Best Hotels in Skopelos Town

My daughter and I were lucky to stay in a renovated room, which was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable. The housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help

Maria on the main port front offers a very good boat excursion I think it’s called skopelos tours - boat day trip around the island visiting some of the main filming spots from mamma Mia

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel — it offers very good value for money

I had read some reviews mentioning that the breakfast was small, but in my opinion, you get exactly what you pay for, and the overall experience is absolutely worth the price

Admittedly I do like a full English but there was an array of hot and cold dishes, pies, cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, fresh juices made by the "Juice Man", and a lady who made fresh! pancakes, pies, crepes and waffles

Another big plus is the location — only about a 5-minute taxi ride from Skopelos Town (Chora). We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely stay here 10 to 15 minutes walk into the harbour, staff are very friendly and welcoming nice pool area with a bar

Breakfast was very good with fresh continental and also cooked items - never hungry! Pool was deep ( not a complaint) and again spotless with well maintained gardens around, previous comments have said sun beds were worn, I didn’t think so at all

Stayed from 13th room 212 hotel was great catered for all our needs. The staff were so helpful and friendly probably the best I've encountered in a long time. Breakfast wide choice and plentiful

All in all we had a wonderful holiday, we rarely return to the same place but if we do return to Skopelos ,Hotel Dionyssos would be my first choice, excellent throughout 😺👍

Pool bar was well run by George and a lovely young lady whose name I don’t have , always a great atmosphere with good drinks and very good light afternoon meals

Just returned from a week on Skopelos at Hotel Dionyssos. Hotel location was perfect only a few minutes to the tavernas , shops and waterfront up a short hill but I’m 65 and no problem, also close to a supermarket

The entire staff went above and beyond with their exceptional hospitality, making me feel genuinely welcome from the moment i arrived. Its excellent location made exploring the beautiful town of Skopelos incredibly easy

This small holiday village hotel is very well located about a 10 minute walk from the Town centre. It has great views across the Bay towards the town with a breakfast room/restaurant with excellent views

Great house with everything needed. Spacious areas, very clean and comfortable. The road to the villa is hard. The owners are living in the house. So if you want to make some party is a little bit inconvenient

Finally it was a really nice house on the top of the hill with amazing view. I can really suggest to my friends. Zaharoula and her husband were very kind

A skilled barista would also make a difference, especially at peak hours, I know it’s hard to find but the place needs it

The bar and beach staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, the beach sunbeds were very comfortable, and the prices were excellent considering the location and the comfort of the sunbeds.

Breakfast was very good and it was only a short stagger to the beach. There are plenty of excellent places to eat nearby and there is a regular bus service with an adjacent stop

We stayed here for around a week and were looked after so well. The manager and bartender couldn't have been more helpful; they also spoke excellent English (far better than my Greek!) The location is excellent

Checked out the breakfast at the other resort (Spa hotel) and I know it’s a bit more expensive but breakfast was soooo much better - omelette and pancake stations and freshly squeezed orange juice - oh well, can’t have it all

The room was great, so clean and the view was just AMAZING!! Absolutely loved our little beach, the towel guy was friendly as were the staff at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, I wasn’t too impressed with the choice

Some days were better then others, for example I’m a vege and would have enjoyed baked tomatoes on toast but they only had this every other day, my daughter would have scrambled egg but only available on some days

Wow! What can I say, the guy on reception made our stay so relaxing, he was super helpful, sorted out our boat taxi transfer back and talked me through everything

It makes such a difference when you know you’re in safe hands especially as I travelled by myself with my 2 daughters

One of our party had a knee problem but the hotel provided a driver in a buggy to take us too/ from reception the pool and restaurant plus the bus stop. The bus does stop right outside the hotel

There is a small, pebble beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols to go around, and a drinks and snacks service from the beach bar directly to your sunbed - so spoiled!! The water is warm and crystal clear and the beach is awarded a coverted blue flag

One is around the front desk with only large accommodation and most of the hotel is on the “ hill” called the village which looks like an old Greek village

Wonderful resort which sits comfortably within a rustic pine forest setting. The staff were all so nice and friendly and the food was varied and tasty

The suit I booked in Angelos Boutique Suites was one of the most incredible places I found out, during more than 30 years of travelling! I was amazed from the very first moment by the perfection of everything - starting from small details, colours, design, exemplary cleanliness, light, comfortable bed, balcony with a swing

We had a great time, the flats are very nice, new and really clean. All kinds of benefits are offered to have a nice holiday: coffee capsules every day, personal care and bath kit, mask and night caps

I was blown away by my stay here. Although it’s rated as a two-star hotel, the quality easily rivals much higher-rated properties. The entire place is modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean

Paradise by name, paradise by nature! We travel the world and rarely return to the same place twice, but we expect to return here! The rooms are realistic to the photos, they aren't modern but are perfectly comfortable

Patitiri seafront is 10 mins walk away and Roussum beach about the same so it's perfect for us. A trip up to the old town not to be missed either. I can see why people return year after year

The snack food available to buy at the bar (panini's, salads etc) was great to have during the day to save walking down into town. All the staff and owners lovely and helpful

Ikion was a great hotel for our stay in Alonissos. The hotel is in a great location- in between the port town with plenty of restaurants and a very nice beach

We had a short but wonderful stay at yalis hotel. I especially want to thank the front desk for arranging an everything we needed at a short notice and nicely. Would return again!

