Golf and relaxation, pleasure and leisure. Well-maintained and beautyfull golf course, modern hotel. The cuisine is impeccable, the selection is adequate. On the golfcourse the greens could be harder, faster, the bunkers softer, but it's still above average.

Me and my bff had really good time at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, both the breakfast and dinner were tasty. The hotel's surrounding is beautiful, and well-maintained. There was always available parking spot in front of the hotel. The staff was kind to us. The wellness area was perfect. We are definitely coming back.

Newly renovated hotel with many entertainment options. They also thought about how you can spend your time in case of bad weather (spa, sauna, bowling, inside golf, ect…) The hotel is child-friendly, but there are quiet zones ..

The are still renovatinh We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.

Shame that there was construction was in the wellness area

Wonderful time with my family and friends!

Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when...

Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)

All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel! The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good. The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! (e.g. no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal) Some meals had wrong allergy...

The whole hotel is smutty. It is not worth the price, there are better thermal hotels in Western Hungary. I do not suggest this hotel. Room: There isn't kettle, the magnetic card lock frequently often jammed. Food: The food is worse than the average. There are 16-18 year old cooks in the kitchen without any qualifications. The meals are tipically extremly salted or the other parts are unsalted. The...

Very nice bed, quiet room. Fantastic food, buffet permanently fulfilled. Beverages the whole day, good beer, nice red vine, some shots in the evening, and champagne in the morning. Excellent connection with spa meeting all expectations.

Full service. Hotel, restaurant and spa all in one. Just relax. One star less because of not so good covid measures.

The hotel was clean, the food was simple, but every dinner was quite nice and well planned even within a seemingly tight budget-cudos to the chef for this, he is doing a marvelous job. Fair for the price. Unfortunately, it’s visible that we are talking about a hotel which is more than 20 years old. The amortization of the property is not handled properly: drilled holes on the walls, low water pressure in the bathroom, unsightly and disintegrating floor edges. However the food was OK, despite the fact that there are not so much gluten-free options.

We stayed in Premium rooms and they were great, with a balcony and nice big beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and at the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have minor issues in our room but everything was fixed quickly and swiftly. Next to the hotel there is an adventure park with obstacles for all ages. Great experience and recommend to anyone

The rooms were very spacious, clean, well equipped. The staff was nice, friendly, helpful. The food was absolutely fabulous, it greatly exceeded our expectations. Incredible choice, everything fresh, regularly replenished. On the other hand, the spa was disappointing. In building A, the first part is for adults only. The whirlpools in the thermal pool don't turn on, even one of the 2 thermal pools...

Everything was perfect, service was very friendly, and the food was excellent. I'll be back!

When we came in they forgot to give us a fridge and there wasn't any AC. The pool was great tho. Not really worth the 4 stars but it was alright.

The food is great and the service is excellent.The only little problem we had is no soap in the bathroom but the front desk helped with some kind of used bottle of deusce. No shampoo and conditioner too.beside that we had a great time in the spa.

Bük is still more a village than a town, so I feel very important that the hotel has really nice and decent architecture. From the street view you see something similar to the village pension and inside you will find a large and modern hotel but again with a decent architecture. This feeling I however don't have from the part of the hotel restaurant for public guests, so this could be a tip what about...

This place is fantastic. Owner looks after guests and the place with care. Everything is very tidy and refreshed. Quiet. Good location with restaurants just up the road for dinner. Very good amenities. Bikes available for example. Would highly recommend.

Small hotel, but the family room was enormous and very comfortable. There was a little pool the kids could splash in and a nice buffet breakfast. Owner was very friendly and also spoke English. Seemed a bit isolated at first, but turned out there were two restaurants within a few minutes walk. We were only stopping for one night as part of a larger journey, so didn't make it to the nearby baths, but...
