Very poor experience.
The hotel looked nothing like the photos and felt like a construction site from the outside. Despite having a confirmed Booking.com reservation, we were told upon arrival at 11:30 PM that all rooms were sold out. The location is far from the airport, and the staff made no effort to help us find another hotel. We had to arrange a cab ourselves and return near the airport to find accommodation. Communication was extremely difficult as the staff could not speak basic English. Vey unprofessional service. Misleading pictures. Not recommended at all for international travelers.

Not recommended - bcoz of Reception person is so rude - he don't know about courtesy with guest basics before alloting room should ask whether the guest is going to stay additional day or time - without any consideration or asking instead they have alloted the rooms even no body has done booking for the same room- was very pathetic spoiled staycation.

It is situated on the road going to Bell Bazar from Kamani Traffic Signal. Difficult to reach from Kurla on Central Line or Andheri on Western line. You will be at the mercy of rickshaw drivers. ₹30 per person is charged by share rickshaw from Kurla station West. Even their staff don't help when you call for landmark or how to reach there. One should go for it only when other options are not available.

Frankly, everything was terrible, customer service was worse than 0 stars but i can't give worse than 0.
The rooms were a good size, until you see the stains all over the sheets. 100% would not recommend if you have a sense of self preservation and hygiene.

While booking this property, I made it clear that I had 6 luggages to carry and needed lift services, also needed a city view as mentioned on the pictures. They approved.
Upon arrival, I saw the whole building was under construction, with no lift services and not even instruction on how to access the building, not even a person was present at the entrance downstairs to assist.
Also, it was very dirty around with lots of dust. Pictures shown online are very deceptive. Also, as per booking, no prepayment was mentioned, and someone by the name of Neha was constantly harassing me to pay saying she had a "bulk booking" and I needed to pay asap. She kept sending messages many times throughout the days before and it was becoming a stress.
While arriving on the site of the hotel, I was shocked to see the conditions of the hotel (with absolutely no city view, nor any lift services) and I was unable to carry luggages on my own, and I decided not to stay at the property. While canceling the booking, they want to charge me the whole fee of the stay without considering my feedback and reason for the cancelation.

"Please avoid visiting this hotel as a couple. It is not safe—especially for couples—as the staff and people around are known to be unruly and unsafe, particularly in the Chembur area. Better to stay cautious and choose a more secure place."
