The staff were warm and professional, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa was perfect for relaxing. A genuine five-star experience in a fantastic central location
We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The 90-minute couples massage was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing
What an absolute amazing hotel.
Fantastic location, close to everything
Staff were so helpful and friendly.
Only down side was the room was so hot and nobody could help to turn heating off
It's easy to get around in Budapest as the public transport is brilliant, reliable and regular. There is a tram stop outside the hotel with the nearest metro station only a short walk away
The bar area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Aspects of our room were a little tired and if I had paid for this room type I may have been slightly disappointed
The spa facilities are beautiful, with a jacuzzi, several saunas and a swimming pool. A calm and peaceful atmosphere that truly feels luxurious
Great location, very close to where you can take Danube river cruises, and there's a Christmas market nearby, which creates a festive atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the room is spacious
it was such a lovely stay! the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. complementary water was very much appreciated. i tried the in-room dining twice, both times i enjoyed the food a lot
Everything about our stay was wonderful and relaxing. The location is very convenient, and the hotel itself is spotless. The amenities include Diptyque products, and the service was superb
i like to walk a lot when i travel, and the hotel was located in the heart of the city where you can easily reach anywhere you want as a tourist
My trip through Europe showed me that there are indeed differences between hotels, but overall, this one was excellent! Thumbs up
the breakfast buffet was rich and abundant with so many quality food. all the staff were very friendly and helpful

It is true that we have already stayed in hotels with a larger selection, but if the quality is at such a high level who needs more. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially the room service
Intercontinental hotel was amazing. Service, check in was straight off no waiting. Food in bar was lovely and served till late. Reserve a river View room amazing views of the castle the bridge
Staying at this hotel made our experience of Budapest even more enjoyable. It's strategically located and the staffs are friendly. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's still very well maintained and clean.
The family view room offers beautiful scenery with stunning river views, especially enchanting at night. We will definitely return to this hotel after our trips to Austria and the Czech Republic!
If I was being picky bed clothes a bir light we went in February and requested extra blanket. Its a bit expensive but honestly we'll worth it when you see the other hotels around you
Room a little outdated in some places but still a great place for my hubby as he is disabled. Tram stop is outside of the hotel and we can see the Chain bridge from our room. Participated in the Wizz Air Half Marathon

We had the grand brunch on Sunday before we departed and it was worth every penny. The restaurant manager was amazing as well and had a wonderful conversation with us. Our stay was 10/10 would definitely stay here again
This was a birthday/Christmas trip the hotel left the most amazing dessert and champagne in our room with a birthday card they had all hand signed. The front desk staff were amazing and so helpful
I would like to call out both Tamas and Alexander for going out of they way to make each morning’s breakfast such a great experience; Alexander made us custom smoothies each morning and wasn’t satisfied until they were a thing of perfection
Perfect place to stay right in the heart of the city in Budapest. The room was excellent bed was super comfy. We were here for a few days before we boarded our Viking Embla River cruise ship
The Christmas markets surrounded the entire area, we were directly in front of St Stephen’s Basilica picture perfect
After living in the UAE for 4 years it really brings back memories of the middle eastern hospitality with the small things like the Arabic coffee in the lobby and dates, overall a wonderful stay

Good location and rates reflect central location
The only thing I would appreciate would be more toiletries, there’s only shampoo and shower gel. Some conditioner, body lotion and cotton pads and swabs would be nice in a hotel of this category
The hotel has a superb location, providing easy access to attractions, shopping malls, and great restaurants.
There was a nice selection of pastries, fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, and coffee. We were about a 5 minute walk from the Central Market Hall and the Green Freedom Bridge
Decent hotel spread across two buildings. Reception felt understaffed as people seemed to be lined up and waiting at both check in and checkout. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but small
We stayed one night at the Mercure Hotel in Budapest and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options

