it was really nice of the staff, especially when they heard that it was cold in the room and the heater didn't work very well, the staff sent someone to fix it and gave us an extra heater! He was really nice and friendly

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the heating was excellent, a welcome warmth in winter that was a pleasant surprise as it was the only room with a radiator during my two-week European trip

Breakfast offered a good variety, including an Asian food section. Although the miso soup might be more tailored for Koreans, I was very pleased with the hotel's thoughtful arrangements overall

Extremely close to the train station yet surprisingly quiet, this hotel is a must-stay for anyone traveling by train in Hungary

I specifically chose a room with no view, not facing the busy main street. Yet, the inner courtyard was still noisy, and I particularly disliked the humming sound of machinery

We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The 90-minute couples massage was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing

It's easy to get around in Budapest as the public transport is brilliant, reliable and regular. There is a tram stop outside the hotel with the nearest metro station only a short walk away

The bar area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Aspects of our room were a little tired and if I had paid for this room type I may have been slightly disappointed

Staying at this hotel made our experience of Budapest even more enjoyable. It's strategically located and the staffs are friendly. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's still very well maintained and clean.

The family view room offers beautiful scenery with stunning river views, especially enchanting at night. We will definitely return to this hotel after our trips to Austria and the Czech Republic!

If I was being picky bed clothes a bir light we went in February and requested extra blanket. Its a bit expensive but honestly we'll worth it when you see the other hotels around you

Room a little outdated in some places but still a great place for my hubby as he is disabled. Tram stop is outside of the hotel and we can see the Chain bridge from our room. Participated in the Wizz Air Half Marathon

Room was immediately ready for us, even with an extra bed, that was settled up in a minute. Breakfast is rich, plenty of choices, staff is very friendly and polite

Decent hotel spread across two buildings.  Reception felt understaffed as people seemed to be lined up and waiting at both check in and checkout.  Rooms were clean and comfortable, but small

com 2 deluxe river view rooms, then I send the hotel and email asked for connected rooms, once I arrived the hotel 2 girls at the reception were too friendly they upgraded my rooms to the next level which was sea view with buda castle view and connected which is made my day, the hotel location is so great I just walked from the hotel to buda castle to the parliament to Margaret island then go back...

Stepping in was a pleasant surprise! Such a beautiful hotel and a gorgeous room, with the enchanting Danube at night right outside the window

The gentleman at the front desk was very humorous, saying, 'Our usual check-in time is 3 PM, so arriving at 7 AM is a 'super early check-in'!' Nevertheless, he managed to find us an available room, and we were settled in before 8 AM, which allowed us to freshen up immediately

After exploring for a bit in the morning, having lunch, and then a good two-hour nap, we were re-energized and ready to head out again around 3 PM 😊 🤩 The Marriott is incredibly well-located! It's a mere 3-minute walk to the famous 'Comme Chez Soi' restaurant, 5 minutes to Red Pepper, and 5 minutes to Boat Dock 10

It was great to be able to pop back to the hotel to rest and cool down whenever needed 😊 🤩 We were incredibly lucky! Our flight landed in Budapest at 6 AM that day, and we reached the hotel just after 7 AM

Great location, very close to where you can take Danube river cruises, and there's a Christmas market nearby, which creates a festive atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the room is spacious

The room was clean with a few minor issues ie bathtub not draining quickly, furniture showing age (I understand so not an issue) and the facilities very good for my purpose - large gym with all required equipment, smaller pool but still permitted laps and a sauna all of which I used each day

This is great hotel with best service and an excellent brakefast. Good gym and sauna. Room is nice. Its far from the city but the hotel is close to metro station and also the shpooing mall arena is close by 10 mins walk.

This is more of a business location being beside the Puskas Arena and the M2 subway line and the 1 Tram line which gives multiple transit options if not using a hire vehicle or taxi

As my last day had me leaving before breakfast, I was provided with a takeaway bag. Front desk very helpful and kind

Our stay at the Hilton Budapest was truly unforgettable! We were surprised and delighted to be chosen as Guest of the Week and received an incredible upgrade to a king suiet , it made our visit feel extra special

The omelet we had was honestly one of the best we have ever tasted. Every dessert we tried, both in the Executive Lounge and at breakfast was very delicious! The Pastry Team absolutely deserves a Michelin star

The room was vast with a 2 floor type wich was perfect with breathtaking views over the castle square. every staff member we met was so warm, welcoming, and genuine. The breakfast was absolutely amazing

Like all Novotel, service is good, the breakfast has a good tasty selection. The gym and pool sauna are good. The rooms are slightly smaller than usual in Novotel

The location is great, close to the city center and about a 20-minute drive from the airport, so getting a taxi is very convenient. The hotel restaurant serves good food too. All in all, it's very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I am truly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile

There is a sauna and salt room but you have to ask reception for them to come with the key and turn on the sauna. The showers in the sauna area are clean

Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet, which allowed me to rest very well

Amazing water park, perfect for both kids and adults! There are so many different types of pools and entertainment areas for children, as well as a great variety of sauna rooms for adults

You can get to the city center and tourist attractions directly by taking the H5 light rail, which only takes about ten minutes

The wellness area was fully functional only on the third day of our stay, which was disappointing as we had planned to use it more. On the other hand, the breakfast was absolutely excellent

During the first two days of our stay, the water in both the pools and the hot tub was cold, as well as the temperature in the wellness area, which was only around 20–21 °C

The Anantara is exceedingly elegant, but not pompous. Our room was spacious and the king mattress was memory foam and very comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and gracious, tending to every need

We wanted to try the café but the line was very long so my friend and I decided to sit in the bar. We were lucky to catch the bar opening ceremony and were served a yummy complimentary cocktail

I think the hotel is very good, but it's a pity that the water in the bathroom splashes easily and the toilet is a bit clogged. The front desk staff are very good.

Clean room, great breakfast buffet, nice pools. The only downside may be the distance to the center of Budapest but bus stations are close enough. So calculate around 25 minutes. Recommended.

Unsure of what to expect of Hungary but was very surprised of this pleasant, relaxed hotel by the river.   The airport in Amsterdam had lost my luggage so pressure eased by the welcoming staff at this hotel

Incredible hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean, the service was friendly and efficient and the location is central and fantastic- accessible by public transit and within walking distance to many attractions

This hotel is in the city center, close to the Danube River, and very close to the most famous Chain Bridge. The Fisherman's Bastion is still so charming, and the natural city under the sun is so harmonious and beautiful

I want to point out the excellent gym the hotel has. It's not big but it's amazingly functional and will give you a nice few days worth of separate exercises. Open 24h and always clean and tidy.

around or under 20, but the walkway between Thermal pools was deep enough to cool down. Shame there was no available rooms with a bath, but OK

We had the grand brunch on Sunday before we departed and it was worth every penny. The restaurant manager was amazing as well and had a wonderful conversation with us. Our stay was 10/10 would definitely stay here again

This was a birthday/Christmas trip the hotel left the most amazing dessert and champagne in our room with a birthday card they had all hand signed. The front desk staff were amazing and so helpful

I would like to call out both Tamas and Alexander for going out of they way to make each morning’s breakfast such a great experience; Alexander made us custom smoothies each morning and wasn’t satisfied until they were a thing of perfection

The hotel itself is elegant and beautiful, with a real palace feel but still very comfortable. The gym is beautiful well equipped, the pool, sauna and jacuzzi all added value to our stay especially when weather is cold
