Golf and relaxation, pleasure and leisure. Well-maintained and beautyfull golf course, modern hotel. The cuisine is impeccable, the selection is adequate. On the golfcourse the greens could be harder, faster, the bunkers softer, but it's still above average.

Me and my bff had really good time at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, both the breakfast and dinner were tasty. The hotel's surrounding is beautiful, and well-maintained. There was always available parking spot in front of the hotel. The staff was kind to us. The wellness area was perfect. We are definitely coming back.

Newly renovated hotel with many entertainment options. They also thought about how you can spend your time in case of bad weather (spa, sauna, bowling, inside golf, ect…) The hotel is child-friendly, but there are quiet zones ..

The are still renovatinh We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.

Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when...

Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)

Fair for the price. Unfortunately, it’s visible that we are talking about a hotel which is more than 20 years old. The amortization of the property is not handled properly: drilled holes on the walls, low water pressure in the bathroom, unsightly and disintegrating floor edges. However the food was OK, despite the fact that there are not so much gluten-free options.

We stayed in Premium rooms and they were great, with a balcony and nice big beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and at the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have minor issues in our room but everything was fixed quickly and swiftly. Next to the hotel there is an adventure park with obstacles for all ages. Great experience and recommend to anyone

The rooms were very spacious, clean, well equipped. The staff was nice, friendly, helpful. The food was absolutely fabulous, it greatly exceeded our expectations. When we came in they forgot to give us a fridge and there wasn't any AC. The pool was great tho. Not really worth the 4 stars but it was alright.

The food is great and the service is excellent.The only little problem we had is no soap in the bathroom but the front desk helped with some kind of used bottle of deusce. No shampoo and conditioner too.beside that we had a great time in the spa.

Bük is still more a village than a town, so I feel very important that the hotel has really nice and decent architecture. From the street view you see something similar to the village pension and inside you will find a large and modern hotel but again with a decent architecture. It was very nice, the food was good...the staff was nice...the only thing that bothered us were the many stink bugs that we had in our room. We had to get rid of them because I wouldn't have been able to sleep without them....the thermal baths, on the other hand, were great, pleasant water

Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401. Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

Absolutely fantastic, apartment was amazing and superb value for money.

Comfort in another country! First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. I choosed this hotel because is in the middle of the forest, and gave me the possibility for short walks even in this very warm weather. I stayed two nights, the rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the restaureóant is excellent.

Nice calm place, great for family's with small children and or if you can entertain yourself with sports. The surrounding cities are well worth visiting, fx. Sarvar. The water is red, as lava, hot but not to hot. The camping site is well maintained and clean.
