Zsanett Hotel in Balatonkeresztur

I had an extremely pleasant stay at this hotel!
The rooms are recently renovated. The hotel grounds are green, well-maintained, and create a cozy, peaceful atmosphere — perfect for relaxation.

Breakfasts are very tasty and filling — there’s something for everyone. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The only slight inconvenience might be carrying heavy luggage up to the second floor, as there is no elevator. However, the reception staff is always ready to help if you ask.

Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable stay or an overnight stop. Highly recommended!

The staff were exceptional. Now Balaton lake is a very pretty area - the villages along the shore are beachside resorts. We went on a sporting weekend and we understand that this really was the last weekend of the tourist season before restaurants and hotels start closing for winter. We arrived about 1am in the morning as our flight was delayed. Parking on site was secure. The hotel staff had made arrangements for us to collect room keys securely in the night and all the communication around the arrangements were excellent. We also had early starts leaving the hotel before 7am. For the days we needed i, the team arranged a cold breakfast to take away with us and plenty of it too! Nice roles with local chews and peppers, fruit etc. Breakfast at the hotel was good too. Plenty of options. Now don’t get me wrong the decor is a bit jaded and could do with an upgrade but this is a small simple lakeside hotel and not a 5 star luxury complex, but when we asked for late access to the pool and the sauna after a long day out the team did not hesitate to make those arrangements for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Mosquito netting on the windows worked and effective aircon was on all rooms too. We were happy with our stay and have to say the hotel staff really went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. Thank you.

When we came it was quiet because families already left. It is family friendly, so if you look for quite holiday ask the property for the right time.

The breakfast buffet was good. Close to the lake. Clean rooms, very nice owner. Parking on property and the gates are closed over night.

Andrew old-time charming holiday hotel. Good breakfast. Easy to muddy and reedy but of lake. Long walk to restaurants but pleasant under the moon (less so under heavy rain!)

Lovely hotel
Our stay was awesome. I checked in online so whenever we arrived we only picked up the room key and some useful information about gate code, wifi passwords, etc.
Staff was very friendly and really polite.
Our room was clean and comfy.
The breakfast was unreal. Fresh, tasty, homemade.
Unfortunately we were only stayed 2 nights so we couldn't use the pool and the jacuzzi.
I can only recommend them.

The place was pretty nice, the staff was very friendly.
I stayed there for two days, the breakfast on the first day was a little disappointing because the eggs were only cooked a little bit, then someone told me, that's the way they cook eggs in France.I say God bless France and let them do things the way they want do them, Hungry should remain Hungry, and keep your own traditions alive, that is one of the reasons we come to visit. the next morning breakfast was much better! the carpet in the room was a little stained and the windows needed cleaning, but everything else was good!

Pleasant place for a day or two.
Nice place. Looks a little tired, the grounds and the building.
The room was a good size & was clean. The shower room was modern and the shower was incredibly powerful!

The facilities in the room were better than some, with a kettle, fridge and decent tv.

The air conditioning was excellent 👍

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool is small but very nice for cooling off in the heat of the day.

The lake is very close but a better bathing area is a little walk away. Or short drive.
