As a returning guest, I am still not disappointed. Friendly staff, relaxation without disturbance.

Lovely hotel by lake Balaton
It was wonderful, the hotel is located just minutes from the beach, breakfast was delicious with home backed goods. The hotel has a great wellness area with whirlpools, jacuzzi and saunas. Everything was clean and very good. The staff was professional and friendly at the same time. Thank you!

Good but not good enough
This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff. Juice machine was not turned on. Okly water came out. The breakfasg was barwly ready at 8.30 when time was 8am. (Whicj i comsider late for a hotel).
The rooms are smelly of humidity and else.

Medium sized hotel on the shore of Lake Balaton. Situated just opposite with the train station of Alsóörs, yet the arrival and departing trains are not disturbing. The hotel staff is generally friendly, but during my stay one of them was grumpy. Wellness with indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi, different type of saunas, massage, games can all provide a calm and dedicated time and relaxation. The food is delicious and include all sort of type. The hotel is also suitable for training and learning occasions as there is also a big room for conferences.

Terribly overpriced, level of a cheap dirty motel. Some staff were quite frustrated which showed. Food was a joke, by the time we got to breakfast basically everything was gone but that's a good thing considering what we got for dinner. There is a small bubble spa, which turned on once every hour or so for five minutes, otherwise it's just sitting in cold water. All rooms look out to the main motor road and railways. The water from the cold tap in bathroom is also warm. We also got some nice salty sticks at caviar price rate and some diet coke expired some months before. If you can laugh at your bad fortune for choosing to stay there and the never-ending surprises of shamefully bad hotel services, then it's definitely the place for you... Otherwise avoid it at all costs!

We stayed and dined at this lovely establishment and where privileged to meet and share a drink with the owner. The waiter's go out of there way to make sure the service is special and you will not be disappointed in the food offered. On top of the Balaton, so great location for sight seeing and hitting the beach. We will be coming back!
