We were very satisfied with the accommodation, everything was clean, the air conditioning in the room was priceless at 35 degrees. The "home" lady is very helpful and pleasant. Convenient location, about 15 minutes walk to Lake Balaton through a nice park.

Zsuzsa was a very friendly host, despite the language barrier we managed to solve everything, she even provided us car cables when our car battery was empty.
Appartment was close to the lake, restaurants, Aldi store and the conference center, where salsa festival was held. We would gladly come back!:-)

Highly recommended accommodation, it is in a quiet location but not too far from the center, perfect for an evening stroll. From the equipment super well maintained, clean and air-conditioned. The staff is very nice and strives to meet the needs of the guests. All in all highly recommended.

We came here for a few days, the host lady is nice, our accommodation is adequate, there is even air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the room. Lake Balaton is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. If someone is looking for cheap accommodation for 2 people for a few days, this could be a good choice.

Overall we were satisfied. The price of the accommodation is acceptable, the owner is nice, we ate delicious food in the morning. However, there is no air conditioning or fan... It's lucky that we brought it... We could only spread the wet towels in the bathroom, so by the end of the day the humidity was 100% in the room...
In summary we were satisfied. Price is acceptable, the owner is very kind, mornings we got good breakfast. But there's no ac or fan... Fortunately we took ours... We could hang on our wet towels only in bathroom so at the end of the day humidity was 100% in our room...

Everything was fine with cleanliness!
We arrived, we were able to park on the street in front of the house. The house is beautiful, we saw the garden and the terrace, as it was in the pictures. The host lady was nice, she introduced us to her office, where we paid for our accommodation for 5 nights.
Then he led us upstairs to the 3rd room, where unfortunately there was no balcony for our room... even though I wrote that we wanted a balcony when booking! Then we loaded our leather bags into the room.
We thought it wasn't such a big problem, because after all we saw the garden and the terrace below, and they also provide breakfast, so we thought that the terrace part below could open from the breakfast room. So we headed down to rest in the fresh air and have a drink, when it turned out that the garden and the terrace were the home of the host lady, so there is no possibility to be fresh anywhere unless we go outside!
There we felt the point that we are not asking for thanks!
The host lady wasn't so nice anymore, she just kept saying, excuse me, but I live here and in 20 years I've never had anything like this...etc...
We didn't want to stay here!
The lady who solved the problem was such that she asked us to contact booking.com!! What do we have to do with booking!?!?
Here you go??!?! What kind of attitude is that?!?
With our rather firm attitude, we didn't leave it at that, so he called his son Gábor, who was able to say that we didn't promise anything!

We stayed 1 night and came back the next morning.
We got the remaining amount back, of course they charged a surcharge.
So I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone! Not to mention the possibility of 1000ft air conditioning per day!
