Orchidea Hotel Lipót in Lipot

Extremely disappointing experience with the hotel’s management team. I contacted Orchidea Hotel Lipót to request a group quotation. The manager responsible for offers replied only after four days — and even then, her message consisted of just a couple of vague lines that didn’t answer a single question I had asked. After that, she completely stopped responding. Since the hotel has no WhatsApp or proper phone support, I had to hire a European secretary service just to reach them by phone — and even then, the manager didn’t pick up once. Reception told my assistant that “we handle everything by email”, but in reality, they don’t respond to emails either. This kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a wellness and hospitality destination. If this is the level of communication before making a reservation, imagine what happens after check-in. I strongly recommend avoiding this place - there’s simply no one to talk to if anything goes wrong.
