Very warm welcome upon our arrival, staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was more than good for a 3-star hotel, a pleasant surprise. The rooms are far too small, and the shower room and toilet area are unappealing. The carpet on the walkway is torn everywhere. With a few small investments, some things could be improved. Stayed from January 13th to 16th.

The location was perfect. The view was perfect. The breakfast was okay (but quality price perfect). I also was there at new years. I didn't like the room service because they didn't change the sheets, they just folded them.

No kettle, no hairdryer, and no heating. However, the front desk was incredibly helpful with the first two. The weather in Hungary was quite pleasant, though I just wanted to dry my clothes a bit. The breakfast was delicious and, surprisingly, a buffet!

Amazing place to stay location is good. Yes the rooms are small but it makes it cosy. The shower head wouldn't stay on the wall so we had to hold it but they did try and fix it for us. Breakfast was good when the chief could be bothered to cook bacon as we got told there wasn't any then 2 mins later got told it would be 5 mins. Also ran out of milk. The lady waitress was lovely and very helpful but the man was just rude. Reception was good on the first 2 nights and the last night he was very helpful but the other man through the week it was like it was an effort and even told us we wouldn't be able to get a taxi for 5 people so ordered 2 taxis but yet when the 2nd taxi came it was a 7 seater taxi. But the woman the day before did ask for us and got us a taxi for 5. Even though we had all this I would still go there again
