5 star hotels in Mumbai

Nice location near the airport, nice cozy bed, and friendly staff, that’s all a business traveller needs and the hotel provided that. So will come back again.

JW Marriott never disappoints. The staff were lovely, the breakfast buffet was lovely, the room was lovely and everything else. A hotel brand which can always be trusted and reliable.

Best hotel near the airport by far and is next door to the Metro and the DragonFly nightclub for those inclined

Good hotel near the airport with all the amenties, good size room

Good stay! Note there are no smoking rooms so you'll have smoke outside. Overall happy with the spacious rooms and good service. Marriott's breakfast are always top notch.

Great service. Super friendly staff. Beautiful hotel, excellent food. Very clean. Great location- close to the airport.

Yet again another amazing stay at the Taj Hotel. Been multiple times now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else having stayed at the Taj. Amazing service, 10/10 Service from staff and a prime a location.

All was excellent No words to explain. The food was nice. Yes but being in Maharashtra no main Marathi channels like Zee and Star Pravah.

It was a wonderful stay overall. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the service is excellent and the location is great. I was surprised that, on two separate occasions, different employees approached me to confirm whether I was an in-house guest. I’m not sure if this is standard practice for all guests, but it did catch me off guard, and made me feel uncomfortable especially given that this is...

Good hotel! A wide selection of food for breakfast and a beautiful view from the window.

A fabulous hotel with impeccable service. Staff are lovely and the hotel is stunning. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast is varied and delicious. You can order fresh masala dosa as well as eggs. The pool area is beautiful and I had a lovely morning swim. The water temperature was perfect. I only stayed for 1 night as this was a last-minute booking due to a cancelled flight; I'll definitely...

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate,...

The rooms are ageing. But still maintained somehow. I feel abit too high standard - staff tried to be friendly but their priority are VIPs than someone who is also actually paying for their stay.

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to...

Taj hotel around the world is always a pleasure to be in. The great service with smile, the awesome food, great infrastructure, hotel facilities are always top notch. Taj lands end is no exception to above. The property is old and is very well decked up. For me Taj staff at late night worked to search my lost iphone. I eventually recovered in my car. But it once again showed the exceptional service...

Great Experience! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid.

Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really...

Excellent hotel and service. Great gym sauna jacuzzi

Good day! The hotel's location is good if you're in BKS for business! The food is excellent! They also provide a transfer to shopping centers!

Great breakfast and hospitality! Staff is helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Best hotel to take in Mumbai. The hospitality is world-class. Special mention to Nikhil who made our visit wonderful.

My stay at the Trident Bandra Kurla was truly pleasant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service provided by the team. As a solo traveller visiting Mumbai for work, safety and comfort were very important to me—and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed...

For those with business to attend in BKC, Trident offers a convenience and amazing food options in and around.

Great place to stay. Clean neighborhoods, great location and great customer service. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a good time here, they are so sweet and very attentive . Highly recommended 😊

Stay was good , but the dinner was not that good. Mini bar was locked and was not accessible. Good breakfast. In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated. While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It seems the minibar would be opened to according to guests profiles!

It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

Great hotels, great staff and amazing food

Aesthetically pleasing. Polite staff. Good for honeymoon.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to metro station, 20-25 minutes direct train to dadar

Comfortable stay near airport, breakfast was good

Very nice hotel...good breakfast..............................

Very disappointed. The trip was cancelled because of regional conflict and flight from Dubai disruption. Hotel refused to cancel booking although we notified about force major in advance..

Room was not clean when given. The reception was not very receptive to customer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: The Leela Mumbai I recently stayed at The Leela Mumbai, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—close to the airport yet incredibly peaceful once inside the property. The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. The staff deserve special appreciation: warm, attentive, and always...

Excellent location for the airport and new aqua line metro service, although people might find the hotel too far out from heart of Mumbai.

Location was good near to Airport and  staffs were friendly

It's not a 5 star hotel just a four star maintaining its old legacy. It's too old , AC doesn't work cooling very low, most of the time room is hot, no fridge in room, food served in the room cold and uncooked. Room size is too small as compared to five star hotel. Services in dining too is very poor, we ordered for tea, coffee and cold coffee for guests it took 45 minutes to serve that too cold tea...

Good for a stopover at Mumbai airport, cheaper than the 'well-known' hotels. Nice rooftop pool with a restaurant and bar. Beautiful room and bathroom. The only drawback: the fridge couldn't get colder than 18 degrees Celsius 🙄

The hotel location is good near to airport but the property itself is very old and has a old kind of vibe to it with dim lightings plus few amenities they offer are actually old torn off or broken, for me it was the kettle, However the staff is good and polite, would still rate over good score

The hotel is conveniently located close to Terminal 1. There's a swimming pool on the rooftop. The bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower. On the downside, the Wi-Fi was not free.

