It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. It's not a 5 star hotel just a four star maintaining its old legacy. It's too old , AC doesn't work cooling very low,most of the time room is hot, no fridge in room, food served in the room cold and uncooked. Room size is too small as compared to five star hotel. The hotel location is good near to airport but the property itself is very old and has a old kind of vibe to it with dim lightings plus few amenities they offer are actually old torn off or broken, for me it was the kettle, However the staff is good and polite, would still rate over good score

The hotel is conveniently located close to Terminal 1. There's a swimming pool on the rooftop. The bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower. On the downside, the Wi-Fi was not free.

The hotel overall is very high-end. It's close to the airport, which is convenient. Security is tight, breakfast is generous, and dinner isn't expensive. The staff has a great service attitude. Even with my limited English, I didn't encounter any issues.

Perfect hotel. Very welcoming staff, every time they see you they great you with a smile. Perfect location if you just had a long flight, just 10 min from T2. Of course with Mumbai traffic a little bit more. My wife was not feeling well and they help us a lot by being flexible in their rules. Definitely my #1 hotel once I will be back.

It was an amazing stay with superior service.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. Good in all aspect but price is costly

The experience was terrible, the price/performance ratio was too low, and the key point was that it was dirty! ! My hotel near the Taj Mahal, which has a development score of 4.8, is much cheaper and better than this one, but I can't cancel my stay there. There's nothing I can do. The environment of this hotel is only worth 400 yuan a night at most!

The hotel concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. My colleagues and I stayed for three nights in one of their suites, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Over 50% of the breakfast spread consisted of Indian cuisine, but overall, it was still enjoyable. Ultimately, it was the excellent customer service that left a lasting impression on us.

Great breakfast. Had a bit of a discussion the day I arrived. Was put in a lower rated room due to not having any non-smoking rooms available. Feedback was "sorry full", no solution or offer. For the rest the hotel was good. Staff was very friendly except check-in lady who forced a lower room.

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2. As i go for Lollapalooza , it is the good location which is close to the venue. Got the corner room with the big window and the room was clean. All staff is helpful.
