Where to stay in Perivolos

Came here at the beginning of September with my partner. Transfer time was about 30-40 mins which wasn’t too bad. When we arrived at the hotel we was greeted by the receptionist and concierge, our room was ready so once we check in our luggage was taken to our room, I had booked a standard double room and our room looked onto the pool area. This resort is a real gem in a fantastic location. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and getting into town is quick and easy. The staff were warm and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful resort at a beautiful location, everything important within a small walking distance. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort has many amenities and everything works great. Our favourite activity was floating in the pool!

Just returned from Villa Olympia, definitely recommend a stay. Villa Olympia is spotlessly clean staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are traditional with air-conditioning. It is a short walk to the beach , shops and restaurants.

Great stay, the host (Ritsa) was very helpful and listened to our queries along with a few issues on the first day which were dealt with promptly without fail. Don't expect 4 or 5 star luxury, this provides everything for a comfortable stay. Convenient location from the airport and a good variety breakfast.

First impression was this cannot be a 2 star hotel. Nice little petite hotel very close to the beach. 1st morning here and we love this place already.

The hotel is beautiful and you're a short walk from Perivolos and Perissea beaches, which are both amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and there is a good convenient store right down the road.

Staff and management were amazing. We left kids clothing behind and Maria took it upon herself to have it shipped to us at our next travel destination. My wife and I came for a cocktail by the pool of Istoria, and ended up staying the afternoon drinking and conversing with Stelios, the great bartender of Istoria. Simply by talking he was able to know which drinks were made for us. I want to come back to Istoria just to catch up with Stelios and drink until sunset. He made our stay remarkable. There is a lot of hype about Oia and Fira but you can take a car/taxi to visit those places which we found to be very touristy and crowded. I visited this wonderful villa and was satisfied! Clean rooms with air conditioning, there are tables where you can sit down with a glass of wine at the end of the day, beautiful garden design, there is a small swimming pool, but even this is not the main thing! The sea is within walking distance, many cafes and restaurants for every taste!

Location is super OK, the hosts were nice and discreet, they cleaned the room and changed towels every day. If I go to Perissa again, I will surely stay there. The kitchen was fairly equipped, if you need anything more (we wanted one more glass and one more cup) , you just ask.

Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby. Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller. Next door to a restaurant, plus vehicle hire, and opposite a small supermarket, so everything you need is nearby. 10 minute walk to nearest beach. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room itself very good with A/C, but shower room in need of repair and upgrade. Pool a good size and not over subscribed. We will return to Santorini again...

Needs to improve some things: the sink in the bathroom almost have no water (little) and the "box" (bidet) have less than 1 squared meter!!!...The Room is good, mas the Bath is bad!

Happy with our stay here. The main improvement would be more storage space in the rooms. We stayed for a week and only had a small rack to hang our clothes with 6 coat hangers. Would be much easier with a set of drawers as we like to unpack all our clothes to stop them creasing. Nice beach with long walking trail. You can also ride around on an ATV here, or sit under an umbrella and take in the ocean with a nice beverage. Decent selection of restaurants as well as bars. Bus is very much not on schedule, so be prepared for long waits.

Love this beach. Out of season it is quiet and very chilled. Fallen asleep twice here after enjoying a few beers and food at places along the front.

A super clean hotel! Beautiful rooms, excellent service. Everybody was very kind and helpful, ready to assist us anytime. Our room was cleaned up thoroughly every day. George, the receptionist, was one of a kind! Would definitely recommend it!

Super Cosy hotel with amazing breakfast and host, George is the best! Walking distance from the beach, around the corner there is a mini market. We booked a quad for several days, booked the Catamaran tour, pick up was done easily, all perfectly arranged. We definitely will return!

They make you feel like part of the family, it's a very friendly place, clean, beautiful views, nice swimming pool. It's simply perfect!

We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. We often had the pool to ourselves. We adored our host, George, as he did everything he could to make us comfortable and have a fantastic stay. Very close to the beach/boulevard and some great restaurants. We'll be back

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is at a great location only a few minutes away from the beach or a bus stop. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. George who works at the reception was very kind and helpfull. He showed us around the hotel and helped us pick a tour as well as booking transfers or taxi's. They also offer breakfast and roomservice and their pool is very nice too...

Short walk from the beach. The pool and room are nice and Mary was so helpful and wonderful with our transfers from the port and helping us get around. Definitely recommend
