The room was adequate, the food wasn’t bad although the staff had nothing better to do but make things up that it’s unsafe for us to drink or eat around the pool area unless food or drinks were purchased onsite. Staff were amazing on reception and concierge - special mention to Georgia (I think her name was) who help make our short stay very memorable with her sage advice on how to fill our time. Would stay again.

Breakfast was great - Michelle (or Melissa) was a star; she brought my partner honey ginger and lemon every morning to help with her sore throat. We had a great sea and beach view from our room. The spa facilities let the resort down - for a 5* spa resort the facilities are restricted to two massage rooms, no indoor pool (the outdoor pools were very cold), no sauna, jacuzzi or steam room. Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Kamari. Kid friendly, with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, with so many options to choose from. Super close to the airport too, me and my daughter loved watching the planes go by! Only downside was the pools were very cold, especially at the end of September, however this couldn’t be helped, but be mindful if you’re looking for...

Our time was limited but there was no sun in the back of our room like the other sections.

Great hotel, friendly staff, great rooms, great beds, low pressure water in the showers, great massage, great pools and nearby beach, very good breakfast. There was an island power outage but the hotel owns a power generator which allowed for some power to exist, better than nothing. There is noise from passing airplanes, but you get used to it, it doesn't bother at night. Good gym. Recommended!

This is truly a 5 star hotel. The staff was professional, friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Good and quiet air con. Quiet environment all around. The view was amazing. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and clean as well. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony, which was warm and clean with strong jets. Breakfast was very good, and there was oat milk available...

the property is located in a great area walking distance into fira also they have a bus.

Stayed for 5 days in July of 2016. It's located over a main road of the island, but it's not close to Fira (at least not a walking distance). At the time of my stay they offered a shuttle van to Fira every hour. The breakfast options were amazing, I will never forget their Greek Coffee. The view and sunset is what they are famous for. Expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.

I really loved the hotel's ambiance. It was recommended by a friend in Greece, and I hope to bring my family here for vacation next year. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends; it's the best spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, I absolutely loved it. The breakfast was also very plentiful, but we had to get up early to take photos.

Traveled with 75 year old mother who doesn't do stairs well so this was an obvious concern traveling to Santorini. This hotel was perfect for us! Only 1 flight of stairs that she used one time a day and that was to leave for outings. Otherwise the pool, restaurant/bar was on the same level as our room. View is amazing! Large breakfast which is included. Lunch/dinner from the restaurant also very good...

Recently stayed here with my sister. Ordered a Caesar salad with Parmesan during lunch and the Parmesan had mold on it. The kitchen said that is normal and it’s just the salad. Parmesan cheese should not have mold! Additionally I tried to leave for my flight at 630 am and the front gate was closed. When I tried to ask the front desk to open it, no one was there.
