Staff is really but the view from the room is fantastic- the garden, pool. very good, food is okay,I didn't really like it

I arrived early and it was no problem to check me in which was appreciated.  In the room itself, it was clean and they had provided sweet treats which was a nice surprise

The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were clean and tidy and did replenished the consumables. The waiters and chefs greeted every guest with a broad smile & attended every request of the guests

The room was decent but was a bit disappointed they gave me facing their staff service courtyard despite me asking for a front facing room

Ambience was just equivalent to The Taj Hotel. The front office staff were very friendly & conducted an express check-in

I felt very safe in the hotel it was quiet, and the staff were excellent. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious with many options

The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Besides the design and architecture of the entire hotel is mesmerizing. And the breakfast was one of the best I ever had. You should go for it even if it seems to be a bit expensive

One of the bigger and now older hotels of Mumbai suburbs. Excellent service and a great place to meet your clients. Food in some of their restaurants is very very good. A great breakfast with a good spread

A big size midern hotel in the midway between the airport and the tourist attractions such as Gate of India… Good breakfast and fast front office service. Outside the hotel too many mosquitos ( clouds ) at night.

Amazing luxury hotel right next to the airport. It even had a SCB ATM inside the hotel but during my recent trip it seems to have been removed from there

The rooms are well equipped and the bathroom had a bath tub and a separate shower area. Buffet at the hotel restaurant was amazing as well

They were even able to provide birthday amenities for my partner’s birthday. I highly recommend this hotel

Bar staff were friendly and super efficient. Beautiful garden and swimming pool complete with bunny rabbits and roaming turkeys which adds a bit of fun (not just for kids). The door staff are excellent and very helpful

The Atrium bar area is busy and a nice space to unwind at the end of the day. We loved the entertainment from piano to traditional indian music and the lovely singer in the evening

The Taj is located in Bandra West which has excellent restaurants and cool bars. The hotel room was spacious and very clean and had all the facilities you need for a short trip

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. But when I booked this hotel on booking. com it said the swimming pool is open but when I reached there it was closed due to covid. This was not mentioned in my booking

What sets Trident apart from other hotels of its level during Covid-19 is that for breakfast they allocate a space during check-in so that there is no crowding which is a great initiative and helpful in both ways

Easy to locate and easy to approach. I liked the attitude of staff. I attended conference there and found the conference rooms to be quite spacious with good air conditioning and comfortable seating arrangement

The hotel is in very good condition with proper safety measures in place. The staff is very polite and usually takes your requests as stated. The rooms are clean and hygienic with comfortable beds

And I also got the optional dinner but all the dishes listed in the menu are not optional so before ordering just ask them which dishes are included because the cost starts from ₹500 for any dish

We found it was not that close to the tourist attractions, but this would not be an issue if you arrange to go on tours like we did

Lalit Mumbai was a delight to stay. Have stayed at Lalit Delhi and Lalit Udaipur before and have always had great experiences with this chain of hotels. Staff are always friendly and very helpful

Has been refurbished well over the years and new change is a welcome surprise to old visitors! The entrance looks a lot better and parking facilities too good! The coffee shop n restaurant sports an excellent design and menu too and multi- cuisine restaurants with Glass Aquarium with exquisite Aquatic Fish make it an ideal place to relax!

The view is pretty awesome and one of the best I have ever seen and the rooms have the view facing balconies too. The sapphire hall they have for events is the biggest of all. Really, it deserves 5 star rating

The only issue here is of parking. There is no parking for buses. Only small luxury cars can be parked. Otherwise it is very great place. Also the atmosphere here is very nice. The horses at entrance are very attractive

There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing

Very clean , staff is very polite and helpfull ,location is near markets and area is very safe. Food wasnt as expected but everything else is good. hospitality rituals is great while checking in

Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay

Westin Mumbai is an excellent place to stay, do shopping and move around. Everything is neat and clean. They provide all help and guidance. Food court has excellent choice and variety of food. No issues.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center

Friendly understanding staff, cozy rooms, clean, has everything you need, bathroom accessories of high quality. The rooftop pool is great with clean water. The view from the room window is amazing!

The room is very clean and the food is excellent. Gym has full equipment and the infinity pool is very nice. The Lamb Chop is a must try.

View got a cheap room and there is an apartment across the street. Breakfast is Chinese, local, Western, and desserts and fruits. The service to store luggage after check-out for sightseeing was good
