Our room was full of BUGS..! We spoke with the owners but they were rude, impolite and refused to get our money back and let us leave the hotel. We got in contact with Booking.com and they sent a full refund request to the hotel. However, the owners didn't even bother to respond to Booking.com and ignored the request. So, we were forced to stay there because they wouldn't return our money...! They just gave us a new room where a shower head was missing and after the first night I received a terrible rash which lasted even after our one-week "vacation"...!
Other than that, the bathroom was really tiny, old and uncomfortable.
The location wins the obligatory one star for the review.

I would definitely NOT recommend hotel Eleni!

Awesome location, beautiful view, rooms were cleaned every day and Constantin was very friendly and helpful.

It was such a beautiful place to stay. It is right in the town. The lady is super nice and helpful. The room is new and cozy. Highly recommend this place. You can enjoy the atmosphere of Skopelos town from awesome balcony.

A really nice hotel at Skopelos city centre, 100m from the port! Quite and lovely location, well cleaned rooms, modernised interior rooms and helpful staff from hotel. Well done! Our room has a nice view of the port! The prices also very value for money!

Ideal location in Skopelos right across the road from the sea and bathing area in Skopelos town , very central. What a wonderful family ! Eleni is so kind and helpful with a great dry sense of humour and her homemade cakes at breakfast are delicious ! I’ve had a very relaxed and happy 3 weeks. The hotel is spotless and I was lucky enough to have a room with sea view . I highly recommend this hotel.

Kalimera 💕What an amazing experience we had here !! Within easy walking distance of the ferry, the friendliest and most helpful people, fresh, clean accommodation, we hired a superb little car from their own hire company, eDrive, downstairs and can happily report that I shall be going back there again !! Keep up the good work Eleni 🧿🌹🤗 PS. And thank you for your delicious fresh lemon cordial and eggs from your Mother’s back yard !!👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏼

The location was excellent and the view amazing!! The staff was friendly, informative and very polite. Great value for price. Bed was comfortable and room's furnitures renewed.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and we were very pleased. The rooms were very clean, the service was very friendly and helpful and the location is amazing and very convenient. Definitely recommend!