Nice hotel at the Marriott Budapest that is located in city centre, good offerings and amenities in general - even offers the near Christmas markets directions
Location very nice, river view, Staff very warmful with great services. Buffet Breakfast very nice too, just need earlier wake up, otherwise long Q in line.
Room very good with perfect view
com 2 deluxe river view rooms, then I send the hotel and email asked for connected rooms, once I arrived the hotel 2 girls at the reception were too friendly they upgraded my rooms to the next level which was sea view with buda castle view and connected which is made my day, the hotel location is so great I just walked from the hotel to buda castle to the parliament to Margaret island then go back...
Stepping in was a pleasant surprise! Such a beautiful hotel and a gorgeous room, with the enchanting Danube at night right outside the window
Stephen's Basilica, the Parliament Building, Liberty Bridge, and the Central Market. You can actually walk to most of them, but if you're feeling tired, you can buy a 24-hour travel pass
After exploring for a bit in the morning, having lunch, and then a good two-hour nap, we were re-energized and ready to head out again around 3 PM 😊
🤩 The Marriott is incredibly well-located! It's a mere 3-minute walk to the famous 'Comme Chez Soi' restaurant, 5 minutes to Red Pepper, and 5 minutes to Boat Dock 10

During the stay just in time for the National Day fireworks display
Occupies the best view
Spectacular
Delicious cake presented by the hotel
The staff is also very nice
very satisfied
Changing to the riz swimming pool actually limits the swimming time of children
The geographical location of the hotel facilities cannot be compared with the four seasons
An unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful hotels in Europe. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace in Budapest, and the experience was absolutely exceptional
The views over the Danube and the Chain Bridge added a truly magical touch to our stay. Service throughout the hotel was flawless. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our visit special
It’s the kind of place where everything feels effortless and calm, and you leave feeling pampered, relaxed, and already dreaming of coming back. A truly special hotel and a perfect way to experience Budapest
Spa was excellent and we were the only people in the pool which was lovely and relaxing. In terms of location - perfect for site-seeing of Buda and Pest. Looking onto the river and near all transporation
The building itself is stunning — a beautifully restored Art Nouveau palace — and the location couldn’t be better, right by the Chain Bridge with breathtaking views of the Danube and Buda Castle

The lobby and spa are stunning. I loved that this hotel was walkable to all the best neighborhoods / nightlife in Pest. It’s also ideal for families given all the amenities and food options nearby
The Anantara is exceedingly elegant, but not pompous. Our room was spacious and the king mattress was memory foam and very comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and gracious, tending to every need
The restaurant features a luxurious Baroque style, with dazzling crystal chandeliers, exquisite murals, and a resplendent gilded dome. Every detail reflects the opulence of the 19th century
One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. Perfect location in Budapest, huge rooms and bathrooms (it’s worth the upgrade for the city room with balcony), and excellent cafe / restaurant options
We wanted to try the café but the line was very long so my friend and I decided to sit in the bar. We were lucky to catch the bar opening ceremony and were served a yummy complimentary cocktail
The live music at dinner was fun and entertaining too. As for the location, the Anantara was convenient to everything you could want to see or visit
For transportation, bus route 16 is right across from the hotel, taking you directly to the city center, which is very convenient
The view was absolutely unbeatable! I emailed the hotel in advance to reserve Room 418 and paid an extra €40 — totally worth it!! The room, atmosphere, and overall experience were amazing. Highly recommended!
The breakfast offered a variety of options for each taste and the quality was excellent. Staff across the hotel was very kind and forthcoming- from the reception and bar to the breakfast-room and cleaning personnel
This hotel offers the best views of the Hungarian Parliament Building in Budapest. It's located on Fisherman's Bastion, and the rooms with a view are on the ground floor, accessible via a private, discreet pathway
Our stay at the Hilton Budapest was truly unforgettable! We were surprised and delighted to be chosen as Guest of the Week and received an incredible upgrade to a king suiet , it made our visit feel extra special
The omelet we had was honestly one of the best we have ever tasted. Every dessert we tried, both in the Executive Lounge and at breakfast was very delicious!
The Pastry Team absolutely deserves a Michelin star

