. Bus is very much not on schedule, so be prepared for long waits.

The place is fantastic, calm and cozzy. We arrived at 5 am and the host (Mama Kula) prepared the room for us. As I'm a bit stupid I parked where I shouldn't and my car got stucked in the sand :( Was in that moment when mama Kula, her son and other neighbors came to rescue, and I cannot thank them more for the help. Omg… this place is everything we wanted and a lot more. We wanted real Greece and we got it. Our room was spotless, fantastic air con and the shower was fab, hot and powerful. The owner is so nice and helpful. The place has everything you need and good Wifi. The shower is a little uncomfortable cause is in the corner of the bathroom on top of everything but for the price is great. We stayed for 3 days and this was a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants, and bus stop to go to Fira or Oia. Costas was a wealth of knowledge and help for all things to see and do. Great restaurant on site and a nice continental breakfast. Beautiful pool area, Clean as well.

The stay was relaxing and enjoyable. However, the only thing i would recommend for the hotel staff to add is a holder for the shower head and the curtain to be longer so that it prevents water going out easily. This was a gem of a find. The family were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we had access to a roof terrace as well as choice of balconies. I absolutely enjoyed this stay to the maximum. The family run place is adorable and the family itself…they looked after me like I was their own :) The studio has everything you need - comfortable clean bed, the fridge, the cooker, plates, mugs, cutlery… and the views. It’s located within 5 mins to the popular Gyros place, beach, bakery... If you rent a car, you can park just a few metres higher up...

What to say about this place and not to exaggerate. This place is the gem! It's a small 30 rooms family hotel. The breakfast is great(they really try). Had a very nice stay in the hotel, its located in Kamari, 3-5 min walk to the beach where you have many places to choose to stay and eat, the bus station is also close, nice and clean rooms, nice and help-full personnel. The breakfast is very good and healthy, they serv homemade gem and cake. The garden is marvelous (haven’t seen anything like this on the entire island), new pool and nice roof garden...

We had a nice stay with my family. Very good location close to the beach Kamari, 3- 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is very quiet. Overall nice experience, however, the housekeeping was not very good at cleaning and one of the days our room was out of electricity for 4 and half hours, we thought this happened due to the winds since a couple of days prior, electricity was gone in the whole city for 2 hours. Overall a good place to stay - works excellent as a resting hub if you are not planning to stay in too much. Close to the services of the Kamari beach area, nice and rather quiet. Just be sure to close in the wooden balcony doors on bedtime to ensure some light and noise block. Our room had a leaking toilet and disconnected sink, which were a minor inconvenience. We were so overwhelmed in our stay, the staff were so kind, friendly and approachable. It is very near to kamari beach almost 2 minutes walk, then may resto, shops, car rentals, supermarket everywhere. The room with a beautiful view, and the pool is clean and accessible all time. This is a lovely friendly and very clean hotel. It's in an ideal position with lots of shops, bars and gorgeous restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. There is no lift. Outstanding hotel! With the 3 night stay, shuttle service was included which was absolutely too notch. No waiting and took care of bags. Rooms were super clean and quiet. Soak/jetted tub was comfortable in the evening. They arranged a sunset catamaran tour which went smooth and was tons of fun. The town is super special with loads of restaurants, shops, cafes and wineries within walking distance.

Very nice place and beautiful room. The room was very spacious and with all the necessities, the jacuzzi outside was great for a moment of pure relax. The only downside could be due to the noisy neighbors. The rooms/gardens are all next to each other and there is not so much isolation among them.

Stayed at Mesanto suites for 1 night as we had a ferry for the afternoon the next day. The room was large with a private hot tub and situated in a little village with plenty of restaurants. Highly recommended and we would recommend using this as a base for an extended Santorini stay.

Lovely property. Peaceful and comfortable. The pool was a lovely treat. The area around the property is quite and only a 2 minute walk to a great winery and 5 minutes to a lovely town square with restaurants and bars for a relaxed evening. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Mesanto (september 2024) The room was spacious, comfortable and cosy and included a great secluded outside area with a private jacuzzi. The village of Megalochori was even better than we had imagined. Not as touristy as Fira and Oia. In addition the best viewpoint of the whole island (heart of Santorini) is within a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. The family bakery...

This is a great apartment complex in a perfect location for exploring Kamari. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The apartment was fine. This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location with such friendly people as owners! They helped us wherever needed, gave recommendations and provided all that we needed. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, but the decoration could probably do with a bit of an update. This didn’t really affect our stay at all. Definitely would stay here again

This is a great place to stay close to the beach. We landed in Greece late night and we had to call the front desk since they are not there 24 hours. Make sure you communicate with them what time are you are arriving.

Had a nice stay with my mother at the Horizon Resort. We enjoyed both Greek breakfast and service. The stuff at the hotel was polite and friendly, open to do their best to make our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel is quite nice, around 12min to the beach and 5min to the central bus stop.
