We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Parliament Building, and very convenient for all major city attractions. I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. Stayed there for a weekend and enjoyed the place a lot. The host was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Public transport is close by, which makes traveling the city very easy. I can imagine that if you stay there for more that a few days this place can feel like home pretty quickly.