The prices are super competitive, the breakfast menu is extensive and serves great coffee ! A bar and food service is also available with several different seating areas where guests can relax and socialise … A fantastic package and a thoroughly enjoyable stay in central Budapest
Had a great stay at K+K hotel opera about half a year ago. The hotel is in a very central area of budapest and had great accessibility to spots of interest in the city
It is a very nice hotel near to the opera house. Walking distance to famous landmarks. The room is not very spacious, but they have everything needed for the stay. And also, love the christmas decorations.
Special thanks to Tamás who helped us out a lot when my girlfriend was feeling sick and we had to get to the airport. Overall a great place to stay in budapest
The ensuite shower room is well appointed, includes a hairdryer shower gel, hand wash and body lotion. and most importantly a fantastic fast flowing shower
The accommodations have super comfortable beds, crisp linen and classic and functional bedroom layout that includes a safe, fridge and kettle
Incredible hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean, the service was friendly and efficient and the location is central and fantastic- accessible by public transit and within walking distance to many attractions
This hotel is in the city center, close to the Danube River, and very close to the most famous Chain Bridge. The Fisherman's Bastion is still so charming, and the natural city under the sun is so harmonious and beautiful
Seemed to be a convenient location just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center
This hotel is amazingly very central. Central enough to go to the train stations and eateries were plenty. The room I had was on the 7th floor, spent 6 nights for work and stayed over weekend
I want to point out the excellent gym the hotel has. It's not big but it's amazingly functional and will give you a nice few days worth of separate exercises. Open 24h and always clean and tidy.
Due to a last-minute flight cancellation, we had an additional night in Budapest and stayed here. Smooth and friendly check-in. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and amenities
We had a fabulous 4 night stay at Matild Palace! Nikoletta in Guest Services was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed (thank you again for the upgrade Nikoletta!!). All the staff were so very nice
Excellent! Beautiful and spacious room with fantastic location. It’s just 3-5 mins walk to popular shopping street and a lot of good bistro and restaurant along the road. Definitely will be back !
I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The place is very clean and wonderful. The customer service and staff are friendly and attentive, and very keen on guest satisfaction
The hotel is gorgeous and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches. As a lifetime Titanium member, this is a hotel I will want to revisit on future trips to Budapest
The breakfast is the best I’ve had in over 1,000 Marriott nights. The Spago breakfast included many unique and house-made items that made breakfast memorable
I travel often and stay in many hotels around the world, and this property genuinely stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with absolute professionalism

Nice hotel, close to the Old City and to public transportation. Walkable distance to the city center.
Quiet and clean, unfortunately people don't take good care of the furniture and of the walls.
This hotel is very close to the train station, which is convenient for transit. The rooms aren't very big, but the staff are really friendly and helpful. They even deliver our takeout orders directly to our room.
The hotel is very close to Metro Line 2, making transportation convenient. It's within walking distance to Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle, which is great for catching the sunrise and sunset
You could vaguely see the castle from the room, which was a nice view. The hotel's location was good, within walking distance to the castle. Breakfast was mediocre, not very varied
My boyfriend booked the hotel for my birthday and the hotel prepared dessert, fruits and Champagne for us for celebrating my birthday, it’s so lovely and much appreciated for this
Also, there was a mini bar in the room, we could get free drinks every day as well as coffee machine. The view of the room is good, we could see the city from the window

I booked breakfast at the hotel on the fly, and it was really plentiful. The restaurant decor was very retro and luxurious, with a historical Eastern European feel
The front desk staff helped me coordinate so I didn't have to change rooms and could stay all three nights continuously. com customer service for their mediation and to the hotel staff
My advice would be to book a room with breakfast included when you make your reservation, as paying on the spot can be a bit pricier. The hotel service was excellent
I was staying for three consecutive nights, but due to room type and pricing issues, I had to book three separate reservations
The room is good!
Good location!
Good staff!
The check-in day was my husband birthday and they send us a cake in the room.
newly renovated hotel, modern spacious rooms, comfortable beds and large bathrooms, close by metro and tram
” The lobby and common areas are stylish and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made the entire experience feel very personal and pleasant
The staff were very sweet with her and clearly dog-friendly, which made our stay feel even more relaxed and stress-free. The hotel also has a small but well-equipped gym that overlooks the spa area
It’s beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. Whether you just want to relax or enjoy the facilities in the evening after a day out, it adds a real sense of luxury to the stay
The only minor drawback was the underground parking garage. It’s quite narrow and a bit tricky to navigate, but that’s more of a structural limitation and not really the hotel’s fault
We spent two nights at Queen’s Court Hotel and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. We booked the King-size Suite, and it exceeded our expectations in every way
Even though the gym isn’t large, it has everything you need for a short workout, and the view makes it feel more open. The spa area is definitely the highlight of the hotel

