Very bad rooms, we were moved into two different rooms, first room had ac issues, second room had moulds all over the ceiling. All the rooms ceilings were connected due to which we could smell smoking constantly from neighbouring room. Hotel staff was very rude and uncooperative, had to ask them multiple time for spraying room freshener to at-least reduce the smoking smell. There is no pure veg restaurants nearby, whole area is very dusty with trucks coming all the time. Overall terrible stay.

The room has no ventilation. It smelled dusty. The ceiling fan made noise. The bed and comforter didn't look fresh and smelled too.

The hotel is good. But the management and the people sitting in the reception have no common sense on how to talk to guests. They are very rude. I had to stay there as i had made the payment which was not refundable. If the hotel management is properly trained then this will be much better
