Elevetors are NOT enough for this hotel. You are waiting 20 mins to get down from 13th floor and the elevator doesn't stop at the floor or is full. The rooms are dirty and old. The bathroom is full of mold and the tap is covered in limescale. One of the windows didn't have a handle and couldn't be fully closed. The dinner is tasteless. Wi-Fi is extremely slow and even not available on the 13th floor. Not recommended.

Location was fine but everything else was desester. I have been there for 3days, change room 3 times because of a bed bugs. Small rooms and elevetors were quite auful and slow. Hotel was full with weirdos and jehovini svedoci.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been. Stuffiness in a room, too soft matresses, food in a restaurant with a low quality. Only a view from a hotel was really breathtaking and the hotel is well connected with the city center.

An amazing hotel, both as a landmark masterpiece and a masterclass in hospitality.
We had a chance and an immense pleasure to film here as well and it was magical and so unique.
The staff is the best and the manager (who is always there for you) is gold!
Can't wait to be back in Budapest and stay at this hotel, and maybe even catch up with the excursion they organize sometimes about its history and architecture. Beyond recommended!

I was here twice and both times it was awful. The first time my friend and I didn't get hot water and blankets even though it was March and freezing. The second time we got hot water and blankets. Out of the 3 windows only 1 was usable since the other 2 didn't have handles and couldn't be opened. Around 2am my friends and I were quietly chatting and watching an old game of football, when suddenly a a guard almost broke the door down because he said we were to loud. The only good thing thing was the view and I was lucky to be floor 12 and above both times I was there. Another nice thing is that they give you a bible in the night stand.

My guess is that this is an old hotel that hasn't been renewed. But still fresh!
This was some kind of nostalgia for me, standing in the bathtub taking a shower and so on.

We found bugs in our bed. Management is aware and does nothing about it. I am with a large group. 12 rooms had them. We left immediately!

The hotel left a poor impression. Firstly, when I went up to the 15th floor, the room opening card didn't work, so I had to go to the reception and get it fixed there. The second time we didn't get into the room anyway.
The hotel's air-conditioning system is old, which means that when it's +28 degrees outside, it's +27 degrees in the room, and no lower! The air conditioner is very loud but does not freeze so sleeping is impossible because of the heat and the noise. Plus the mattresses are hard and hurt my back, so I had to keep waking up and tossing and turning. The sockets are for some reason right on the ground behind the furniture, so you almost have to lie down on the ground to reach them. The fold-out extra bed was also maybe 30 years old, so it squeaked.
I would give 5 out of 10 for breakfast, the menu was narrow, just sausages, scrambled eggs, extras on scrambled eggs and vegetables. For such a serious hotel, it seemed low standard.

I like this place. The beds are comfortable, rooms are bright and clean, and the staffs are very hospitable. The only thing is that for a 15-floor hotel there is only 2 elevators. It’s not so practical but overall a really cozy place to stay.

In whole hotel are only two lifts, rooms are too small, beds look like they came from hospital, TV didn't work even if we paid for that, food is enough for surviving...
