A good stay! The hotel is well located although maybe not the nicest area near the train station but fine enough. I traveled as a woman alone and felt safe and secure. The breakfast was delicious, and I was happy to find miso soup, which is a nice touch for Japanese guests. The room was clean, but I was troubled when the body soap dispenser was empty. It was refilled during the cleaning on the second morning. On the day of checkout, while I was relaxing in my room, a cleaner tried to enter without knocking, which startled me. The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. This hotel offers the best views of the Hungarian Parliament Building in Budapest.
