Such a beautiful resort with Aesthetic interiors. Special mention for one of the staff, Androklis, he is by far the sweetest person we've met in Greece and really made our dinner pleasant.

Views, location and the room were really nice. However Breakfast was not good at all, opted to skip because of lack of fresh options and variety. Especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at we were certainly disappointed with the food. Hopefully they fix!

Fabulous hotel, exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel in Santorini. Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

The resort itself is lovely, but the view from our room was of a wall. No one at reception spoke Italian, and the sweet options at breakfast were disappointing.

Hotel has large, spacious room, and depending where you are located you are very close to one of the many pools the hotel has to offer. There was an island power outage but the hotel owns a power generator which allowed for some power to exist, better than nothing. This was a nice family-owned hotel on a road just off the main road going to Fira. It is a 1-minute walk to the main road to catch the convenient buses. The breakfast was OK, pool is nice, rooms are decent and with balconies, staff are friendly, rooms made up daily.

It is located in the walking distance from the public bus on the street as well as the hub in Fira. People are very nice and breakfast is good.

The service was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were good.

This place is a rip-off. It's smaller than my bathroom at home, and the bed is barely wider than a sofa. How can they charge 800 a night for a room like this? Don't they have a conscience? This guesthouse must have just opened because there's a strong odor. They charge for everything, and linens are only changed every three days. They don't even clean your room unless you ask.

This hotel is a bargain! Their communication before your arrival is outstanding, and as soon as you check in they're available with great advice on local attractions. My cruise to the volcano and hot springs was arranged, ticket printed on the spot. The breakfast is excellent, and the whole place is kept very clean.

First time in Santorini a lovely island. Transfer time from the airport was around 25 minutes checked in at reception a very warm welcoming in our junior suite & unpacked all within 20 minutes. This cute Greek villa has a pool and a jacuzzi on the balcony, so you can relax in a private, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The sunsets from the restaurant are amazing, and I highly recommend it. They even delivered freshly baked sweets and lavender sachets to us. It was my first time in Santorini, and I'm so glad I stayed there.

The hotel staff is very friendly and polite! There is a small path leading to Oia from the hotel, which is about a 10-minute walk. The only drawback is that if you have just got off the plane with a lot of luggage and choose to take the local public bus to the hotel, it will be inconvenient because you have to walk a long slope or stairs beside the road after getting off the bus.

We have just had two lovely weeks here. Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean. Rooms were really nice with A/C, cleaned daily, fridge in the room. Staff were so nice! Great holiday staying with the team at hotel28. Spotlessly clean. Room mopped and beds made every day. Towels changed when you want them to be. .Breakfast is fresh and although a limited selection, it's all you need. No kettle on the room.... Get a grip. This isn't an issue. During our Greek vacations, we went to Santorini and enjoyed a 4-night stay at the Vedema Luxury Collection Resort. Got the senior villa and the view was not as good we thought of the caldera. The lack of view of caldera was a huge disappointment for the price. The villa was large and clean. The bathrooms and rooms were large. Full kitchen available except there is no microwave. It is not easy to get around or carry luggage around. There was a restaurant above us and it can get loud. Villa agas is a lovely hotel 20 minutes walk located from fira, Santorini. Perfect if you want to have peace and quiet away but still want to be near to the hotspot city! The pool is understandably closed in the winter

I was satisfied with the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend it to any traveler.

The facility was very clean and had a balcony, so I was able to relax very well. It was also very convenient because it was close to the center of Fira and restaurants.

Beautiful island. Lovely hotel. Breakfast was ample. Pools and Sunbeds were always available. Great location for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend. Having read some of these reviews I was a bit concerned about having to get up early for sunbeds. I shouldn't have worried. With four pools there was plenty of space I arrived om the 28th August left on 11th September. 2 weeks. The resort is beautiful and really well managed. The staff were very nice and accomdating. We had breakfast which was very tasty. If you need to relax and unwind this is the place. Our room was beautiful and had its own pool. The beach was a three minute walk.

Amazing place to stay at. Book the luxury suites , its way nicer and ask for Victoria the beautiful inside outside lady. She will make evrything easy and comfortable for you. Excellent service and amazing clean rooms. I only wish they could change their pillows and the spa massage could be more professional. Its pricey considering the level of luxury and professionalism.
