Perfect hotel. Very welcoming staff, every time they see you they great you with a smile. Perfect location if you just had a long flight, just 10 min from T2. Of course with Mumbai traffic a little bit more. My wife was not feeling well and they help us a lot by being flexible in their rules. Definitely my #1 hotel once I will be back.

Stay was good , but the dinner was not that good. Mini bar was locked and was not accessible. Good breakfast. In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated. While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

I will give my lowest rate to this place in terms of cleanliness. The shower was so sleepy and dirty and room wasnt cleant. Their restaurant was full of mosquitoes and chairs are full of stains. Reception was slow and not very friendly.

having a misunderstanding with the receptionist. but they should know how to handle their tempers. the view from to room is not pretty. but it doesn’t matter. the bathroom stinks a little bit so i had to spray some of my perfumes just for me to feel comfy. i hope they keep upgrading their staff, room and furnitures.

It's not a 5 star hotel just a four star maintaining its old legacy. WiFi signal in room 626 cannot use for whole my staying even duty manager tried to fix second times, including phone signal still not using when I am in the room but I am outside the hotel everything is normal. Then I moved to other room 669, WiFi and phone signal are better but not stable. All staff are very helpful with nice hospitality.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center.
