Room and sheets were clean, and bed large and comfortable for a family of three (5 year old slept in the middle). The whole hotel gave a very clean and neat impression.

Staff were a bit weird but not unkind. Maybe cultural difference. There's night shift staff, making late check-in possible, even after midnight.

At check-in, the tourist tax (2€/person) and 8€ parking fee were unexpected added costs. Safe parking in the back yard available at that cost, but also CCTV infront as well, for free parking.

Breakfast was very limited, and by the time we came (8:30) many things were finished. No labels about allergens or content provided.

Breakfast finished at 9 and checkout at 10, can be a bit too early for some.

Decent hotel, clean and spaciois air-conditioned room. Parking. Nuce and helpful staff. 20 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast was also decent.

Fraud. They can move you randomly to another hotel (a worse one) if they want.. no refund. I would strongly advise to avoid any hotel with Tisza in the name, and go to any other nice hotel in the area.

No maps in the reception to show you the way from the hotel to the City, or any information where you can go to eat around the hotel no tea or coffee in the room( three stars hotel), 8 euro for the carpark,brekfast from 7am till 9am receptionist not interesed to be helpfull,no hot water evening time to take a shower .Nice clean room

VERY SMALL ROOMS....FOR 37 EUROS WE COULD STAY IN A NORMAL HOTEL...THERE IS HEATING BUT NOT WARM RE RUNNING COLD THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY OTHERWISE CLEAN.NEVER STOP AND YOU DO NOT ADVISE

20190102 Our dragon boat team stayed at the Tisza Alfa Hotel for abt 10 days in July last year. The hotel provided us with early breakfast every day and we really appreciate their good food and prompt services. The Tisza River and downtown business areas are within walking distance of the Alfa. There are also grocery stores, shopping malls and an open market near by.
