I will give my lowest rate to this place in terms of cleanliness. The shower was so sleepy and dirty and room wasnt cleant. Their restaurant was full of mosquitoes and chairs are full of stains. Reception was slow and not very friendly.

having a misunderstanding with the receptionist. but they should know how to handle their tempers. the view from to room is not pretty. but it doesn’t matter. the bathroom stinks a little bit so i had to spray some of my perfumes just for me to feel comfy. i hope they keep upgrading their staff, room and furnitures.

The hotel is amazing. The views were nice. All the staff is attentive. The swimming pool is really nice too. In reception, Shrutika was especially nice and caring. It's a nice peaceful place within the chaos of Mumbai.

Excellent service and attention to detail. My only issue was that the pool is used for lessons for local children. So unfortunately I wish I’d know prior to booking because the pool was a big part of my needs.

The Sahil is a good 4 star hotel near Mumbai Central. Close to the main shopping areas of Mumbai like Crawford Market, Bhendi Bazaar.... The 2 restaurants (Rivaaz and Bluet) serve very nice food although the price range is a bit high.

Was charged twice due to some confusion, was refunded later in cash. Room was old, chipped floor, dirty broken blind with a view of building construction. Excellent service from the receptionist, all the way to their kitchen staff. The room is decent and appropriate for the price given. It's clean and those foreign travellers who can't speak the local language can easily communicate in English with their staffs who speak clear English. It is a quaint little hotel on Juhu Tara road, a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It's well kept and clean and the staff are attentive and friendly. My first stay here and I will return no doubt about that. As I did not partake in any meals or drinks this time ,I will sample those next visit and review it then..
