I arrived early and it was no problem to check me in which was appreciated.  In the room itself, it was clean and they had provided sweet treats which was a nice surprise.  My only gripe was the water flowing from the basin tap was very slow and could have been better.  No issue with the shower though.

Great stay as always assisted by the welcoming and always accommodating staff headed by Devina. Looking forward to our next trip

The Leela is a great entrance into Mumbai very close to the airport. The entire staff are welcoming. The room was decent but was a bit disappointed they gave me facing their staff service courtyard despite me asking for a front facing room. C'est la vie

I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again. I’ve been in other high rated hotels in this area of Mumbai and they weren’t as nice. My room was very clean, no stains. I felt very safe in the hotel it was quiet, and the staff were excellent. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious with many options. No complaints.

Amazing luxury hotel right next to the airport. It even had a SCB ATM inside the hotel but during my recent trip it seems to have been removed from there. The rooms are well equipped and the bathroom had a bath tub and a separate shower area. Buffet at the hotel restaurant was amazing as well

The Taj is located in Bandra West which has excellent restaurants and cool bars. The hotel room was spacious and very clean and had all the facilities you need for a short trip. The Atrium bar area is busy and a nice space to unwind at the end of the day. We loved the entertainment from piano to traditional indian music and the lovely singer in the evening. Pathetic food and service. Taste and quality of food at each restaurant is terrible no one is bothered to improve.. hotel is full that's all buisness is thriving and hotel management is sleeping peacefully. Consumers are paying through there nose for this. God bless them . Reputation of brand is at stake

It is definitely a great hotel. Had gone for coffee and liked every bit of the experience. The hotel is huge with lots to offer. There are few restaurants to visit and the food is good too. They have a separate area where one can keep parties and it gives a complete pub feel. They offer food to order there too. With many other hotel's around this hotel is good and so is the staff who are polite.

Very Very Luxury & boutique hotel

Sahara Star is one of the best hotels in Mumbai. Although it is not situated besides a beach but they have built an awesome beach like experience in the middle of the hotel. The view is pretty awesome and one of the best I have ever seen and the rooms have the view facing balconies too. The sapphire hall they have for events is the biggest of all. Really, it deserves 5 star rating.

Unsurprisingly the No. 1 hotel in Mumbai with numerous reasons, from the tip-top service to the exquisite dining experience (breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar), from the high quality linens to the great architecture of the palace, this is the hotel that you must experience at least once in your lifetime. Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights.Awesome experience! Reception was welcoming and  the  rooms were big (particularly as it is right outside the arrival area of T1 terminal). Ample potable water provided for a family of 4.  Pitch dark functions were enabled for the curtains and the rooms were sound proof. Breakfast spread was adequate, and live counters were fabulous. Service over all is not upto standard

The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around. The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing! The food is nice, the staff are helpful. The Taj Mahal Tower obviously shares the same location with the renowned Taj Mahal Mumbai Palace. Trip.com guest ratings for Taj Mahal Mumbai Tower was accurate, so this is another 10/10

The stay was very good. The room is  dimly lit. Slightly older hotel, but very good service.

Duty manager was able to get me a new room because there was a party/wedding going on outside throughout midnight. Had to ask for room change at 2am, but the staffs was not very responsive because she kept hanging up the phone when I call from room.

Great breakfast. Had a bit of a discussion the day I arrived. Was put in a lower rated room due to not having any non-smoking rooms available. Feedback was "sorry full", no solution or offer. For the rest the hotel was good. Staff was very friendly except check-in lady who forced a lower room.
