PATHETIC PROPERTY AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
So I had booked this hotel for 3 consecutive days apparently their suite room and was visiting with family for work from check in to check out was a very taxing.
The front manager/ owner whoever that guy was will harass you and ask for extra money for every small little things and when you ask for a receipt against that which is my right I was refused it was like I was stuck as I had paid before hand or else I would checked our the same evening I checked in. The rooms aren’t what it’s shown online not that I was expecting luxury but something basic. You need to literally beg to get room cleaning done. My experience was soooo bad that I can go on and on.
I would highly recommend people not to book this property even if it’s your last option left.
SHAME ON THE ENTIRE TEAM OF HOTEL BOUVICE.

We had a lovely stay the service and breakfast was so good it's 9 nights stay but all the things are too good must visit.

While the team was polite but they were not helpful in terms of getting the things rectified. I stayed for 3 days and on the first I asked to see if the TV remote can be replaced, they said it will be done in sometime once the manager comes but it didn’t happen for the 3 days.

Our stay was completely ruined by the front desk staff, including the manager, who were shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and to make things worse, they don’t allow any guests — are we staying at a hotel or a student hostel? Their system is a mess: there's no practice of signing food bills, which is absurd, especially when managing multiple room bookings. It becomes nearly impossible to track expenses. The front desk staff lacked even basic hospitality etiquette — cold, unhelpful, and clearly not trained for the job. Overall, an awful experience. Save yourself the stress and stay anywhere else.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel was amazing—beautifully maintained with spacious, comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. Plus, the location was perfect—just a short walk to all the best cafés and attractions. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

It location is strategic for travelling to different parts of Bangalore. Be it the Central business area, silk board or Whitefield. The area is good if you are interested in trying out micro brewies or the local cuisine

Amazing stay and amazing host. Everyone was cooperative and disciplined. The ambience of room is also good. The food too was good and would highly recommend if one is planning to have a long stay. The host was very helpful.

Beautiful place to stay even if you are travelling single . I was here in the month of jan to march from Accenture and I can vouch for this place service. Loved their service , they make you feel like you are not away from your home....they are so caring people.
Food was a let down as because they have very restricted menu and they should definitely try to include more items into the same.

But overall I loved this place . Huge Rooms , hygienic and clean , safe and secured. a special mention to Mrs.Shanti , who used to went out of her way to get things organised for us.

Nice friendly staff with good care of hygiene and safety. Thank you Bharat the manager there to make my stay such a pleasant one . Was travelling with my wife and my 2 year old kid......Literally everything was done to ensure my kids utmost safety and cleanliness.....

stayed for 2 months and not returning back to US , but surely Bharat you ensured that stay in Bouvice is a memory which I shall always carry with me.

you guys are good and keep doing your job....deducting one star for the over crowded bangalore ...he he !!!

i liked the accommodation ..... stayed for more than 2 months with my family.....clean rooms ....decent bfast options......security is tight....and staff is alert and courteous.....I personally like to thank Mr.Bharat for his amazing hospitality....he was always ready to help us out with whatever little we ever wanted.

Mr Subhash, the manager at the outlet next to NGV signal @Koramangala is very rude and does not clearly tell what is exactly available while taking the customers order for food. neither are the staff aware even after the bill has been paid. they have to be told reminded that so and so item is till pending to be served. Hope some remedial measures is taken. Mr Subhash went to the extent of saying whether i want a refund and cancel the order. It clearly shows that Mast Kalandar is not concerned nor bothered about customers satisfaction. Mr Subhash also had the audacity to tell that you are not a very regular customer hence I am not aware of the change in the menu. He could not even clarify on my pts earned and pending since i have a membership card.

Pathetic service from the Arekere branch. They seem to be in a hurry to make money and forget to pack even the basic items that are included in the order. The hurry is also evident in the way the phulkas and rotis are made - half cooked, cause they cant bake it for a few minutes more!

This happened twice. The second time i actually refused for the remaining items to be sent later. No use for us.

Add to that the pathetic submarine sandwich that was sent ones which looked like a bun has been taken and some paneer chunks added without any sauce or salt. The driest sub i have ever had.

The ambiance here is.. It is not their intention to draw customers as their main source of income is corporate Tiffin service. . Having said that, the food is just amazing. I have not had anything like this at 100 rupees anywhere else in Bangalore. I'm glad I found this place and I have become a regular here.

Food taste has gone considerably low. Was a great place once, but now no. If you're on a constrained budget, Ghar ka khana is still a good idea. My personal pick - bowl of tasty curd.

Nice Italian restaurant in Kormangla.
Pizzas ? are really nice.
They serve complementary small bread pieces with mayonnaise and chopped tomatoes ?
They a bottle of olive oil on table.
They so serve Red and White wines in addition to other different cocktails and mocktails.
Ambiance is very good.

Food was okay, but the location makes it difficult to spot. No valet as well, which makes it a task to park on that service road!

A really good experience. They offer the best pizzas in bangalore. I am really glad I visited this place. Totally worth the time and money. The ambience is really nice and fun. The service is also amazing and super fast.
