My family and I recently stayed at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how incredibly neat and clean the entire hotel is. Every member of the staff was warm and welcoming, and the management team stood out for being exceptionally prompt and diligent in ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is highly strategic, making it very convenient to get around—especially since it is just a short walking distance from the metro station. Another major highlight was the food. The breakfast buffet spread was absolutely lavish, and everything we tasted was awesome. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel for both family travelers and business professionals alike. We would definitely stay here again! I would like to specially thank the entire support and management team (Especially Mr Pran) for making this stay a memorable one. Kudos to the whole team.

A little late in posting this, but the memories are still as fresh and special 😊 We had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate our baby shower at Keys Hotel on 19th February 2026, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our entire family was truly overwhelmed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality extended to us. A very special thanks to Ms. Debjani Chakraborty, who is not just highly professional but also incredibly kind-hearted. She personally took care of every little detail, from booking the venue to finalizing the menu and ensured that even our last-minute requests were handled seamlessly. Her dedication and personal involvement made all the difference. I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Chef Vikram & and his amazing team. The food was simply outstanding, far beyond our expectations in both taste and presentation. The team was extremely attentive and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. A special mention for promptly arranging Jain food for my mother at the last moment, it truly meant a lot to us. We are deeply grateful to both of them for making our celebration so memorable. They are undoubtedly invaluable assets to Keys Hotel, and we wish them continued success and the very best in everything they do.

Had a fairly decent experience. Rooms were good - somewhat small but good. Food was average - bit overrated as it was not having any flavour as such (just good-looking food). The hostess Sathi was good, so was Sachin. It’s worthwhile if you are on a quick biz trip.

I visited the Bangalore last month and rented the room at keys select by lemon which one of my friend recommended me as he regularly stay there. And he wasn't wrong about the stay , it was soo soo sooo good I wanna book at the same hotel if I ever visited the Bangalore again and special thanks to Mr Akshay from maintenance who helped me with the TV connectivity and all . And overall stay was good worth the money I spent on .

Exception service from the keys team, hotel is getting renovated, well maintained by housekeeping entire area clean and hygeine .Ram & Mallika. Thanks to chef vikram who made the food as per our choice . Ranjit ,madhuri from fo was very approachable.
