ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer.
The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests.
The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests.
I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it.
Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.

Good food . Fabulous service . Great Ambience . What more can one ask for . The one star is less in rating because of the pricing . While I understand it's a 5 star hotel being a South Indian and paying 1700 for a veg thali is criminal in my opinion . Despite the fact that all was well , I don't see a value for money . It's the best if you want foreigners to enjoy 5 star South Indian thali adhering to all health standards .

Nice ambiance and good food but very expensive! Of course my brother-in-law took me there to impress me so he paid the bill! The music was good and may be once you can have that experience!

I visited this place yesterday, of course being part of ITC chain of hotels, service is impeccable, decor is great and food is good, but one is forced to ask the question, is all of it so much better that you don't mind paying 6-7 times the price.
Mind it, all the restaurants in ITC Windsor Manor are almost twice as expensive compared to other five star hotels in Bangalore. The price is not an issue if it is worth it.
I went there with the family, ordered vegetarian thali. All the items were tasty but nothing was piping hot. Parota was also cold. Appams were hot but then South Indies makes them better than Dakshin.
For me desert makes or breaks a meal. as the story of the evening goes, desert was good but ordinary, the one that all of us can make at our home. When you are going to a five star restaurant with seven star price, you expect something better, fancy.
In any case, I did not find it worth the money. the bill was almost 2700 per person, many restaurants in town would serve equally good or even better meal at Rs. 700 or less.

Hello , travelled to Bangalore with the wife , and during our visit decided to try out one of the more palatial restaurants , went for the Raj Pavilion as even the name cried out Anglo/Indian sumptuousness , I was not let down from the minute we sat down we had two or three waiters serving us with drinks , and various Indian side dishes , we were very close to the chef cooking the garlic king prawns , the attention to details was fascinating as we watched him cook the prawns , on tasting them , wow they were dreamy , next the buffet was varied Indian dishes ,too many to name and 4 different types of biryani , when asking the chefs or any of the waiters , nothing seemed to be too much of a bother , and getting into the swing of things soon we were ordering , chicken lollypops and curds with different flavours , fresh fish lightly spiced and falling apart served with a roti , ( or served with anything you asked for ) the place itself was fairly atmospheric with a three piece jazz band playing in the background ( they even took requests, overall a great experience

We were pushed to Dakshin for breakfast as Pavilion was full. I was chewed my mosquito below Dakshin table cloth. The table cloth wasn't clean either. I dropped by at Pavilion twice during my stay for lunch and service was slow and food was mediocre.

Beautiful ambience, good food and genuine care about each customer. I was staying at ITC for 4 days on a very restricted medical diet. Chef Logesh, Soni and Dhiren went out of their way to ensure that I had something to eat for every meal (which was achievement considering my dietary restrictions). They created dishes outside the menu and ensured that i did not have to repeat dishes. Whenever I went over to the restaurant, the chefs would come over for a chat to ensure that I had something to eat. The service staff was made aware of the situation so that i did not have to repeat myself over. This is what every hotel/restaurant should aspire to be. Thanks again Chef Logesh and Chef Soni for catering to me.
