Super modern and fancy hotel right next to the airport of Mumbai. The rooms are big (we had a suite) and equipped with modern and convenient furniture. The service was very good and all was explained to us very well

Good stay! Note there are no smoking rooms so you'll have smoke outside. Overall happy with the spacious rooms and good service. Marriott's breakfast are always top notch.

All was excellent No words to explain. The food was nice. Yes but being in Maharashtra no main Marathi channels like Zee and Star Pravah.

The property is old and is very well decked up. For me Taj staff at late night worked to search my lost iphone. I eventually recovered in my car. But it once again showed the exceptional service

Good day! The hotel's location is good if you're in BKS for business! The food is excellent! They also provide a transfer to shopping centers!

The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2

There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym

It's a shame we stayed for only one night! The hotel is wonderful at all points. Everything from the welcome to the checkout was very customer-oriented. Now we know which hotel chain to stay in India.

Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1

As far as cleaning they don't come and clean on regular basis or change towels you have to call them two or three times then only staff comes. Basically it has a good ambience but it is not a 5 star hotel

Good for a stopover at Mumbai airport, cheaper than the 'well-known' hotels. Nice rooftop pool with a restaurant and bar. The only drawback: the fridge couldn't get colder than 18 degrees Celsius 🙄

The hotel is conveniently located close to Terminal 1. There's a swimming pool on the rooftop. The bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower

On the downside, the Wi-Fi was not free

The hotel location is good near to airport but the property itself is very old and has a old kind of vibe to it with dim lightings plus few amenities they offer are actually old torn off or broken, for me it was the kettle, However the staff is good and polite, would still rate over good score

On Saturday evening, we got dropped on the road and had to walk up in the ramp to the hotel entrance, because of congestion cars can’t get inside

Gifted a wedding night to a friend. Staff was courteous, room well made, the hotel even provided complimentary cake, nice chocolates and a bouquet of flowers all on the house. My friend enjoyed the experience thoroughly

Even though it's a 5-star hotel, it felt a bit dated. The room had a musty smell and was a bit damp, probably due to a poor ventilation system. Overall, it was acceptable though.

It’s a nice and comfortable five star hotel with good selection of breakfast. Only setback is the bathroom. No place to hang clothes or towel. A couple of hooks will be helpful.

My experience there was amazing. The security was pretty tight: metal detectors, car searches, X-ray belt, etc. The breakfast was really good, clean, and had a nice variety for guests to choose from

I had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Hotel for a friend's birthday party, and it was truly an exceptional experience. We booked a suite on the top floor, and the city view from our room was absolutely breathtaking

It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around. The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing! Will Come back again

Nice clean rooms, located in a busy area however quiet and peaceful, helpful staff, breakfast spread covers asian and intl, live kitchen available. Property has all the necessary things one would expect at a hotel.

This hotel has great chefs who makes delicious food indeed and the best part is they provide water in glass bottles. Also, they have a water plant in their hotel which makes no water wastage

We booked this hotel in BKC area as its near by USA consulate. Price of hotel is high due to its location. Food was not up to taste we order paratha and Indian tea But Tea was totally not worth it.
