Super modern and fancy hotel right next to the airport of Mumbai. The rooms are big (we had a suite) and equipped with modern and convenient furniture. The service was very good and all was explained to us very well

Very good hotel with all the facilities and amenities. The staff his very eager to serve you. Very spacious, neat and clean maintained rooms with all basic needs. Bathroom designing and facilities are very good

Good stay! Note there are no smoking rooms so you'll have smoke outside. Overall happy with the spacious rooms and good service. Marriott's breakfast are always top notch.

Yet again another amazing stay at the Taj Hotel. Been multiple times now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else having stayed at the Taj. Amazing service, 10/10 Service from staff and a prime a location.

All was excellent No words to explain. The food was nice. Yes but being in Maharashtra no main Marathi channels like Zee and Star Pravah.

The location is perfect—close to the airport yet incredibly peaceful once inside the property. The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed

I arrived early and it was no problem to check me in which was appreciated.  In the room itself, it was clean and they had provided sweet treats which was a nice surprise

Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside

By this time we were over the noise and chaos of Bandra and needed a peaceful luxury retreat to decompress and recharge. We had amazing massages, food, service at Taj. The hotel was first rate and the staff amazing

The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already

Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. But when I booked this hotel on booking. com it said the swimming pool is open but when I reached there it was closed due to covid. This was not mentioned in my booking

All the staff,entrance staff treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. The breakfast buffet was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The pool area was very relaxing

Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression

Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience

I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it

The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room

The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine

Great room and great location...but the service was bit slow and the in room menu prices and quality I'd inversely proportionate.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to metro station, 20-25 minutes direct train to dadar

Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby

I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

We booked this hotel in BKC area as its near by USA consulate. Price of hotel is high due to its location. Food was not up to taste we order paratha and Indian tea But Tea was totally not worth it.

The decor is generally opulebt, both for rooms bad the lobby - this is noticeably different from the Trident next door, which is more functionally designed (elegant but not opulent). The rooms are well kitted out

From the moment of arrival the staff was extremely friendly Very helpful management My room was Hygienic and clean Beautifully decorated Comfortable bed. Very Proud to be a guest Honoured us and treated well

The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc

The hotel is amazing. The views were nice. All the staff is attentive. The swimming pool is really nice too. In reception, Shrutika was especially nice and caring. It's a nice peaceful place within the chaos of Mumbai.

the bathroom stinks a little bit so i had to spray some of my perfumes just for me to feel comfy. i hope they keep upgrading their staff, room and furnitures

As far as cleaning they don't come and clean on regular basis or change towels you have to call them two or three times then only staff comes. Basically it has a good ambience but it is not a 5 star hotel

I asked them to bill it to my room they refused told it's against our policy and you have to pay it here itself, that means you don't have trust in your guest ( never seen like this in any 5 star hotels)

Services in dining too is very poor, we ordered for tea, coffee and cold coffee for guests it took 45 minutes to serve that too cold tea and coffee it created very bad impression

I visited this place nearly after 15 years, they have degraded rather than improvement. To keep up the reputation management and staff will have to work very hard

Breakfast is good Hotel looks old, but overall is ok We ask hotel to arrange the pick up in advance but still have to wait around 30 mins, not sure what went wrong.

The pool area needs a lot of attention and new furniture it is very dated so hopefully will all be replaced

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2

It's a shame we stayed for only one night! The hotel is wonderful at all points. Everything from the welcome to the checkout was very customer-oriented. Now we know which hotel chain to stay in India.

Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1

It’s a nice and comfortable five star hotel with good selection of breakfast. Only setback is the bathroom. No place to hang clothes or towel. A couple of hooks will be helpful.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location, the metro is practically right at the entrance. The breakfast buffet was also very diverse, and all the dishes were delicious.

The restaurant is small, so you often have to wait for a table. The pool wasn't working, which was a dealbreaker for us since we specifically chose this hotel for its pool

I had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Hotel for a friend's birthday party, and it was truly an exceptional experience. We booked a suite on the top floor, and the city view from our room was absolutely breathtaking
