Hotel Villa Pax in Balatonalmadi

We rented a whole apartment on the second floor to get more privacy. It's very much recommended if you travel with older kids who want to have their own room. Also, very spacious, both bedrooms have their own balcony with a view on the pool. The kitchen is moderately equipped and suitable for making easy lunch or dinner. Fridge, freezer, water-cooker, microwave ceramic cooker and electric oven are all in. Air-conditioning works efficiently and the apartment is equipped with three units. Breakfast is included and the breakfast unit is in a cute and cozy inner yard. They offer both cooked and cold meals for breakfast. The hotel is run by a family, which makes the atmosphere very family-friendly and relaxed.
The pool is a fantastic plus in a beautiful backyard. Even the sauna and jazucci work all year round , but on an extra payment basis.

My first feeling when we entered was that everything here is there to enchant the guest. Together with its garden, it is an oasis-like island, with wonderful plants, flowers, and trees. The environment is masterfully designed, where the guest can relax and feel good. Among the bushes, there are separate small openings, corners, benches, tables, and places suitable for confidential conversations. In the middle, a large swimming pool, with its bright blue water that is constantly kept clean, lures guests who want to bathe. A buffet breakfast with a wide selection of delicious dishes welcomes guests here every morning. The staff is very coordinated, works quietly in the background, the young receptionist is very charming, kind, looks after the guests' interests in everything and is very helpful, she has an almost tangible aura that makes us feel that we definitely have to come back here. The rooms are spacious, bright, beautifully furnished, and homely. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants a bit of a fabulous environment.

Nice, clean hotel with great service. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. Great breakfast with many choices and yummy coffee. good location,we will choose this place when we visit Balatonalmádi again.

It was excellent, little close to the train station, so you could hear the train. The service more than made up for the little noise.

This Mediterranean hotel is a real gem among the accommodations on Lake Balaton. They are kind, friendly, attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy. The pool is amazing. The train unfortunately goes close, but on the one hand it is natural in Balchin and on the other hand it was not overly disturbing.
The guest is welcome to return here!

We were very pleased with everything 🙂 Cleanliness, spacious well equipped rooms, divine breakfast and very nice staff. For families with children it is also a perfect choice, there is a swimming pool, small football field, sandpit, ping pong table and close to Lake Balaton.
