Beautiful hotel with wonderful decor and rooms. Staff at admissions could be a bit friendlier. Advertises a shuttle to airport but actually need to pay 11,800 rupees for one way trip - we got an Uber.

Why was it great? We visited and stayed here for a couple of days on my birthday, I must say this place is a must visit for the architecture and design alone! I was very impressed by the huge columns and antique wooden furniture! The rooms were amazing and incredibly clean. I remember it was raining heavily the evening after we checked in and the balcony had a beautiful view of the garden! A beautiful lotus pond with fish and temple pillars gave it an ethnic flair. The breakfast buffet was unforgettable (my favorites were the ham and cheese with bacon, pancakes with fresh whipped cream and berries). Overall a royal stay! I'll come again ♥️

Went for dimsum month in october. Appetizer+unlimited dimsum+main+dessert for 1200 rupees plus tax. The food was good and the staff were friendly. Just trying out each dimsum got us full.

Zen platter only one role type. Has lots different fish selection. A bit pricy the coconut milk shrimp soup was great. This restaurant has three menus, Japanese, Chinese and Thai. Service is great.
Next day I went back for the soup and ordered chinese (prices are ok fo that menu). I tried the pan seared chicken and the lettuce wrap. Very generous portion and the food tasted good

Loved it. I came during Andhra menu so I was able to experience new tastes. Being a Louisiana Cajun I love spice. I asked the waiter to help me select good spicy dishes. The selections were balance spice. Even the chef came to meet me because "not many Americans like spice". I thought that was funny.

Especially Indian breads like butter naan & Roti is a big NO. They were too dry & hardly any butter. It's North Indian restaurant so make it Indian. Overall service is OK.

It is usually crowded. There is ample space for parking. There is a wide variety of food options. The tandoori items are cooked to perfection and very tasty. The desert options are good, presentation of falooda was nice. The staff is friendly.

Good Arabic Non-Veg food served, little bit conjested but food is good. Tastier. Lot of variety of Arabian cuisine. Might find few of dishes on the menu card which are not available. Moderately priced.

Good value for your money. Drawback is its service time. U have wait for long unnecessarily. So if you are in a hurry, not the right choice. Wanna chill out with decent food, then go for it. Leg space while seated might be an issue for taller people.

Looks like I have become a regular customer for this place. Bring a vegetarian, while I can only review the veg food at this place, I have many friends who vouch that they serve one of the best non veg food in the city.
The veg food is great. The Chinese is as good as the Indian and the Arabian food served.
I love this place.

Zaitoon is my favorite place to eat non veg specially chicken. Imo they serve the best chicken dishes in India. The veg food is also excellent. Never disappointed with them. And also perfect pricing for all dishes.
