The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the room is clean and pleasantly warm, the breakfast is good, the dinner has a solid selection of food, the spa section meets all needs, the Finnish sauna, although a little small, is very good, the salt room is also great. Everything in the spa center is neat and clean, you get a towel at the reception. Free parking.
Some items in the room and bathroom (carpet, toilet seat, etc.) should be replaced due to wear and tear, as they leave a bad impression.

A four star hotel should pay for a website that can be used on a smartphone. Impossible to use or navigate, without a Hungarian offer request pop up that won’t go away. What a shame, won’t even get closed to booking or having a look.

It would be an overstatement to call this a 4-star hotel. It's small, the walls are thin, and even in the off-season, it's crowded. The rooms were okay, but there was no water pressure in one of the sinks, and a couple of lightbulbs were out. The towels were okay, but the robes were rough, and one of them was torn. Some of the rooms face the main street, and it is noisy! When we were reserving the rooms, we were also told that both rooms (it was a conjoining suite) would have a balcony, but only one of them had it. You can get breakfast/dinner included in the price, but there is only a very small area where they have a buffet-style spread, (weak selection) and if you're not quick enough, the tourist groups also staying at the hotel, act like they have never eaten before and would push you out of the way to get to some scrambled eggs. If you are lucky, they will refill the food containers/plates, but you'd better not count on it, especially during dinner time. Sauna, jacuzzi, etc., worked, but somehow everything was too small and stuffy. As far as the staff goes, I got a mixed impression - some of them were really nice, and some thought that they were doing me a favor by doing the job they get paid for. Overall, I do not recommend this place; find something better for the price.

A very nice hotel within walking distance from the wonderful medicinal thermal baths in Harkany. The hotel is right at the bus stop from Pecs, which makes it easy to get to from the train coming from Budapest.
We foregot a couple of clothing items when we left, and the staff not only immediately found them, but will send them to our address in Budapest.
This is a good hotel with great food and a value. If you are an international and would like to have a more affordable option than budapest, this is a recommended experience.

The stay at the hotel was disappointing and definitely did not deserve 4 stars.
Room 115, semi-decomposed air conditioner, thermostat that is not working, furniture that is old and worn out.
Hotel exterior and lobby promising, everything else disappointing.
Breakfast is so modest that whoever comes at 9 a.m. has nothing but cereal and milk.
Definitely an accommodation we would not recommend or return to again.

I'll start with the negatives: the toilet seat in the room practically fell off, it took 4 days to fix it. I must add that repairing the damage caused by the big storm consumed a lot of energy and time. The lighting in the bathroom is dim, the card holder that ensures the electricity is hanging, there is no mosquito net (spiders also lived in the room), the air conditioner was set at a fixed 23 degrees, it was impossible to turn it on. The extra bed is a hard armchair bed and the air conditioning is aimed directly at it. The TV in the room is unpleasant.
The water in the wellness pool is very cold. When refilling the buffet, you get the terrible feeling that they are saving money on the guest. I don't support waste, but I don't accept that the popular Milanese macaroni is classified as sold out at 6:30 pm during your dinners between 6 and 8 pm. When I indicated this, they made it immediately. The "cookie" every evening is pudding and marlenka and baby sponge cake with different pudding flavors.
What is positive is that the staff is very kind and attentive, the hotel is close to the spa, parking is good, the hotel itself has a beautiful interior and a cozy interior garden.
Breakfast and dinner offer many options and the food is delicious.

Beautiful hotel. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very delicious. I was very surprised that there is a time for coffee and cookies in the restaurant section in the afternoon. The hotel rooms are small, but we didn't mind that because we were hiking anyway and only spent time there in the evening. The spa area was very good, if you want to take a dip in the afternoon or evening or in the morning or take a sauna, I can recommend it to those vacationing there. There is a rainforest-style shower that I recommend for children and adults. The hotel was huge and the staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and had a park and there is a small sign in front of the hotel where it is worth taking photos. The parking lot is also spacious, but there is a limit to how long parking is free a day. It deserves 5 stars.

Really good quality. 4 stars. But the wellness is available if you ask it. The cake for dinner was same for 3 dinner. In cold weather the window is fully wet inside. Over it all the staff is very kind, the wifi is really available in rooms and the breakfast and dinner is more tha enough.
