The rooms are cute but could use a deep clean. I found mold in the bathroom and I had to desifect them to be safe. We could not sleep well as the walls are very thin, you could hear every ATV and car plus the other tourists were very loud.Location was nice and had access to taverns and shops.

Good location, close to bus stop 18, beach and shops.
Unfortunately, nothing else recommends it, the rooms and facilities are not looked after, there are bugs and ants in the rooms. All cabinets are damp and smell of mold. The matresses are used and uneven and the bedding does not seem to be cleaned properly. There is no reception or staff on the premises ( only reacheable by messaging) and the place can be accesed by anyone from the street. No soap or toileletries are provided and the kitchenware is old and dirty.

We loved the friendliness and dedication of the host Apostholos, who was always available to help. He gave us tips and guidelines for those who don't know the region, and provided all the necessary items to improve our stay. Thank you for the way you welcomed us at Esperas, where we will certainly return. We totally recommend it.

Perfect location, right in the middle of all beaches. Super clean and comfy rooms. And Apostolos the hotel owner is awesome! Definitely a recommendation for people who prefer quiet apartments instead of big hotel complexes.

The smile and availability of the landlord is already a good reason to stay. The property is very close to the bus stop that takes you to the southern beaches or to the city. The view from the room is pleasant. Excellent cleaning. Outdoor space to relax. You can walk to the beautiful Troulos beach 10 minutes but on the main road. You have to be a little careful at night. You can take the bus back for 2 stops usually they don't charge. On foot, however, the last part has the sidewalk. We recommend dining at Appapalonia the most characteristic.

Excellent value.
The location makes two very beautiful beaches easily accessible by foot/a quick bus ride respectively.
Our room way spacious with good facilities and Apostolos is a really lovely host.

There are no words to discribe the disappointment we felt visiting the room. The price is very high and the smel in the room also remains even with open windows. The view is very nice but only from the balkony. It is in a very good place but it needs a lot of change to be ressidence even for a night.