My wife and I had another wonderful, albeit short, stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Budapest City Centre after returning from Vienna
Beautiful, centrally located place. Friendly, helpful and effectively operating staff. Breakfast is rich as usual in Hilton. Thanks a lot, will be dreaming to come again.
A special thanks to Csaba at the reception desk, who was incredibly accommodating and made the entire check-in process seamless. The consistent quality of service here is exactly why we chose to return
By this time the second bedside lamp had given up to and again we reported it. This time it was fixed promptly. I guess it just depends on which staff are on reception
We had an issue with one of the bedside lamps on the first day and reported it to reception. It still hasn’t been fixed the next day so we reported it again
Personally, I would’ve rather of had a proper shower as it was a bit tricky for me to stand in the bath and wash my hair, but having said that it was fine
Sophisticated hotel in a convenient location. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent in size, ours had a view out to the courtyard. Breakfast had plenty of options and was nice
Absolutely beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The hotel and room was immaculately clean. The staff were always happy to help and answer questions. Breakfast was decisions and varied
The hotel was impeccable, both in terms of location and facilities. The breakfast was excellent.
Great hotel, staff were very accommodating and the spa was lovely. Perfect location too.
I would definitely recommend this hotel
The rooms was small, but it was clean. If I was to stay here again, I would definitely complain about the room temperature before accepting it. The team was friending and polite

Overall, the stay was seamless, comfortable, and memorable, offering outstanding service, excellent value, and a truly enjoyable experience in the heart of Budapest
Before coming, I only knew it was a century-old hotel, and it turned out that wasn't just a gimmick. You can see from my photos that it truly has that antique charm, that old-world feel from the last century
The room was spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and well equipped, providing a relaxing and restful experience after a day in the city
The atmosphere combines classic elegance with modern comfort, creating a refined and welcoming environment from the moment of arrival
The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm and genuine attitude
I personally love this kind of atmosphere; after all, traveling is about experiencing new things. It's inevitable that the hotel facilities are a bit old, but you can tell they're very well-maintained
Location 10/10, cleanliness 10/10 room 10/10 good and drinks 10/10, accessibility 10/10
Their kindness and professionalism make a real difference and elevate the whole experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and welcoming, just like the beautiful city of Budapest itself
Excellent clean hotel, sauna and the gym are open 24/7. Also bedding was super comfy
Check in was comfortable, we checked in early almost 3 hours before the check in time and they didn’t ask anything. Room was very spacious with comfortable bed. Staff was supportive and helpful
The only downside was that I had requested a late check-out on the last day, but the next morning, the housekeeping manager said there was no record and wouldn't agree
The room was quiet, and the hot water was plentiful and heated up quickly. The gym was a bit small, but the view was nice, allowing me to relax my eyes while running
The hotel location is excellent. Their staff are friendly and helpful. The room is not big, but the bed is comfortable. The shower pressure is weak and need to be improved as soon as possible
There are plenty of food options as soon as you step out, which is super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel! Five stars!
The breakfast is okay, but there is room for improvement, especially for a five-star hotel
We had a room on the 10th floor facing the building works but it was not an issue at all. Works commenced about 730/8am just as we were getting ready for breakfast
Perfect location. Kind service. Good breakfast. Had a great time, will come again
The bathroom exhaust fan is SO loud and wouldn’t turn off when we turned the light off. The AC also doesn’t work, when we asked the overnight front desk girl, she said they turn it the AC off during the winter