Veey warm welcoming staff Clean room Veey goid service

Breakfast is good Hotel looks old, but overall is ok We ask hotel to arrange the pick up in advance but still have to wait around 30 mins, not sure what went wrong.

I enjoyed the customer service. I asked to provide break fast on checkout day it was on time. I asked for hotel cabs multiple times, it was available. I asked for a good view room and hotel manager was kind enough to help me with that. Very good sea views from rooms.

This has a nice location and not far from airport, it is dated but being upgraded at the moment so hopefully should be a lot nicer the next time I visit. Service is good but needs a lot more improvement, staff seem to take orders for breakfast and then forget to come back, and i noticed that they seem to concentrate on some people more then others because of tips given at start of service, we always...

Everything is excellent except system of not giving invoice of room rent for 3 days Hotel people were adament that for room rent only trip.com will give receipt So this thing never happened in any of hotel. They will give bill even if hotel is booked by trip.com Person stay in hotel he should be given bill by hotel only

2 leisure n chilling days with gr8 shopping . Hotel was gr8..service location n it's most friendly n helpful staff.looking 4ward to yet another stay with jw mariott.

Rooms are bit small and old it seems. Spa and gym is amazing 👏 Restaurants are great as well. Pool is good.

This hotel location is ok and value for money and location nice near by sea.

The hotel is very good locations and many facilities in place.

Excellent service and very helpful staff. Good breakfast Nice location

I had a very good stay, I have been staying since the last week and the location is the benchmark, the breakfast spread is good. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good for business travellers.

It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, but it can take around 40 minutes during peak evening hours. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a good variety of Western options too.

There was not a bathtub even though its price was rather higher than other 4 star hotels. I won’t book it again!

I always stay here when I'm on business in Mumbai. The facilities are clean and there's a good variety of restaurants, so it's a comfortable place to stay.

Good location for the ones who are interested in shopping as it’s attached to the Palladium Shopping mall

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

The overall experience was good and excellent service. However room cleanliness could be improved. Could see dust in many places and floors not super clean.

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although...

The check out time is less than 60 sec .. best in industry

Very clean and quiet hotel. People very humble and the food here very nice

Excellent hotel with very good hospitality. The staff is always ready to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. Awesome experience.

Just need to improve on breakfast spread as it was not so great. The breakfast is the main meal of the day and that needs to be perfect.

Overall service was excellent but entrance to the hotel is very small and congested always, which delays our entry to the hotel. On Saturday evening, we got dropped on the road and had to walk up in the ramp to the hotel entrance, because of congestion cars can’t get inside

Excellent location, luxurious service, refined dealings, and the cleanliness is out of this world!

Newly renovated. Comfortable stay. Good sound proofing.

Booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. A true five star ⭐ experience as all the amenities were top notch . Best accommodation in Mumbai’s financial hub. Metro station is only 10 minutes walk from this hotel. We could not find any fault. Best breakfast we have ever had as they had multi-cuisine options for all the guests. All staff, from reception to house keeping and restaurant were so friendly, attentive...

Nicest hotel i have stayed in Mumbai. Restaurant at lobby had delicious food. Well done

Every detail was well covered during my stay down to transportation. Car was clean and ride was comfortable.

Overall clean, just a bit old. The phone buttons didn't work. The location is a real winner though.

Great hotel, centrally located at BKC, very convenient for leisure and business. Great hotel with great service and food.

Excellent stay and i was upgraded too . I was happy with the service and staffs.

Very nice 👌 Special recommendation for Mr Tanmoy pal .. Thank you so much

Fantastic service and a beautiful girl Will definitely be going back … 10/10 service !

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful inside, over the top service, great food in the restaurants. A must stay if you are visiting Mumbai. Would recommend booking the half board as its great value and the food is top class.

Very cool and awesome I love it. Room service is very nice. And desk people also cooperative

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after. The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested...

By far the best hotel in India. Amazing hospitality and everything was top notch

the best possible way to spend our first night after marriage. we were thoroughly spoilt and only regret was not spending more time there.

The service and room cleaning didn’t hit the ITC standard I suppose.

It was convenient place. Thanks for the packed breakfast at early in the morning.

It was convenient place. Thanks for the packed breakfast at early in the morning.

