Enalion Hotel in Kala Nera

​We were treated with appalling disrespect, impatience, rudeness, and a complete lack of sensitivity. Every single request we had was immediately turned down or simply ignored.
​On Booking.com, it states that rooms feature a balcony with a sea, pool, or mountain view. It turns out to be a shared balcony from which you can barely see the beach, but you can definitely see plenty of balconies from other rooms. We contacted Booking.com about this and they tried to help by calling the hotel, but the staff member at the property claimed no one had spoken to him.
​The room was stuffy and clean-free! The doors were sticky to the touch, and the telephone receiver was so sticky it was physically glued to the phone unit.
​Breakfast was awful! The jams were watery and looked expired, and the cooked eggs looked like they had been sitting out for hours. To top it off, the restaurant chairs were sticky and dirty!!
​The listing mentions a private beach for the hotel, but they still charge hotel guests for sunbeds. On top of that, we were never informed that sunbeds could be reserved in advance. When we got to the beach and sat down, a staff member came over and told us to get up because the seats were reserved. Overall, it feels like everyone working there is constantly angry at the guests—especially the reception staff and the waiter.
​I do not recommend this hotel at all, and I am someone who always leaves positive recommendations for hotels I book through Booking.com.

The hotel is right opposite the beach. That is the only positive thing I can say about it.

The service and hospitality was great. The facility itself seemed better than others around us and the breakfast was really nice.

The rooms are pretty outdated. The mattress was really horrible !
The wifi signal was pretty much non-exsisting.
For hot waters you should ask the reception to re-heat the boiler, which took a while to understand. Wouldn't recommend the town nor the hotel.
