This was fantastic stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great view from the window. The staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room service team. The convinent location near to Narayana Health City and the 24-Hour Room service were also major pulses. I would definitely recommend this hoteland hope to return soon.

The location of the hotel is nice, but the hygiene of the hotel room is absolutely pathetic. The first room that I got, had a smelling washroom with the commode being dirty as shown in the image. One of the hotel staffs might have used it and has ignored flushing or cleaning. On complaining, I got a different room, where the washroom was ok ok, but the bed sheet had tiny yellow stains and the blanket was smelling. Moreover, tiny cockroaches were roaming on the floor everywhere. Would not recommend anyone, especially those who have a knack of staying in hygienic rooms.

Pleasant stay, with nice ambience. Well maintained property. Location is good near to the highway. One can definitely plan for a trip with friends or family.

The most disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Despite booking a suite, the service was consistently delayed and unprofessional. Basic amenities like bathroom slippers were refused with the excuse that they “cannot provide them every day,” which is completely unacceptable for any hotel.
The staff was rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality etiquette. Even after clearly informing them that the room should only be cleaned in our presence, they still entered and cleaned it when we were not there — a serious breach of trust and privacy.
To make things worse, the breakfast spread is extremely limited, and they serve the exact same items every single day, with no variety at all.
They don’t listen to guests, they argue instead of resolving concerns, and overall the service quality is extremely poor. The property and amenities do not justify the price at all.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or respectful stay.

Terrible Experience in SRT Alpines - Not Recommended at All!
My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. I strongly recommend that no one stays here. This place feels more like a hospital than a hotel — from the atmosphere to the way the staff behaves.

The staff members are extremely arrogant and completely lack basic hospitality ethics. They have no sense of how to treat guests with respect or professionalism. Every interaction felt unpleasant and frustrating.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay, please avoid this place. There are far better hotels nearby that actually care about their guests and offer a proper hospitality experience.

Staff Professionalism was very very poor and they have a communication gap. The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive when inquiring about a specific request. Their demeanor was unprofessional and lacked a focus on customer service.

I'm an eggitarian and I found bits of chicken in my egg biryani. I also hated the service too. The waiters were all deaf I suppose.
