Full of spiders in the rooms (3 rooms booked, every day new ones will show from the AC or other hidden spots) the doors aren’t closing (bathroom + balcony), breakfast is 2 stars hotel.

Quite sure the 5-star reviews are paid, as well as the hotel is max 2 stars (EU level).

The hygyene is very low, please be careful if you book this hotel if you are sensible.

The near by hotel must be better maintained, especialy the beach.
The personnel was very friendly.
The parking is a bit far away, but safe. The hotel is in the midle of all commercial, restaurants, bars, etc

Best location, the room is very nice and clean. Near to the walking street. Can access to the lake from the hotel. Highly recommended 🤍

The service was good,took a little bit of time but it didn’t bother us.Our room was great we got a room with the panoram windows and on the top floor!But it was a little bit dirty and it had a very small tv,also i don’t like the fact that you have to pay for the air conditioning.

Location was very good because the hotel has its own beach and it is not far from the main city and nightlife stuff.

The breakfast was a normal breakfast just like in every other hotel.

Overall its a 4 star hotel for me.

This is in the coast of Balaton see, clean blue water, own sand coach 😍 The breakfast was great and good. Hotel is clean and friendly. We rented bikes nearby and rided round the Balaton see for a week with our 20 persons riding group.

Great location with its own beach! Rooms are with terrace and comfortable but should be refurbished. The AC is paid separately (€10) and very efficient but a bit noisy. Great breakfast!
In summary: a very decent 3* hotel.

Great location in the town center near all the restaurants and bars. Hotel is located on the beach next to Lake Balaton. It has it's own beach, access through the main entrance for the guests. Sunbeds can be booked. Room was a bit basic, bathroom sink was very small. Mattress was ok,had a good sleep. Only complaint I would have, that it stunk a bit, like someone fried fish in the room,I think smell was coming from the "fresh" towels,which was a bit unpleasant. Staff was helpful and staying here did not break the bank,was affordable. Would come again.

Absolutely best value for money accommodation in Siofok. Private beach close to many restaurants. Only wierd point is asking extra money for AC.

Clean, chap and has a private beach. What more can you ask for?

Oh and they have a very reasonable bar too!
