Being a 2-star hotel, don't expect luxury, but the rooms are clean and serviced daily. Location is probably one of the best in Skiathos town and is at street level opposite the new port. Views from your balcony are fantastic!

Well located we have a very accessible room for my wife, staff friendly and helpful with good communication skills, room is nice functional with nice balcony overlooking the port.

Hotel Akti has some nice rooms with balconies and views of the harbor, but they really also have some backyard rooms with an absolutely awful view of slums and dilapidated buildings.

I have stayed at Hotel Akti several times, and despite the fact that they know that I prioritize a good view, it is now the second time that I am accommodated in a room with a terrible view, and this without asking me when I booked..

It was my last stay at Hotel Akti :-(

Lovely small hotel overlooking the bay and marina in town with access to the bars and restaurants .
Room was very comfortable and modern , free air conditioning and safety deposit boxes.
Really friendly owners.
