I will give my lowest rate to this place in terms of cleanliness. The shower was so sleepy and dirty and room wasnt cleant. Their restaurant was full of mosquitoes and chairs are full of stains. Reception was slow and not very friendly.

having a misunderstanding with the receptionist. but they should know how to handle their tempers. the view from to room is not pretty. but it doesn’t matter. the bathroom stinks a little bit so i had to spray some of my perfumes just for me to feel comfy. i hope they keep upgrading their staff, room and furnitures.

The hotel is amazing. The views were nice. All the staff is attentive. The swimming pool is really nice too. In reception, Shrutika was especially nice and caring. It's a nice peaceful place within the chaos of Mumbai.

The staff here go above and beyond. Everything was of a world class level. The only recommendation is for the hotel To consider some work on the roof top swimming level. This has untapped potential.

Great hotel for a staycation, breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The rooms were clean. Definitely will go back again. They have very good authentic fine dining Chinese and Indian restaurants on site. Prebooking is must if you plan to dine in there.

Was charged twice due to some confusion, was refunded later in cash. Room was old, chipped floor, dirty broken blind with a view of building construction. Staff was good, breakfast was not that great, with a very few options to choose from. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying with a family for more than a day.

I booked this hotel for a good night's sleep between flights. Unfortunately, noisy doors made it difficult to rest. Upon arrival, the toilet wasn't flushing, which took two hours and four calls to fix. There are other options nearby that might offer better value.

Nityanand was a tremendous help and host to me as I was in a big hurry to get to my flight and needed help with storing my luggage. He helped me navigate several challenges and walked with me all the way to the security gate inside the airport. I wouldn’t have made it to my flight in time without his help. Front office reception folks were not helpful or trying to help adjust our booking due to midnight arrivals. One of them stared at us blankly saying our booking is for the next day, we asked if we need to make another booking or move to another hotel in the middle of the night still no concrete helpful response. It is a quaint little hotel on Juhu Tara road, a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It's well kept and clean and the staff are attentive and friendly. My first stay here and I will return no doubt about that. As I did not partake in any meals or drinks this time ,I will sample those next visit and review it then.. I will however recommend this hotel for those visiting Mumbai.

Had a pleasant experience at Hotel Cliffton. Room and washroom were clean and AC was functional. But pillows, like all 4 or lower star hotels in India, was stiff and pain for neck. Bedsheets could be a bit more cleaner. Breakfast was a buffet with non-veg options and contains north and south Indian dishes; enjoyed it. For dinner, chicken thali was nice.

I first stayed here in 2013 and I've been back intermittently over the years. I still maintain this is the best street in South Bombay. The Godwin, though fading in some ways is constantly being renovated.