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a bath with shower attachment, and all the furnishings had a welcoming and elegant aspect

Built on different levels above the sandy beach of Chrysi Milia (perhaps unique in Alonissos), offers very spacious and beautifully equipped rooms with beautiful sea and greenery, quiet, very good breakfast and delicious meals, impeccable service from all the staff (everyone except Kostas, who gave us useful information were very helpful) beautiful outdoor areas and a wonderful pool bar to relax with...

Just spent 3 nights here and wow what place I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at

The view from the room was amazing, everything is green and in the middle of a bay with a beautiful turquoise sea!!! Paradise !!! No comparison to the Côte d'Azur which has a reputation but doesn't come close to saying much! The staff is very kind and helpful! Many thanks to Marialena, George, Kostas, John and all the staff!

The guy who drives round giving people lifts up and down to the beach was amazing a real credit to the hotel. The rooms my god what a view they are big spacious fridge and towels changed daily

Restaurant and pool bar great and well priced. The beach is the best part of this hotel. We rented a boat and visited every beach from the north of the island to here and it is by far the best we visited

Lovely hotel, location absolutely ideal for the harbour and bus "station". Breakfast buffet is outstanding. We stayed in a ground floor room but would recommend a higher floor at the front for best views of the harbour

Breakfast was buffet style with so much to choose from. It would be impossible not find something to eat. Our room was clean, tidy and well laid out. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Very good air conditioning as well

As it turned out we ate there most nights as the choice of 2 staters, 2 mains and 2 deserts were perfect for us and very good quality. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble

Had the best time, I went solo For the 1st time abroad and this hotel was the best it had a fab pool lovely apartment just perfect for me

Property in right next the harbour which was good, and the town for tavernas and shops. Found there wasn’t anywhere to go in the last week as every taverna on all the beaches had closed down

Best time to go would be 1st October when everything was open. The property is next to a junior school and quite noisy at playtime, also a local children’s play park is at the back of the pool can get noisy with music

What could have been a stressful situation turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience thanks to this gem of a hotel. From the moment I arrived, the Maria at the front desk made me feel welcome and taken care of

This hotel was one of the best we've stayed in, very clean, well-presented and friendly staff always willing to help, the rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels every other day, great food, fairly good drink selection ( but could do with some flavoured gins) they have a large selection of wines and even have a glass-fronted wine cellar

The location was good, food below par. The sunbeds were never available. Stayed 10 nights and never managed to get one. Every morning towels laid out but no one on them

Until we stayed at the Bourtzi hotel, I never understood why people returned to the same hotel or resort. My teenage daughter and I stayed for 10 days, our friend joined for a week and we had a fabulous time

We had lunch by the pool and ate in the restaurant a few evenings which was really good and the cocktails were perfect

As a family we absolutely loved theses apartments. The views were amazing and the close walk to the town whilst having supermarkets, a beach and sea side restaurants nearby was perfect

My stay here was fantastic. Mr. Stayros was a great host who was able to even call and get meca car rental at a great price. The duplex I rented was perfect for my family with all the home amenities that we needed.

And we will always appreciate the kindness they showed when cancelled flights affected part of our party and they were collected from the airport and had a place to stay for the night

Little up hill for lower villa and if you’re at the top villa it’s a bit hard going but only for a short leg. 5 mins walk to beach and lovely restaurants, pool/bar 2 mins, 15-20 mins walk to town

I cannot emphasise how beautiful the sea views are. Internet was a bit slow at first. Would be good to have a docking station or speakers

Our studio was nicely spacious and clean. The balcony had an Eagles nest view over Kolios Beach and the stunning green interesting vally below

This was our 2nd visit and as before the owner Babis was a totally friendly and helpful gentleman. The track up to the accomodation is quite nice and if you are an able bodied person it is no problem at all

If you want, Babis will give you and your luggage a lift up when you arrive if you call him from the bus stop at the bottom. The gardens and their flowers are a delight. Cant praise Villa Kavorakia enough

Magnificent structure, immersed in a well-kept garden, with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. Very simple but well-furnished and very clean apartment

The breakfast was excellent, meals and drinks were expensive, The grounds lacked flowers, due to the fact nobody watered them, we had a tub of dead geraniums on the balcony in our room

The pool area is immaculately clean and well maintained, and served beers, cocktails and snack foods which are all very good indeed

There is a steep incline to the rooms and hotel reception but there was always the guys - sorry I've forgotten their names- ready to give us a lift. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable

The pool isn't the biggest, but is perfectly acceptable on a hot sunny day and as there were always many sunbeds available when we were there (so comfy as well) it certainly isn't crowded

The hotel was perfect in every way, super clean and modern and mirrors!! I have stayed in way too many places where a lack of mirrors and sockets is alarmingly bad

The room was very nice, the Greek salad at lunch was excellent, and the pool area is a lovely spot to enjoy an evening drink. All in all, a 10/10 experience we would definitely recommend and return!

I have been visiting the Atrium Hotel for almost a decade now, nearly every summer except for the Covid year

last week I booked somewhere else in Skiathos for May 2026 because it was cheaper and yesterday after 2 sleepless nights I have paid a lot extra to change back to Atrium for 2026!!! I am much happier now and can't wait to go back! My only small 'fault' is that the hotel is very quiet in the evening

not really people sat in the bar until late, but that was May so maybe later in the season it gets going. That was ok - because there are so many restaurants very close by
