Lovely hotel, rooms were modern. Nice breakfast. Availability of non dairy milk. Overall good hospitality. All staff at the restaurant were very attentive.

Rooms were clean, water pressure from the shower head is good, staff were very polite and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

The hotel it's self could do with a ramp up, what i mean by that is the lobby area is a bit dark just by adding a few more lights would make a big difference. The room itself is a bit small but its manageable, the bathroom/showers are a nice touch. Pool side is lovely overall it's ok but when other people close there room doors it is quite loud, so if you're trying to have a sleep in good luck.

The Hyatt Centric was a convenient choice of place to stay for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). The best thing about this hotel were its people. From the wamr welcoming front office staff, the friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant, the housekeeping staff and especially the guards, we were surrounded by professional, friendly and cheerful staff! They went out of their way to acknowledge us, recognize us and make our stay a fun, pleasant and comfortable one.

All required amenities are available in the room.

Areas that can be improved : the racks in the bathroom are older and peeling off .

However , I would highly recommend this hotel for the value for money it offers.

Breakfast at their open Balcony with perfect Bengaluru breeze makes a refreshing day start.