Very historic vibes, good hotel, clean and spacious room, good view

The location is perfect if you need a place right next to the airport. Level of service, cleanliness and standards are very high; the room is spacious with a very big bed and desk. The building is an heritage one, maintaining the look and feel of the colonial era, which is pleasant. The space dedicated to breakfast is amazing, very spacious and full of light. Breakfast options are very wide continental...

Quite a luxurious experience given the price point. Very close to the airport which is plus for trips.

Great property. Great staff. Great food... Must stay if you are in Mumbai suburbs

Service from.trip.com.is worst We paid payment for 3 people at the time of booking but hotel charge extra amount from us for 3rd people

Great experience, hotel location was perfect, morning breakfast was awesome with great spread of choices. Hotel gym is perfect with good spa options.

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth...

It was an amazing stay with superior service.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around. The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing! Will Come back again

The service at the Oberoi Mumbai was fantastic.  Danny, a member of the concierge team, arranged an amazing day at Elephanta Island for me and some friends of mine from India, and he did so in a matter of minutes with no notice.  Sachin, also part of the concierge team, was also exceptionally helpful, as was Shreya at the reception desk.  Johnson, the doorman/bellman, Saksham, a cook, and Endrea, a...

The Oberoi Mumbai is absolutely superb! First, there's the location: right ***** Nariman Point, across the street from the Arabian Sea. The hotel's service is stellar and highly personalized. The rooms are exceptional. And the breakfast--top tier. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The restaurants are excellent, with great food and a high standard of service. Overall, it’s a fantastic place and we truly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay with absolutely attentive services. Located at the end of the marine drive while accessible to many attraction via uber. Breakfast was delicious.

Great experience, royal treatment

The service is fantastic and the breakfast is excellent. They give individual care to each room, and we are celebrating birthday and they gave extra care to personalize the room for us. Full marks for the hospitality.

Nice clean rooms, located in a busy area however quiet and peaceful, helpful staff, breakfast spread covers asian and intl, live kitchen available. Property has all the necessary things one would expect at a hotel.

Good in all aspect but price is costly

The experience was terrible, the price/performance ratio was too low, and the key point was that it was dirty! ! My hotel near the Taj Mahal, which has a development score of 4.8, is much cheaper and better than this one, but I can't cancel my stay there. There's nothing I can do. The environment of this hotel is only worth 400 yuan a night at most!

The hotel concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. My colleagues and I stayed for three nights in one of their suites, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Over 50% of the breakfast spread consisted of Indian cuisine, but overall, it was still enjoyable. Ultimately, it was the excellent customer service that left a lasting impression on us.

Great breakfast. Had a bit of a discussion the day I arrived. Was put in a lower rated room due to not having any non-smoking rooms available. Feedback was "sorry full", no solution or offer. For the rest the hotel was good. Staff was very friendly except check-in lady who forced a lower room.

Was a very pleasant stay. The bell boys were exceptionally helpful - I would highly recommend tourist to stay here

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing...

It's a shame we stayed for only one night! The hotel is wonderful at all points. Everything from the welcome to the checkout was very customer-oriented. Now we know which hotel chain to stay in India.

Good ambience - clean large rooms - and courteous staff

The staff's hospitality is exemplary, consistently attentive and eager to assist with any requests or recommendations to enhance the stay.

Great hotel at convenient location for airport connections.

Ita a beautiful hotel.with such a huge rooms and all of the facilties. Its nearly walking to airport .

Close to the airport, but otherwise very average.

Overall, it's pretty good. The hotel's East Asian cuisine caters to Chinese tastes, and I recommend giving it a try.

Nice hotel and good location and service was great at front desk. Breakfast is too expensive and cold

Very clean and good hotel rooms and very good location. Would love to visit again.Awesome

Terrible wifi internet in all area of hotel during 5 nights stay and even can’t use it on my last day of stay. As business travel so internet is the key .

Gym is a little dated, especially the treadmill.

Nice location, amazing food and great service!

Excellent service ..especially during the breakfast time ..special mention to Yasin who was very polite and provided us an amazing service 😊

Some good moments and good service however also moments when you understand why it's not highly reviewed.

I think it should be 4 star, not 5 star. Many things not upto the mark for getting 5 star rating..

Great view . Great hospitality. Great staff . Credit to the restaurant staff who is very polite and kind . Her service is exceptional. I didn’t manage to get her name as I was rushing for my flight . I will d definitely come back to this hotel .

Best for value. The hotel I always stayed whenever Travel to Mumbai. Clean, room is comfortable and spacious. Delicious and variety of breakfast. Recommend to stayed.
