We enjoyed staying at the King Albus Villa. The communication with the hosts was excellent, fast and easy. They implemented good Covid measures to protect everyone’s health. To not have too much contact, breakfast was available in the fridge and cleaning took place when we were outside of the villa. We would recommend staying at this stylish, spacious place.

Host was super responsive, housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and pool was nice! Checkin process was very smooth - better than any other accom in Santorini

Cool apartment with private pool and great view. Good option for people who are looking for privacy. The contact with the host was perfect and they were really helpful.

Amazing stay! We had such a lovely time at Albus Villas, owner was super nice and really helpful! She was really helpful and even helped us for some trips in santorini! The place was magical, breakfast was amazing!!! Really recommend it, and will go back after the pandemic!

Wow. I hate when businesses take advantage of international travelers. Google reviews are meant for individuals to share their experience at any level whether it is before,after, or during services. It’s seems that this venue is looking to cover up their actions. In my experience the truth does not belong to the loudest. I feel sorry for the guest that has been bullied by this team. But I probably would not recommend this place either.

I wasn't able to stay at this villa. But I have been bullied multiple times by Penelope and her team. My orignal review was not to seek vengeance, but to simply shed light on my experience. I have no harsh demands. I simply requested modifications due to the current EU travel restrains due to covid. Penelope and her team put no consideration for the new travel restrictions for international travelers. I'm sure this place is beautiful. I wish this company well. I just want to share my experience as an international traveler with this business. Again, please take caution before booking. Be safe and stay well.

The Staff and the lack of understanding for international travelers and traveling restrictions during the pandemic is shameful.
If we went through a 3rd party like Air BnB, my family and I would be working with people who cared about the severity of the virus and our safety. Would NOT recommend for international travelers.
