Clean place, nice garden, walls quite thin but this seems to be a standard thing in this area of lake Balaton. The apartment has the strict necesities except a wine opener.

The mattress would need an upgrade, the sleep hasn't been quite pleasant.

The walls were completely wet! There were four of us; two left early, the others only found alternative accommodation seven days later. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom and also in the bedrooms.

Nice with a few suggestions for improvements
The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult.
It would be nice if they provided more than one washcloth and if they provided shower soaps.
The toilet was situated very strange.
It was very quiet and clean. We were alone in the whole building.

This is about Villa Oliver 2

Positive:
Quite clean, A/C worked, there was a Parking space, a bbq place in the garden, the garden itself. Our appartment had two bedrooms and each bedroom had it´s own bathroom.

Negative:
Directly in front of the house is a train line and a major road, kitchen equipment is quite limited, knies, cutlery and plates are there, but no wine or beer glasses.
Kitchen Ceran field is nicked.
One sleeping room was small and bed placed in a way, that you could only enter bed via the end of the bed.
Shower head was not able to be used other than handheld.
Only one towel per person. No hairdryer in bathroom or anywhere else.
Garden looked quite unkempt, sun loungers were rather dirty.

This is about vila Oliver 1.
What I remember is a quiet starry night in a warmish end of April. Nightingales (probably from neighbor yards) were giving a concert full night. Inegalable.

Pluses: cleanliness, terrace, comfortable bed.
Minuses:. Breakfast - nothing hot, everything packed from supermarket, no coffee at all provided for the coffee maker in the room, check out hour

Just be aware! Got a nice greeting by the host but.. previously booked a 1 bed apartment through on booking.com. The website has stated a right amount for a maximum occupancy of four guests but we still have been charged for an extra €15 on top and said just because the apartment fits for 2 person and further additional occupancy pays £15 each. It hasn't been told previously we acted and prepared as the booking confirmation stated.
Also the walls are thin as we've heard all movements from upstairs.
Might be worth to consider before you make a booking here.

For a short passing through stay ok. Very close to the lake . Rooms slowly looking tired. Shower room and bathroom on our arrival not very clean. Wifi did not work on any of our devices closer than 10m to accomodation. Shower room floor gets flooded every time you use the shower!. It is enclosed on three sides with one side open. The shower has one drain in the shower so nowhere for the water to go..superb air con mattress and outside area.
