Hello, Overall it was our very pleasant stay in your Hotel. We were bit dissapointed regarding partialy not working airconditon and thermal pool out of order, despite that it was enjoyable vacation.

Shame that there was construction was in the wellness area

Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes

The thermal spa itself is definitly worth a visit because of their many pools and large, beautiful park area. Some staff members have been unmotivated, but it was okay. Would definitly stay there again!

The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! (e

The thermal spa area has a strong smell because of the healing water, so you have to get used to the smell (not the hotels fault!)

The food is great and the service is excellent. The only little problem we had is no soap in the bathroom but the front desk helped with some kind of used bottle of deusce. No shampoo and conditioner too

This feeling I however don't have from the part of the hotel restaurant for public guests, so this could be a tip what about you can maybe more think, to get more restaurant guests from the people without accommodation in the hotel

The first class thing in the hotel is sure its wellness and the accessibility of the wellness for free. Again, it is very nice designed, and I want say that I cannot imagine what could there work differently or better

From the street view you see something similar to the village pension and inside you will find a large and modern hotel but again with a decent architecture

The energies for wellness are sure high, but I think this is really the thing which will carry more guests in the future for the hotel

Super place, clean, big rooms, just 5 min to go to the Therme. In front is the restaurant with very good kitchen. People who are staying overnight in the hotel also receive 10% discount in the restaurant

Modern, stylish place with chill-house background music. They have some exciting combinations of pasta and risotto. The location is also nice with a view of the main suare. The duck was a bit tough.

Parking is free, but there was a fair going nearby and lots of people parked their cars. There is no barrier to limit parking to hotel guests

We drive from Austria often to Sopron for medical reasons and we always look for the best options in terms of hotels in the center of the town with a parking place and specially with a place for the little one to play and have a bit of fun or a pool

Breakfast was more than enough,dinner was ok too with plenty of food,service from Zsolt was amazing,his collegue was nice too( maybe a bit of smiling wont hurt from time to time),the fact that outside is free parking is a good one too

We had an accident in the room and we required new bedsheets and new towels on which we were charged extra 20€,but to me is still unclear if one stays in the hotel 2 days why the extra charge for setting the beds and changing the towels but probably this is the way it goes

Reception was friendly ,maybe a bit more infos about the hotels policy on charging 20 € for new towels in the room would be appreciated,but overall not a big thing
